[Resolved]  Dell India — Return Issue

I ordered the dell desktop on 3rd of dec.Because of performance issue and blue screen issue i raised the refund request sending emails to dell team and by calling customer care.

Technical team performed some troubleshooting steps but still performance is too bad.
I have raised the return request and no one has initiated the request till now .

Customer support team they are not responding .They are transferring the call from technical team to customer care team and customer care team to technical team by saying that we are not handling return requests. For the past week they have been doing this.

I placed the return request on 4 december itself . Whom I need to contact for the return request.

Dell service is becoming so bad. I'm placing the return request from 4 of dec.They have not initiated the refund request till now.

I have mailed several times no one is responding.

I'm not able to work on the desktop . They are not responding.

For the refund they agreed and reverse pick up also done.

After the reverse pickup they are saying 8k will deduct for reverse pickup
