i brought a dell venue7 3740 :sir i am contacting more than 5 times ...my problem is about my product i cant register my tab for more updation because i dont know the zip code (5 letter length)and state code (two letter length)according to dell customere care zip code is pin code and state code is KL (kerala) but typing this show the message that ...type a valuable code... please sir you discus with dell tecnical team and give me a positive replay otrherwise i am forced to return the item...realy i like this product...hoping a sufficent replay...     The system is automatic hang after 5 or 6 minutes. And i will geting a error code . The error code is[protected] Validation-114867. So i cannot install any opering system. I am a dealer and this is my stoke set.       I have purchased my Dell Inspiron 3521 Service Tag CT48QZ1 on 28/08/14. The laptop took around 15 mins to start. I gave the laptop to the kolkata service center for service. It was said to have an OS related issue, they reinstalled my OS. It worked properly for about a month and then again started giving problems like restarting on its own, it took several mins to switch on and off the pc and much more. I again visited the service center this time they said it had some OS, Motherboard, Battery problem. they took another 4 to 5 days to fix it. Now after 2 weeks of service it has again started to create a lot of problems.Its too slow, restarting battery getting drained out within an hour or two... if i purchase a laptop and have to give it for service every month then what is the use of it... i am seriously fed up with service i am getting from you end.

          I bought Dell laptop on August 16 2014 in devraj computers, nungambakkam, chennai. When i bought laptop they told me to pay Rs.1300 to get back to college offer from dell show room.But i paid 1300 to gt that offer till now i did not get any offer from them. They are keep on telling on complaints on dell showroom only. coming august one year going to end but till now no response from them. Now also they are telling same. what is the solution for this????. Even that offer announced in dell website only when i bought laptop.

            I had a motherboard problem with my dell laptop (HVP58BS) in sept. 2014. the service center resolved the issue by putting a new mother board charged Rs.9500. After three months (in DEC) the mother board got again crashed. This time the laptop was under repair for more than two months with the excuse that spar was not available. And finally when i got it back it was without a dedicated graphics. the original mother board had 1 GB dedicated ATI graphics. After i enquired, i was promised a refund of only Rs. 700.                     We have purchased DELL Inspiron 1564 laptop from DELL authorized showroom in New Delhi. The details are as follows : The Service Tag : 4L655BS Express Service Code : [protected] Though the product is not in guarantee but it is minimally used from the date of purchase. Few months back the laptop starts malfunctioning .The initial symptoms are as follows : 1) Sometimes, the laptop does not turned on. 2) If its turned ON then the system becomes very slow and not responding properly. After Online talk with Dell team, it has been given to DELL authorized service centre in velachery, Chennai (May 2015). The inbuilt system diagnostics reveals a error code corresponds to hard disc failure (The failed Hard disc photo is attached). They have replaced the harddisc and the product starts working. But within 3-4 days again the same old problem of "laptop not turning ON" started but this time it never turned ON. Laptop was again submitted to same service center. They diagosed the problem of an IC failure which powers the motherboard therefore the laptop was not turning ON. They got the IC from DELL and replaced it. After replacement, laptop works for few minutes but again got turned OFF. Finally, Service engineer concluded that the replaced IC burnt and there is fatal issue with the motherboard or PCB. Service Centre people recommended to replace the motherboard (Harddisc already replaced). In nutshell, we have a laptop which is rarely used and have a failure of both harddisc and motherborad. This puts a question mark on the the quality of Hardware procured by DELL INDIA. We have purchased this laptop due to the brand value and nice service, but this all looks absurd. The Cost of Motherboard comes around Rs 13000. We don't want to burn our pocket for the product which has not given any service. The laptop is with us and is of NO use. We request DELL INDIA to take this product back for further diagnostics or the root cause of quality failure, if they want but on other hand, we need the solution for this painful laptop. We don't want to spend a single penny on this product now. We expect DELL to look into this matter seriously and do the needful ASAP.                       Sir, Dell has been a company which provides great customer service. But i want you to take a close look to my case. I have been disappointed too much. In 8 months of my laptop internal problems are like a schedule to my laptop. it is dell inspiron 15 3537. twice the keyboard twice the lcd once the touchpad twice usb ports once the heating panel has been replaced. But still the laptop is good at nothing. it heats in 10 minutes and reaches to 65C . I have sent many snapshots of temperature and Bios version. but still no solution now for 3 days. No email No phone call for the last 3 days. What to do? Please help or i will be forced to take some extreme steps against dell.

                          We registered a case with Dell customer support with case id #[protected] on 12-5-15 and were informed that they would send their engineer within 2 days but today is 27-5-15, still no one has called or come to check and provide warranty for the laptop.

                            I had called the Dell customer support for LCD issue and non functional USB port. After checking and running all the tests, the attendent refused to provide me a home service. Reason he and his manager state is, that my laptop service tag is blocked. Reason for block: someone else from Varanasi called Dell for service with my service tag and details and it was a fraud. Solution given to me is that I have to go to service center which will take 5 days to replace the LCD and usb port (already went there but 5 days are too much). Point to note, even they(service center people) cannot unblock the service tag, which means this has to be unlocked from Dell customer support only. To this, dell attendent says that the managment will see afterward (after i take service from the service center and wait for 5 days without laptop) if they can unblock it or not. I do not understand this unprofessional code of conduct. I do not beleive this story in anyway and the call cannot be made from my number to dell unless my sim card, my email, my service tag: all are hacked at once. I believe there has been a mistake from dell in this and it is me who is suffering. All i want is : unlock my service tag and give me home service for which I paid Dell (extended warranty till 2016).

                              Using more than 10 pc same issue occurring regularly have to uninstall the device manager LAN port and again have to install on daily basis. Their are other Pc like Lenovo, HP but they are working smoothly.                                 About 3 months ago, my one speakers of dell laptop stop working. When i submitted my issue in dell. They are saying you are using Vlc player but i never used vlc player. I use only windows media player and k-lite media player for multimedia. They are charging me 1250rs for replacement even in warranty period.

                                    I bought laptop of Dell inspiron i3 and opted for Back to college offer too by paying extra amount. After a month I received my earphones and a mail regarding the extended warranty. Also I got an SMS of the levis e-gift card of MyGyftr worth Rs.1500 with the details of my voucher which was valid till 31May, 2015. Today when I checked the e-gift card on the website of mygyftr, It said that the voucher has already been used on leviswebshop. I am shocked. This is ridiculous! I haven't used this voucher and was hoping to do so for some special occasion and i get toknow that the voucher wont work because somebody used it. I want the complete details of the voucher used, who used it and every other detail. I did not expect a company like Dell to be so unfair to its customers. Now I wonder if I will get the extended warranty benefits too. My coupon No. of levis is [protected]

                                      I bought a dell laptop in the early march from the Dell exclusive store, Agartala, Tripura(w).I havent been provided with any accessories like mouse, keyboard cleaner set, keyboard etc.My friends who have bought laptops from exclusive stores in other cities have been provided with sufficient accessories(mouse, keyboard guard, keyboard cleaner, headphone, keyboard etc).So, this is my situation and I am feeling like being exploited by the dell exclusive store at Agartala.I demand quick action in this regard and I am ready to provide further details if required.I dont understand what to provide as photo proof, please help me figure it out.

                                        With deep regrets I would like to convey the looting tactics of DELL. Just after purchasing DELL all in one i3 desktop from Croma Ghatkopar, it stopped functioning in a day only. When I approached on DELL customer care toll numbers I was given very unsatisfactory and annoying replies. have not taken my complaint into account and I am now planning to move to Consumer Court. varun
