Website: Easemytrip

The company has not returned MY trip fee that has been cancelled by GOI. They re suppose to refund the entire amount but are not responsive on emails or call.

I have spent 20k plus on my tickets and there's no response from them.

    I booked a flght pnr: rv1qrv through ease my trip and there is no proper response from any of these two company. I tried to contact to both (Air asia & ease my trip) of them regarding the cancellation which is done by the air asia due to covid-19 but what i received the response to contact and unaboe to undestand that "to whom i have to contact"because air asia telling to contact ease my trip and ease my trip is telling to contact air asia.

    I think they are fooling us and making money only. Not replying appropriate resolution to the customer is same as frauding the customer.

    Therefore, it is request to you to please have a look to this issue and resolved it.

    I am trying many times to contact them but no one responses and neither help me for any status. I do not know why they are doing this. I do understand that may they are not working all time but after so many mails and complaits they should have to reply but they are not doing anything.

    I think they will not refund the money neither allow me to book again the flight tickets.. I am not belongs to rich family to avoid this.

    So, it is my humble request to you to please take any action on this issue and resolve it asap.

    If you wish to cancel/reissue your AirAsia flight. With this form AirAsia will directly respond to you. There are some issues in live APIs of AirAsia, hence we have to do it manually. Waivers offered by AirAsia (once you fill this form): Reschedule & no-show charges are waived for 15th April travel.

    Sorry to say ut i filled evrything but didn't receive anything from your side.

    Air asia mailed me that they will revert me back after filling the forum with in 48 hrs and it is going alost 4-5 days and they are not replying anything. I think they are frauding on me.

    Please resolve it.

      Hi team,

      My booking id is emt71001503 via easemytrip site for flights 26th march 2020 and 12th april 2020. Since indian govt issued lockdown, my flights are cancelled by airlines itself and airlines have made it public in their personal websites that full refund will be given to the patrons. However, easemytrip has not taken the cancellation as if the passenger has done by himself and credited only 886 bucks in my account. I am eligible for full refund that is 4520 as airlines committed. Also the app is not working, when i tried to cancel the flights for march 26th, it didnt allow me to do. I am going to take further action on this if my refund is not credited. And will never make plans with this agency.

Albeit I have not yet received the remaining refund amount in my account, I am marking this issue as resolved on the basis of faith and goodwill. Thanks and appreciate your efforts!

        Please see below the sms i recd from air asia about my booking for 22nd march ref my pnr jtdzji
        Dear guest, we sincerely regret to inform that your flight i5-1453 (Vtz-blr) on 22-mar-20 is cancelled due to operational reason. You may choose to fly on an alternative date or avail a full refund. For assistance, please contact our customer support team via https://goo.gl/E5dVTn for further assistance. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused. - airasia.
        I am unable to get thru to the call centre of easemytrip and they keep giving false information and they also no such booking exisits whereas i have the tickets recd from easemytrip

        Since the flight has been cancelled by air asia themselves, i seek full refund for the two tickets booked thru easemytrip. Easemytrip is not providing me proof that airlines have refused refund.

        Kindly intervene and ensure full refund

        My flight Got cancelled by the airline itself, after talking with the customer care executive I cancelled my booking from easemytrip website with full refund option but did not got full refunds.

            I had booked flight from bangalore to shirdi on 24/03/2020. 4489 rs got debited from my account but ticket was not booked. I need you to refund my money. This is a clear case of fraud. I did not know that company has several similar complaints before. Shame on them for looting innocent customers. Flights are still operational today. Not only is this financial harassment but emotional harassment as well. Nobody is answering the calls and mails have automated response. Pathetic customer service.

              Hi, i am sai prudhvi manupati. I had paid for the rescheduling of return ticket as on going ticket is airasia and i paid 1200rs on there website and return go air flight from goa to hyderabad as per terms i paid money and i didnt even get any confirmation from past 3days, payment is done but booking is still pending in easemytrip.com i am suffering alot with this site now
              They said it is free rescheduling but charged extra rs640 for goair and airasia rs 1200 extra and intial amount is rs7600 before rescheduling i am in total paid around 10000 but couldn’t get tickets properly still my booking is pending on the site

              MY COMPLAINT IS REGARDING THE BOOKING PENDING ON THE
              GOA-HYD ticket where in payment is don’t but booking is still pending I am still confused it’s worse it is charging a lot of extra payment which I paid to AirAsia for seats and convenience charge of tickets from HYD-GOA flight and return part GOA-HYD also I have paid additional convenience charges and rescheduling fee even though all flights are rescheduling free of cost please look into this
              My tension is whether my tickets are rescheduled or not
              THE BOOKING STATUS IS PENDING STILL
              Trying to get in touch with the customer care team of Easemytrip for past 4 days but no luck. Their numbers are always busy or keep you waiting. Not even responding to emails.

              I booked return ticket from Hyd to Jaipur on 25 Feb. However, due to COVID-19 outbreak I requested Easemytrip to advise ticket cancellation charges, but no response.

                      I made a online flight booking through easemytrip.com portal (Ref. No. Emt[protected] where the flight was re-scheduled by air india (Del-dhm). On contacting the airlines, they confirmed that i am eligible for a full refund as per rules and they have marked a flag against my pnr so that the agent can see and initiate full refund. On calling easemytrip.com helpline, they too confirmed the same and raised cancellation request. After sometime, they sent me a mail informing my refund amount which was partial. They denied full refund and blamed it on the airlines. The call centre executives denied of any further support, denied connecting me to their managers and denied sending me any further communication for escalation or resolution. Thus, i insist easemytrip.com to process my full refund at earliest.

                          As per the govt norms there should not be any reschedule charges for flight tickets due to corona outbreak but i was bluffed by the tpa easemytrip completely denied to waive off any charges.

                          Airlines asked me to connect with easemytrip for free reschedule/cancellation as i have booked from emt.

                          There are also 300 per ticket non refundable charge by easemytrip.

                              My booking id is emt72183596. I had booked my flight on 19th march 2020 at 11:00 o clock. The money got debited from my account but i didn't receive any email confirmation on the booking. It was an air asia flight from bangalore to kolkata on 21'st of march at 5:35 a. M the booking showed status as pending, later i checked the status through your website which said the booking has been rejected.
                              I have been calling the helpline number since then i didn't receive any response.
                              When will i get my refund?

                                Due to frequent change in itinerary indigo has fully refunded my amount on 20th feb but since the trip has been booked through easemytrip.com the money has to be routed through the site however, i had a full faith in the site but they betrayed me.

                                "the indigo has sent me the confirmation of refunded amount mail to easemytrip on 20th feb". "easemytrip also cc in mail"

                                Easemytrip has given me time for 5-7 business days to get it refunded which is normal but after 7 days they said it is not initiated yet they will initiate my refund now again after 7 days they gave another lame excuses.
                                And the they start misbehaving and misleading on the call.

                                I dont know what to do it about a month now :' (

                                I booked a flight : https://mybookings.easemytrip.com/MyBooking/FlightDetails?bid=u8+0AkCI9JUFogozUv... i applied the coupon EMTPAY.
                                This was my first transaction at easemytrip and aslo through paypal on easemytrip, however paypal did not transfer the cashback of Rs 600. I satisfy all the criterias mentioned in the coupon page.

                                  A request was raised before 72 hours of flight departure to reschedule the flight tickets. As per the govt norms there should not be any reschedule charges for flight tickets due to corona outbreak but i was bluffed by the tpa easemytrip saying that they would call back in 24 hours to confirm my rescheduled tickets but they never called back and later when i called them they completely denied to waive off any charges

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I have booked bom-mel flight through qantas airwways on 19th may, 2020. It had three flights in that. Bom - bkk, bkk-syd, syd-mel

                                    But, due to coronavirus our flight to bom - bkk which is operated by bangkok airways cancelled and because of that our whole ticket refund was expected

                                    After following up for 4 days then easemytrip.com people said that u have to raise request on website for cancellation we did that on 4th march, 2020

                                    But since then today 13th march, 2020 i havent received the refund and they are just saying airlines have not given them confirmation

                                    Its our good amount of 80, 000/- we had paid and now they are not refunding to us saying airlines has not replied them.

                                    If airlines had not replied them i ask them whats communication reference i will follow up with airlines then also they are not saying.

                                    And more on, today i got mail saying once airlines confirms then 5-10 days u will receive refund. Seriously?!!

                                    I have already raised request 10 days back and still didnt received reply.

                                    Where as my friend had booking on same flight same itenary in goibibo he has received refund and one of my other friend had booking through easemytrip but in his pnr only single ticket was there he received confirmation mail of refund processed.

                                    I dont understand till when i will receive my refund. As i cannot book my other flight for bom-mel on same days.

                                    I hope consumer forum people shall help me in getting my refund asap

                                      I had a flight booked from nagpur to atlanta which i wanted to prepone. The airlines confirmed that i only have to pay the fare difference, and the rescheduling fee will be wavered. I kept on asking easemytrip customer care to call me as i wanted to reschedule it at the earliest. They called me but 48 hours later. By then the price of the flight had doubled.
