Booking id is emt72721363. My account has been debited with 900 rupees and i have redeemed my last indigo credit shell value for paying the total amount of 12630. The pnr status shows pending. Please confirm at the earliest whether my ticket is confirmed or not. The booking date is 22/05/2020. I would request you to either return the money or confirm it asap. This type of service is not expected. I don't know whether i should book another ticket or not. Please, please respond to this mail asap.

    I booked my flight ticket today for 25th may travel from easemytrip app, booking id : emt72706111. Due to a very emergency situation i have booked the 1st flight but the ticket is in pending status and just now i got a call from easemytrip stating there is some problem on their end and they want to cancel this booking and would refund me after 7 working days.. I can't wait till 7 days due to an emergency situation i need to travel on 25th may.. I need immediate support..

      My indigo flight kq9eqe was cancelled because of extended lockdown. I was offered by a credit shell against the pnr.
      While trying to book another ticket, the pnr is not being recognized as a valid credit shell on easemytrip website. I also talked with mr. Mahboob through whatsapp based customer service, but he could not solve the issue. Your executive insisted that i am not using correct steps, but i am following all the steps given on www.easemytrip.com/offers/indigo-credit-shell.html.

      Kindly look into it as soon as possible as i am required to book another ticket

        Hi sir/ mam,

        This complaint is regarding to refund of my booking which i made through easemytrip with booking id : emt72493440. My booking got cancelled due to lockdown. I raised a request to easemytrip for refund of my amount.

        The refund which i received from your side is 74 rupees only and got notification via chat that if have any concern regarding full refund contact airlines.

        I spoke with spicejet and confirmed with them they said full refund is already been credited into travel agency account.

        So why i have not received my rest of the refund as yet.

        Please it's my humble request help me to get my amount refund.

          Easemytrip agents he just fraud with me. Booking id is emt72357814
          I raised compaint 15 times no listed my compaint i booked ticket through easemytrip agents. Due lockdown indigo has been refunded my money which on 26 march but untill i didn't get my refund.
          Watap team too much worst also say same words he refunded i told him i did not get my refund why you not understand but still repeat same word.
          I gave face difficulties so please never booked through this easemytrip website choose other one.
          Still i didn't get my refund.

            Please refer to the attached email from airlines for pnr uqvsfr where in airlines has refunded 6, 539 to easemytrip, but easemytrip has refunded me only 2696. Please refer to customer care reply from easemytrip that the remaining 2843 refund has been processed, but i have not received it. I have been chasing this for more than 2 months now, and every time i get a response, please wait for 10 days. This is very unprofessional and very harassing.

              I ashok goyal advocate, had booked flight tickets to and fro to mumbai with pnr wmpcja indigo 6e flight for date 21st march and return on 29th march for rs. 19269 through easemytrip. Booking id is 69419294.
              The flight got cancelled by the airlines, but i had rescheduled the tickets on 19th march, for travelling in april, the tickets cost me rs 15309/- but this one also got cancelled.

              So indigo, has refunded the difference amount of rs 3960/- to your agency and for rest of the amount they created a credit shell. That is for rs 15309/-

              But now your agency is only refunding me amount rs2160/- and rest they are charging it for service charges for cancellation.
              They ate up my rs1800/- just like that?
              Where is the customer at fault here if the flight was cancelled by the airlines itself?!

              I am never ever going to use their agency for any of my future bookings. My money is not free.

              In this situation of crisis when even the airlines have refunded all of the money and waived off all the charges, your company is looting people through baseless charges?

              I will even seek the court of law for justice for causing me mental trauma.

              I have been following easemytrip for same purpose since more than a month but their replies are always absurd.

              I want my whole money back that is rs3960/-

[protected]@gmail.com ticket booked and i got mail pnr no. Is [protected]. And booking id is emt72492489. & i am checking on easemytrip it shows reference id does not match with email id. Totally fraud. My ticket was cancelled on 15th april 2020 and today is 7th may 2020. While irctc says that they refunded money on 16th april 2020. Total 21 days completed and 22nd day is in running but till now my money is not refunded in my bank account. And nothing satisfied response from this company. Always they are lying down for so long. I am fully harrash by this service or response. You can find attachment and see that on 1st may they told that money processed on 30thapril and now they are telling that account is in recounsilling. While irtct refund my money on 16th april. Always they are telling different sentence and till now my money is not refunded. While i emailed too many time to company but they did not share transaction detail of refund. Please help me

                      Hi. This is mahesh nair thekkemadathil. I have made a booking with booking id - emt72020020 on march or before the corona pandemic. I was supposed to fly on 4th of may and return by 10th may to attend a meeting. But unfortunately my flights got suspended by the airlines and thus the event got cancelled because of lockdown. I have spoke to your representatives more than 25 times and they are of no help to me. They are not even aware about the updated advisory today and were asking me to wait for updation. I myself told them that it is updated and the airlines are ready to provide full refund to the agents. Iam fedup talking to your useless customer service. Kindly do the needful and provide me full cash refund as soon as possible. I have requested for cancellation 100's of times via your website for full cash refund but i get a mail saying it is rejected. Iam totally fedup with your service. Iam also thinking about filing a case regarding this issue if it is not solved as soon as possible. Your representatives were asking me to contact airlines which is not fair to ask a customer to do so as while taking the money it was you guys who took it. So my point of contact remains easemytrip not airasia. I will file a complaint will all the blunder suggestions your customer care executives were giving me having no idea about what they are talking. I was also tried to fool by asking me to sign and fill a credit form even after i asked for a full cash refund. I have all the proofs to file complaint to the court and proof o[censored]pdate travel advisory that says full refund will be provided to the agency by the airlines. I have spent more than 3 lakhs for booking via easemytrip.com and this is how you treat your customers. Please cancel all the tickets and provide me full cash refund as soon as possible or i will escalate the issue further.

                          I had booked ticket on ease my trip on 20th jan 2020 for the travel date of 30th march 2020, mumbai to phuket and return from phuket to mumbai 6th april 2020, a malaysian airlines ticket. On 12th march, government of india released notification stating indian citizens cannot travel to malaysia and people from malaysia cannot enter india becauses of covid 19 pandemic. There was a general travel ban issued to all countries by the indian government. Hence i tried contacting ease my trip but they were not reachable then i contacted malaysian airline and they stated that free rescheduling option is available with them but i need to contact ease my trip since i booked my flight through them. They have issued circular on their website stating the same. I had immediately dropped mail to ease my trip and asked them to reschedule the flight. They had reverted to me after very extensive follow up and drop me mail stating “as of now fare difference of inr 14396/- per pax will be applicable”, i wrote back to them about free rescheduling available with airline and attached all the required proof but i could not get any reply from them. I tried to contact them via what’s app and mail but they are simply not responding.
                          Please reschedule my trip without any fare difference charges.

                          How do you calculate fare difference? Whats formula? Fare difference is actually more than my ticket price. If i have to book the ticket on your site its coming cheaper than the fare difference you quoted. Total base fare of my original ticket for 3 person is Rs 43812 and you are charging Rs 43188 as fare difference for 3 person, please share formula on how do you calculate? I had requested call back on whats app customer care even though it was promised 4 times, i had never received call back. Whats app number is not accessible, nobody responds for days together.

                          Based on my conversation with Shubham Negi, my complaint is NOT addressed. I had put request for reschedule on 22nd March where fare difference was nil. In fact fare was lower than what i paid for. Ease my trip took 1 month and 22 days to respond during that time fare was increased so the fare difference. Ease my trip should pay the fare difference since it was delayed from their end.                           Pl read again - You took 1 month and 22 days to revert and that is reason for such huge fare difference.
                          I had put request for reschedule on 22nd March where fare difference was nil. In fact fare was lower than what i paid for. Ease my trip took 1 month and 22 days to respond during that time fare was increased so the fare difference. Ease my trip should pay the fare difference since it was delayed from their end.                             I had a qatar airlines ticket from bangalore to budapest, which was booked through easemytrip (Travel date 18th march 2020). On 16th march, government of india announced that indian citizens cannot travel to hungary. There was a general travel ban issued to all eu countries by the indian government. Hence there was no way i could travel with this ticket. I called easemytrip to find out the rules regarding cancellation on 14th march itself (To be on the safer side). I had also checked with qatar airways and was told that i will be getting full refund in the form of travel vouchers which will be issued by the travel agent. After both of them confirming that i will get a full refund, when i requested for cancellation and full refund, both of them were passing the buck to each other. The airline is saying that since i paid the money to travel agent, i should claim the refund from them and travel agent says that they are helpless and following the orders of the airlines. Presently there is no response either from the airlines or the travel agent.

                              We have booked our indigo flight tickets through easymytrip. Due to corona effect, indigo has given option of rescheduling of flights so we did. As per indigo mail they have refunded money to easymytrip due to price difference and also confirm through mail and phone call. Now after so much follow up, easemytrip do not give us refund which they have already got on 15th march of 2020.

                              It is more than 1.5 months and we are still struggling to get refund.

                                  I had requested cancellation for my booking emt72041904 which i purchased from easemytrip. It was indigo flight with pnr hgebts. Date of journey 25th april 2020.

                                  I am extremely disappointed and hurt that you have straightaway deducted airline cancellation charge of rs 3000 and easemytrip charge of rs 300.

                                  On that day there was no flight due to countrywide lockdown and in your website it is clearly written that for indigo flight the refund amount will be refunded in a credit shell. I am attaching the snapshot of the rules of indigo which was given in your website.
                                  You have increased my misery and distress by your cruel, heartless attitude.

                                  Credit shell is perfectly fine with me but airline cancellation charge is simply insane and atrocious. We simply dread this. Airline ticket fees are quite reasonable compared to cancellation charge.

                                  Please refund the whole amount as per government directive otherwise i will be compelled to take it to higher authorities.

                                  I made a booking through easemytrip from Tuticorin to Chennai on 22 March 2020 with booking I'd: EMT69920691 and the flight company is Indigo Airlines. As its Janta Curfew covid-19 situation on 22 May 2020, the Indigo Airlines suspended their flight and the same was cancelled and the same was intimated to my mobile number by the Airlines. I Spoke with airlines they said the full refund was already credited into travel agency account (easemytrip), till now I have not received refund amount. Further I received a mail by the easemytrip on 1 May 2020 that, “

                                  In even in cases of eligible full-refund, some airlines are offering a refund in part-payment.

                                    I booked my flight for 17th april, due to lockdown extended it got cancelled, they didn't provide me full refund for rescheduling of 4th may i paid extra amount. I already mailed them that this was my last money i am left with coz i have stuck in other city, doesn't have money or anything with me. But that didn't effect on them, now when i checked my upcoming flight status with them they said due to govt order it will cancel, flights will not be available, and then also they are asking me to wait till 3rd may don't know for what reason, again i will wait till 3rd may and reschedule post that so flights price will get high and again i will pay extra for rescheduling, they are not refunding full amount also, atleast they will give full refund so i can look for some other option to reach home, first they mentioned zero cancellation fee, not they are asking per booking 300 tax. Such fraud company and support i have ever come across, atleast you people should also understand the customer situation this time, how we are going through.

                                      Booked domestic flight ticket on march 23rd 2020 for march 29th 2020 for an amount of inr5139, due to the flight cancellations by the government, i have rescheduled the flight to april 15, 2020 for an amount of inr3596. The indigo airlines have refunded this difference amount to easemytrip. But, till date, the easemytrip is not at all refunding this amount to me even after several requests. There is no tele customer care support or even no chat support. I have send several emails to them. Every time they are giving different responses by different customer care executives. One time they are saying that the amount will be refunded with in 10-12 days. I too waited more that that. After that, some is replying me that i have to wait for another 10-15 days. Another one says that, they will refund once my travel is completed. But, the indigo customer care executive says that this difference amount has to be paid by easemytrip to the customer immediately. No need to delay. Even i forwarded the chat transcript with indigo to the easemytrip, they are responding like i have to wait till my travel to be completed.
                                      Also, i have asked them whether i can use this amount of inr1344 for any other bookings, they are not responding for that query.
                                      Finally, i have understood that, using this covid-19 outbreak opportunity, they are keeping the amount with them for some more days. This is absolutely a cheating.

                                      Kindly take necessary action against them.

                                      Your reply in this public forum is just an eyewash. In this, they have mentioned as "As informed, we are already taken your refund request". This is not true. See the attachment which is the email received from EMT Care yesterday at 7.47PM.
                                      In that, they have mentioned as the refund will be processed only after I complete the travel. But, in this forum, they have mentioned as they have already taken my refund request. OPENLY THEY ARE ...
                                      Really, I don't understand that this difference amount which is already refunded by the Airlines is not at all related towards completing my travel. Even though, they are not releasing. I have asked only these two questions. Till now, no precise answers for this

                                      1. Even if I travel or not, in what way this INR1344 is related? Say, if I again reschedule my ticket to a date after May 5th due to further extension of the Lockdown, will it be possible to use this INR1344 to any of my further bookings?

                                      2. Send me your policy document exactly related to my Refunding issue.

                                      If your Company is not really involved in Cheating, give me precise answer for the above two questions.

                                      Not at all received answers for these questions too.
                                      Really, this amount is not a big money. But, their time-to-time different answers, this looks ridiculous.

                                        This site has cheated with me. I had booked ticket vide booking id emt72305814 travel date 1st april 20, worth rs 23208, which got rescheduled due to covid lockdown.. I got revised ticket worth rs 9681 vide booking id emt72388651 travel date 19th april 20, post getting cacellation msg on 28th march 20, from ease mytrip and balance is not refunded.. I had put multiple emails to them but they are purely non responsive.. Requesting the legal body verifying the case to penalise them for harrashment caused to us.. I am attaching the email communications as well.. Not able to attach detail email communication.. If required can forward corresponding communications through email.. Please give justice to me.

                                        I got a call today from representative of Easemytrip, seeking details. I have given all the required details as per attachment, and as per their request (msg attached ) sent an email to Principle Airlines - Indigo - (Email attached along with all supporting attachments).

                                        all are requested to get this resolved, as one side this covid is harrashing entire world including me, and another side, this kind of harrashment is got created by Airline services, inspite of clear guideline from aviation ministry for non deduction of any charges due to reschedule / lockdown. Please help.
