    I bought a new dell laptop inspiron series core i5 (5558) a month ago and have been facing issues with touchpad since. The touchpad doesnt work properly and my cursor hangs a lot. This problem startet a week after i purchased the laptop. Also when i connect the mouse, the cursor is irratic ie it clicks on random stuff and opens it by itself. I contacted dell technical support but all they gave were some random instructions which failed to help me in any way. I have contacted them many times but they never sent anyone to adress the issue rather claim it might be a virus issue. I have an antivirus installed already and already had my system rebooted twice, and i know its not a virus. I want DELL to replace my faulty laptop or give me a refund! worst laptop company ever!

      I purchased dell inspiron 15 series laptop on 29-jun-2015 and applied for dell back to college offer i got the gift voucher that are and status of my warranty on dellbacktocollege.com is also sucessfull but when i check it on dell official website it is not showing the extended warranty i contact so many times to dell but the reply was it will take some time but not i was 5 months and issue is not resolved.

I already had a warranty till 2014. After which the extended warranty supposed to carry forward (till December 2016).             Laptop Latitude 3440 is getting shutting down intermitantly. Dell first told to change battery, I placed new battery but the problem is same and in increasing side. But no one is attending the problem physically. They tried telephonicaaly but nothing was solved.

              Dear Sir 1. The Lap top Inspiration 3421 with above service tag was purchased on[protected] from Reliance digital. (Scanned copy invoice attached) for my daughter Sunayana. 2. Service warranty has been extended for two more years by payment of additional amount of Rs.3667/- ( Pl see the invoice). 3 Encountered warranty problem on earlier service request. 4. requested to extend warranty as per invoice condition and confirmed through mail warranty has been extended. 5. during recent service request found warranty has not been extended as agreed. 6.                 Greetings, Hindge not fixing propely. Expecting you guys to help out the customers! Service Tag: 799RJ22 One month after i purchased my laptop i found closing/opening my laptop was tight and something was blocking. i took it to the authorized dell centre where i bought the laptop. They said that it is working good and it would be alright in a course of time. Few week backs i noticed that there was a crack developing near the hindge. I took it to the service centre and they say that it will not be covered under warranty. I bought this laptop with additional warranty. It is not a physical damage. please tell me why it is not covered under warranty. I do had accidental damage care till novemeber 20th 2015 There was huge floods from november end till now in chennai. Entire world is helping out its customers to have better experience with the brand. You guys could cover this as a one time courtesy even though it is not my fault.                     Hi I have purchased a Dell laptop from Croma in the year 2013 ever since they started playing with my life.There was a liquid display damage on the touch screen so they replaced the laptop in 7 days.After that the real pain started.Almost every part o the laptop changed.Mother board twice, speakers twice, touch screen once, wifi- once, touch pad once, hard disk twice, CD-ROM once, USB ports-once, Heat sync-once.After a decent struggle for 8 months they replaced the laptop with another.And nothing has changed even after.Almost every part is changed once.And there was a huge lag on thr laptop for which they replies it is expected in the low end configuration laptops.A laptop that is of 4 Gb ram, 500 GB HDD, core i3 3rd gen processor is a low configured laptop?And they say windows 8 or 8.1 will run with lag!!If that is the case why is it even coming with pre installed? After much struggle they replaced it again with a refurbished laptop.Now here comes the biggest problem.The screen starts blinking, wifi drivers cannot be installed(throws an error)Touch screen not working, system lags.Surprisingly when i called the customer care to report the issue they said my system is already out of warranty(I got this replacement ion October, As per my previous laptop's service tag warranty is available till December-2015).fInally i decided to go to consumer forum and asked them all the complaint numbers for which they said they dont have as the laptop is returned.THis company is showing me live hell every day .Need a solution for all the harrasement thye have shown me

                      I had bought dell S2216h series monitor on 9th october 2015. After receiving the monitor i discovered that it had manufacturing defect in the monitor. Dell customer care and support team confirmed my monitor. My complaint was register on 15th oct2015. Accordingly as per my conversation with dell executive monitor was supposed to be replaced. The process of dell replacement was taken and new monitor was supposed to be process in two weeks after my complaint registration. 4th nov 2015 my defective monitor was picked up and one week after it i was assured to replace the monitor. However this issue was still pending from dell till 4th dec 2015. On 4th dec 2015 to close this matter i asked for refund since dell was able to process me new monitor. Dell assured me my money will be credited in 2 days from 4th of dec2015. However i am still receive my money and Dell support are only giving me assurance. Dell Monitor replacement and money refund management is inefficient wasted my complete two months in replacing the defective monitor and now delaying money refund also. I wish to get my refund and close this issue.

                            Hello, I purchased a new Dell Inspiron 3542 15.6-inch Laptop (Core i3-4005U/4GB/500GB HDD/UBUNTU/Intel HD Graphics 4400), Black on 15 october 2015. It has problems with the wifi dropping out or not connecting and the battry backup is null even after full charged. Also fault in the motherboard. It doesn't work properly. She said me that you contact to store were you purchase they do. And she contact me at 5 o'clock But no response then next day another time I contacted dell care Mr Shakti singh. After long conversation in short that he says the policy of company towards the reliance shop person He also conferring to reliance person Mr Hitendra tiwari. They both arguments on seven day replacement policy. Then after Mr Shakti said to that our technician decide that problem is there or not. That after processing came on. After 4 days no one come to my house. I took up the lap top to reliance store. They give me answer that in 4 days D. O. A. Process come up and they inform. After that next day dell technician came and they realise that problem is there. He contacted to dell care. So many care person contacted to me and tell me replace the speaker but I don't want to replace the speaker due to I purchase new laptop and it is already flouted. So dear sir look into my matter and replacement of my laptop. I am so irritated from this total process. Please sir do the needful at earliest. Sir i buy your product on date 02/12/2015.but i want your dealer about that type of device witch are use mobile as well as tablet with connected with keypad.when i was buy your company product his detail mention above so Mr Amit said to me that the all the facility are available in this device.. but it's n't. when i reach at home with this device they had not accept any keypad and OTG cable... i came back to the store on date 04/12/2015 and told him that that's not working.. but they said me that it's not our problem.. they give me customer care no.. and a person mob no. name is Mr. Suresh (mob no. [protected]). i talk with Mr suresh about this problem then he said to me directly it's not tablet you can use this product like a phone keypad and OTG cable will not accept by this device.. After all that i was totally shocked about know of that. Mr suresh said to me that you reach on the dell showroom i will talk with Mr. Amit goyel. after talking with Mr Amit he not talk with me.. i called him back he can not receive my call. Mr Amit said to me that that peace will not be changeable and not be refundable . i told him it's not use in me so please take it and sale it. but he is not cooperate with me.At last please check this mail and revert as soon as possible . i wish to only that please change my product according to my facility. regards..                                     this is to inform you that we sought out mr . Vikrams problem as per our best and now he is satisfied with our services.Their is a small misunderstanding between vikram and dell store. As a external keyboard is not attached with tablet. Its a small issue and resolved accordingly within two days(48 working hours).

                                        On diwali 10th of November I bought my dell inspiron 5558 and as diwali offer a wireless headphone had to be given on buying an intel core processer laptop I have a laptop of core I5 .The shopkeeper said that an email had to be sent within 15 days on 7th day I gave the email with all the details required the shopkeeper said it will come in 3 to 4 days but the email was sent on 17th of november andtoday is 4 december and till now it has not came .I as a coustmer did not expect this from dell before this also I bought 2 laptops from dell
