They SMS me to upload proof. I had given my mother mangala & my name in receiver name.

I uploaded my Nirmmala adhar they rejected saying mangala is the consignee so I uploaded her adhar they rejected it saying adress mismatch. So I uploaded builders possession letter. To utter shock they rejected that letter as address proof!!

dispatched the following consignment in wrong address.
It should be delivered to PMI, Neuchâtel, Switzerland. But delivery guy delivered it at Printing & Converting in Geneva.
How delivery guy hands over consignment without verifying telephone number? Your guys don't accept consignment without pin code, telephone No. Are these just for show?

Dhl delivery person has signed on behalf of our company japro engineering pvt. Ltd. On 3/7/2019 and the document we have received on 08/07/2019. When we got our document dhl person has not taken any signature from us.

I purchased an item total cif value for inr 2600, they are trying to charge my custom duty of inr 1875 which is 72% of the cif value, when the custom duty is of 28% i. E. Inr 768. When shipping has already been prepaid by the seller included in the item.

DHL INDIA website is a fraud/misleading. Prior to filling out the shipment pick up and delivery information, the method of payment was made a mandatory choice of CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. Even after selecting that option my credit card payments didn't go through and shipment arrangements failed. The watch bearing the item n° cl[protected]de, has got stuck in customs in mumbai 3 days back on 8th april 2019 and currently it shows that it has reached bangalore but its stuck for unspecified reasons and i am not sure how to get it cleared. Parcel not delevered in last 14 days from delhi to sydney i book parcel from delhi on 26th march when i am in india because i have excess bagage.in the parcel have artificial jewellery which i use in family wedding in sydney now the wedding in few days but i dont know where are the parcel i call so many times customer service but i did not get any proper answer he say the man who check the jewellery he is suck or holidays but this not good...

I am unable to do KYC for an imported parcel because I have DND (Do Not Disturb) enabled on my mobile. So I am unable to login to upload the KYC documents.
This is crazy.

For almost every online transaction, one requires an OTP, and I have been getting OTP and other tracking messages from reputed companies with DND on.

Why can't DHL do the same?

I am facing major issies with the courier service as they keep calling me for kyc documents and at times for a invoice. Now will one have a invoice copy for a gift being awaited (Awb[protected])? And the customer service is not bothered to follow up as well with the customer. Since days together the package is stuck with customs.
