      - Placed an order for Dell Laptop (Inspiron 13 7348 2-in-1 Laptop ) through Dell seals person. - Dell India Placed order with there official On-line dealer Compuindia (www.compuindia.com). - Order Date 2015 Nov 30th - Order Number #[protected] - Order is accepted my the Compuindia. - Drooped the cheque on the same day (2015 Nov 30th). - The payment got credited on 2015 Dec 3rd. - Shipment created by Compuindia on 2015 Dec 7th. - Order is Delivered on 2015 Dec 10th. ** The delivered Laptop is and Used, repaired Product. ** Informed on the same day to Compuinda and to Dell india ** Compuindia accepted the delivery was wrong. ** 2015 Dec 16th i received auto mail for Ownership transfer as the order was through compuindia. ** In the auto mail Dell/Compuinda tagged the Used Laptop Service Tag ID to My Order Number for Ownership transfer (that mean i am the owner for the Used Laptop which is delivered on my new Order) ** till today 2015 Dec 27th, no conformation of new laptop delivery ** Still Dell is asking to take the ownership of the Used laptop and then they can replace new Laptop. ! ! - Now Dell is not supporting as the delivery and Order was with Compuindia ! ! - Compuindia is not responding Properly as the Order was not directly from me (It was from Dell India for Compuindia) ! ! - i cant raise concern to Dell India as the the on-line Dell Support need Dell order number which i dont have as the order is with Compuindia placed by Dell sales team, so not possible for me to raise a concern directly to Dell ! ! - my order placement was with dell officials from Dell India from then also no support ! ! - its going to me one Month after the Order placed, no genuine support.

        I have complaint to Dell regarding my Laptop's damaged screen for replacement and also paid full amount for hardware and service (Prepaid). I received the part on 21st Dec 15 but still engineer not visited to replace the screen and when I called to Dell regarding this they said that there is no complaint registered for this case. Kindly sort it out. The guys to whom I have talked about this are Ashim Amitav Das (Dell | Centralized Document Team Email ID: [protected]@dell.com) and Pushpkanth R (Inside Sales Representative Dell | ATG Spares, India PLE) and Sanhita Nagle. But still not get any revert neither positive nor negative from them even Puspkanth provide me his number also but he is not answering the calls.

          I had purchase a dell inspiration laptop bearing model no 11x[protected] from lalani inf etech city, 6 g c avenue, kolkata-13 on 12/9/2014 vide delivery invoice no-etc/ti/14-15/01964.Please note that after using a year the battery of ehe laptop totaly exausted. Despite my search the above model battery is not available in the market.I request you to kindly provide the name and phone no of the dealer wherethe same id available with price.

            I got dell 5558 full HD 2 months ago, i which graphic was not at all working, i fought with dell and got a new laptop at last. Which took almost 30 days long this was too worst. After i got replacement the new laptop was 5559 as they discontinue 5558. the replaced laptop 5559 is dead slow nothing is working in this laptop. Another fight starts :)

                Sir/Madam, A couple of months ago, I complained a problem stating my dell monitor to helpline. This happened around half-one months after the purchase. The problem was ... There was a thin strip of line running longitudinally from one side to other.At the beginning there was only a strip and now it has grown into a wider line parting my screen. I sent them mail and also a call They said that the complaint is not included in their list of replacement. I bought it on 11th april 2015 Monitor:Dell E1914Hc, 19-18 inch, black colour s/n:CN-0657PN-64180-4AJ-36TB REV A00 my mail :[protected]@gmail.com ph no:[protected] I confirmed from the dealer that this problem was usual and the replacement was done in time .. But I did'nt get any such response...

                        I bought a new dell laptop inspiron series core i5 (5558) a month ago and have been facing issues with touchpad since. The touchpad doesnt work properly and my cursor hangs a lot. This problem startet a week after i purchased the laptop. Also when i connect the mouse, the cursor is irratic ie it clicks on random stuff and opens it by itself. I contacted dell technical support but all they gave were some random instructions which failed to help me in any way. I have contacted them many times but they never sent anyone to adress the issue rather claim it might be a virus issue. I have an antivirus installed already and already had my system rebooted twice, and i know its not a virus. I want DELL to replace my faulty laptop or give me a refund! worst laptop company ever!

I already had a warranty till 2014. After which the extended warranty supposed to carry forward (till December 2016).                                 Laptop Latitude 3440 is getting shutting down intermitantly. Dell first told to change battery, I placed new battery but the problem is same and in increasing side. But no one is attending the problem physically. They tried telephonicaaly but nothing was solved.

(Scanned copy invoice attached) for my daughter Sunayana. 2. Service warranty has been extended for two more years by payment of additional amount of Rs.3667/- ( Pl see the invoice). 3 Encountered warranty problem on earlier service request. 4. requested to extend warranty as per invoice condition and confirmed through mail warranty has been extended. 5. during recent service request found warranty has not been extended as agreed. 6. Service Tag: 799RJ22 One month after i purchased my laptop i found closing/opening my laptop was tight and something was blocking. i took it to the authorized dell centre where i bought the laptop. They said that it is working good and it would be alright in a course of time. Few week backs i noticed that there was a crack developing near the hindge. I took it to the service centre and they say that it will not be covered under warranty. I bought this laptop with additional warranty. It is not a physical damage. please tell me why it is not covered under warranty. I do had accidental damage care till novemeber 20th 2015 There was huge floods from november end till now in chennai. Entire world is helping out its customers to have better experience with the brand. You guys could cover this as a one time courtesy even though it is not my fault.                                         Hi I have purchased a Dell laptop from Croma in the year 2013 ever since they started playing with my life.There was a liquid display damage on the touch screen so they replaced the laptop in 7 days.After that the real pain started.Almost every part o the laptop changed.Mother board twice, speakers twice, touch screen once, wifi- once, touch pad once, hard disk twice, CD-ROM once, USB ports-once, Heat sync-once.After a decent struggle for 8 months they replaced the laptop with another.And nothing has changed even after.Almost every part is changed once.And there was a huge lag on thr laptop for which they replies it is expected in the low end configuration laptops.A laptop that is of 4 Gb ram, 500 GB HDD, core i3 3rd gen processor is a low configured laptop?And they say windows 8 or 8.1 will run with lag!!If that is the case why is it even coming with pre installed? After much struggle they replaced it again with a refurbished laptop.Now here comes the biggest problem.The screen starts blinking, wifi drivers cannot be installed(throws an error)Touch screen not working, system lags.Surprisingly when i called the customer care to report the issue they said my system is already out of warranty(I got this replacement ion October, As per my previous laptop's service tag warranty is available till December-2015).fInally i decided to go to consumer forum and asked them all the complaint numbers for which they said they dont have as the laptop is returned.THis company is showing me live hell every day .Need a solution for all the harrasement thye have shown me
