did not waive off the rescheduling charges.

A request was raised before 72 hours of flight departure to reschedule the flight tickets. As per the govt norms there should not be any reschedule charges for flight tickets due to corona outbreak but i was bluffed by the tpa easemytrip saying that they would call back in 24 hours to confirm my rescheduled tickets but they never called back and later when i called them they completely denied to waive off any charges...

delay in rescheduling a flight

I had a flight booked from nagpur to atlanta which i wanted to prepone. The airlines confirmed that i only have to pay the fare difference, and the rescheduling fee will be wavered. I kept on asking easemytrip customer care to call me as i wanted to reschedule it at the earliest. They called me but 48 hours later. By then the price of the flight had doubled....

refund not initiated even after 90 days

It has been more than 2 months since the time i have been requesting for the full refund of my ticket amount against pnr no. Vbgvkj.

The reply from airvistara: we wish to inform you we have authorized the refund for the remaining amount with the acm number#[protected] for the amount of 8, 484inr (1414inr per person) received on 22 feb 2020. Still esemytrip is not bother to respond....

I was mailing you for my refund and there is no proper response from you. I tried calling u. I cannot reach contact you as the number is busy. I request you to share the number to call you and i would like to know about the refund amount.

As i checked with indigo about the cancellation i made 3 days before and i got to know that the amount has been already refunded to the travel agency....

And nobody picking up the call as well as no activity on email

I booked a flight with easemytrip. And now i have recieved no confirmation as to whether my flight booking has been confirmed or not. No response from either of your customer care numbers. 8709 rupees has been deducted from my account.
The booking has been done for the flight 6e 707 from bbi to gau on 13th march 2020 for 15th march 2020. This is my first time using this app and it is not at all good.

With due respect, i book a flight ticket for 5 person from patna to port blair (Vise-versa). Due to heavy outbreak of corona virus, advisory are comes out from govt. Of india that avoid travelling in india and give direction to all airlines company to provide free cancellation on tickets and go air also declared that refunds of free cancellation tickets to all customers. But easemytrip.com have no any official information in written mode...
