I Was purchased Dell Monitor 31.10.2013. Monitor was fault . Please rectify them . my Mobile [protected]
I have purchased Dell 5537 on 22'Sep 2014 with 4 years of warranty. It is mentioned on Invoice as well but online status of my account is showing expiry of warranty. I have talked with Customer support but they are not resolving the issue. Inspiron 15R 5537

Based on your post, it might be a drivers issue. As of now some of the drivers of old Windows may not work properly on latest Windows. For the meantime, I suggest you some basic troubleshooting steps that may help you to solve the issue.
1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Select Device Manager .
3. In the Device Manager, expand Hardware Devices.
4. Right click on your controller and select Properties.
5. In the new Tab, click on the "Driver" tab and select "Update Driver". Then select "Search automatically".
6. Restart your PC and try to access the device again.
You may also try to install "Keyboard filter driver". You can download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website. Then you can install and reboot.
