I bought a dell tab on 03/10/2015.I was also offered to but an insurance from the dealer where I was told that at any circumstances, if a damage is caused on the product within a year of purchase, then the insurance will take care.I contacted the dealer and then the insurance co.(appsdaily). appsdaily is trying to help me now what they need is a quotation for the repair of the damage.The damage that happened on my tab is screen is ok but the liquid got logged.I went to one of the dell auth serv cent., where I was told that it would cost me RS.5500 but refused to gv me any quotation.Now I am in need of a quotation to proceed further with appsdaily.I need your help. You may try the following steps:
Control Panel - Device Manager - Mice and Pointing Devices - Double Click onTouch Pad -
2) Driver's Tab - Click Update Driver drivers,
3) RIGHT CLICK on TouchPad and UNINSTALL.
Then go to USB Controllers and UNINSTALL EVERYTHING except the category itself (all in it). REBOOT
This will refresh the TouchPad Driver and the USB Stack.

The issue is not yet resolved. there is no call being made by dell.
