I had bought a laptop Inspiron 15 (3542, Early 2014) on November 30, 2014 from a laptop showroom in Nehru Place, New Delhi.The touch pad of my laptop is not working after 2-3 weeks from buying date. For that problem I had contacted to showroom, Nehru Place, they have said to contact with costumer service, because, your laptop is in warranty. Further, I had contacted to Dell Service Center online on 11 January, they don online repair but the condition of touch pad was same.

As far concern my experiences toward Dell, there is no doubt to say " very bad ". I had bought my laptop from nearest showroom, Nehru place and I am suffering, the problem in touch pad of my system from starting. I had complained to Dell center. They just made me fool by online repair. I had request them to come and see the problem, they ignore it. I am working on my laptop in very dull way. The the end I don, t tell any thing more but I can't forget that I will not have to buy a system from the brand name by Dell or related it company.

After That I had called them several times but they pick up my phone and just put on without any proper reply and they never come to me to repair or exchange it.
I think, there is manufacturing problem is associated with this laptop. So, the proper treatment should be replace my laptop or return my money.
