Hi,
I invested in Earth Gracia project for a 3BHK flat in 2012. Had paid more than 50% of the total amount, all the payments were made on-time. But there has been no development in past few years. had visited Earth offices multiple times and contacted multiple staff, but every time they assure that we will resume the work.
I need my money back.

Have heard that most of the directors are in jail and the project has no updates from past 2 years.

Please let me know if there is any group which has filed an FIR or complaint in this regard.

I have invested 30% of cost to completion for my 3BHk flat B101 .
I have a idea that I will shift to my new flat in 2017 but I am disappointed to see the site that the proposed building yet to start now. Now I can't understand what to do ? Last 2 year no progress and the builder also did not respond me properly. I have paid the Corporation bank charges without disbursements any loan amount. Now I wish to withdraw my amount with interest . I requst for right judgement.

I had booked flat in towne project in year 2011 but till now there is no construction work in my tower.

I want my money back but they are not refunding the amount and they say company do not have fund.
It's being more than 6 years but they are not able to tell exact possession date.
Response is very very bad always wrong update given by the customer care people.

I have paid till now 30% of total amount and it's a huge amount and i need this amount back but they are not ready to refund my amount.

From the so many years, i am repeatedly requesting for the refund but no action has been taken till now.
I have talk to Mr. Ashish, Mrs. Adity, Mr. Dinesh over phone several times, I also visited earth infrastructure karol bagh, Delhi Office but unfortunately my matter is still pending.
therefore I request you to kindly resolve this matter and Refund my amount with interest.

i want to file a complained against Charanjeet singh and Manmeet kaur and second name Ritu.They both hired me in there company earth infrastructure.But to fullfill job target they forced me to buy property so i did and paid them 2.5lac as token money for there project townie studio apartment but for 4 months when i didn't received my receipt and any type of agreement then i decide to get refund at that time they both ditch me and just gave me 1.70 thousand saying that the rest amount is deduction money and the salary they paid me . Charanjeet promise me to give my money back but never did.and the girl Manmeet lives in west delhi by changing her name calling her self Ritu they both are big fraud.

Booked 3 BHK flat(Unit no E-1403) in earth copia project in 2012 at sector 112 Gurgaon, Dwarka expressway. They promised to give the possession maximim by end of 2015. However, flat has not been provided by builder yet and no contruction work is being even carrired out at site, work has completely stopped at site. I have already paid more than 80% payment to the builder. I want builder to refund my hard earned money at the earliest

I have booked flat in earth towne project tower a-801 noida extension sector -1 ref no - eth/hs/b/0968 but till date flat not provided by builder. And fir already registered by welfare association fir no. 111/2016.
I have invested all retirement money in this flat and right now i am living in rented house from 3 years.

I have booked one flat 1095 sqf at D Tower in Earth Towne project at Noida Extension West in July 2010 under Reference No. ETH/HS/B/001563 (ETR-1563) and payment of 95% of total amount including service tax has been paid as per their demand letters in 2016.

Till date no information has been received about the possession of aforesaid flat, now two of their directors have been arrested, kindly help in getting the possesion of above flat or refund of my deposited amount at the earleist.

I bought a shop in earth iconic project of earth infrastructures ltd (Member of credai) - gurugram in 2013. I paid 60% payment at the time of booking on behalf of that payment they assure me to pay 12% per annum of payment till possession and i paid my balance payment next two instalments till march 2015 as per memorandum o[censored]nderstanding which made between earth infrastructure amd me even after they demanded edc idc charges from which i also pay them even they assure me gave possession in april 2016 which they postponed till sep 2016 even again they postponed the time of possession till april 2017 and stopped my assured return cheques from oct 2015 onward and gave me a letter in which they write to adjustment my assured return amount in my other charges till april 2017 but in all that construction of project is stopped and not possible to give possession this whole year as per situation at site.

Now the condition is that company is not giving assured return from oct 2015 which they assure me to give, construction on site is stopped or very slow delay after delay possession which already delayed by more than 1.5 years and not possible to give this whole year as per situation, for that i have paid my 100% payment including edc idc i’ve send so many mails to [protected]@earthinfra.com and to mr. Inderjit sahni manager in earth infrastructure ltd but didn’t get any reply even they are not picking my phone now a days.

Kindly help me for that metter i invest my hard earned money in earth iconic i m a rm at kotak securities ltd even i have given 100% payment including other charges i have paid appx rs. 35 lac please help me to resolve the metter.

In lump sum. I was to get assured return of rs 24000/pm,
Neither assured return is being paid, nor shop is handed over, the shop is still to be completed but work is stopped
Requested for refund of money, no reply given, whereabout of owners not known
A case of total cheating and fraud

I also booked a flat in earth gracia scheme, and was alotted no 0004 in tower f, on gf.
Paid more than 15 lavs (Fifteen lacs)
No work is being done and there is no trace of any flat
This is also a case of cheating and fraud

Needs help and sorting out

My brother has booked a 3 bhk flat with earth gracia in 2013, plot no 12,
A1, sector 1, Greater Noida(West )UP, the builder has taken 32 lakhs rupees and promised to give the possession in 2017.My brother recently visited the site and no construction has been started.

Could the government of India take action against them and help us in refunding out hard money from the earth gracia builders

Booked flat no. M 1601 in earyhtowne residential project against booking no.ETH / HS / B / 004140 did, 17 .04 .2012, till no schedule for said dream home from company.
Request to provide proper delivery schedule of said booked flat or return my deposed money including service tax as changed as per government low.

They are now available at Noida and Naraina only.We are investigating the modus operandi of Earth.We are helping the sufferers by filing proper cases for them.

I am kc bhardwaj i invested in' earth gamma tech' office space 700sqft according mou company assured to give assured return till possession but they have stopped the assured return on 30/09/2015. And have not given the possession. I have gone to there noida office there staff there told me that they cant give you possession and even your money but no authorize person of company was there. I even asked when can i meet your director but no concreate reply was given.

We have booked 4BHK Flat in 2012. They have promised to give possession in 2014Oct. I am a NRI and my parents who is 77 and 78 years old has also booked with me. They have spent their entire retirement money. Everytime I visit to India I visit the site and see only a pit. Now the site is so dirty and there is no trace of construction. We want our money back but they are not giving refunds.

We have invested in commercial property in earth sapphire court. Builder promised for assured return cheque till possession. However same has been stopped since sep 2015 & the last update we received from buider is in may 2016 stating we are approaching towards possession of the project, “earth sapphire court” situated at plot no. 48, knowledge park-v, greater noida, u. P. Where you have booked a unit. Ever since then we have been chasing builder for update on assured return cheque / possession but no reply

I have booked in 2010 september in earth towne. They are biggest fraud builder in realty industry. They have launch multiple project but none of them is completed till date or near completion.

There intention in not to complete any project in next 5 years too. They have collect thousand of crore rupees from buyer and i have strong feeling.

I had booked a flat in your project earth elacasa (eec-0791) and this is in reference to above mentioned point wherein,
A) from last many months i have been receiving the construction update of earth elacasa but there is no update of tower d in any of the mail in which i have the booking. several times i raised the query (ref no: tmyn-3296, inbj-1156, kbpn-2212) but never received the satisfactory answer and construction photograph and even that is also not available at your website in construction updates. can you pls send the updated pictures of tower d construction?

B) last week i received the reminder letter for outstanding payment of rs 35815 whereas before that i have not received any letter regarding this so this is not reminder and there is no detail mentioned of this due amount where i already paid all demands of 40%+other payouts as per clp plan. requesting you to pls share the details of this demand along with my account statement which should contains the demand raised, paid and balance figure with all other charges. i will not be able to pay any amount till the time i received complete details.

C) as per construction update, construction is going on in all other towers except tower d so pls share your plan of completion and expected date of possession and next demand.

D) all contact numbers given at your website and in letter ([protected]/65/66) are not accessible on any working day. pls share the contact detail of customer relationship manager who can answer the customer query.

This complaint is regarding shop eteo-408 in earth express one booked in the name of irasad ahamad and faizan husain. We would like to know why the project has been delayed and not handed over to us, which was supposed to be completed in october 2015. The project is about a year delayed and no date from your side is announced, when it will be completed and possession will be given. Also we booked for 250 sq feet shop but you have increased the shop size to 354 sq feet on your own with out our knowledge/discussion. So please allot 250 sq feet shop only which was signed and agreed in mou.
