Respected sir / madam,

I would like to inform you that I had booked air ticket from Jeddah to Bombay on 6th March 2020 from EaseMyTrip and travel date was 07th March 2020 but due to corona-virus ( COVID-19 ) Jazeera airlines had cancelled the flight on my travel date ( 07th March 2020 ) that is why I could not travel in Jazeera airways.

My flight details are given below :

I have talked many times to Jazeera Airways to refund the amount but Jazeera Airways told me that we had already refunded Rs.10569/- to your travel agent ( EaseMyTrip ) on 7th March 2020 with given me refund reference no : 63393059 by Jazeera Airways . But after more then one months from refunded date, I haven't received any refund amount from from EaseMyTrip.

In conclusion, I have attached e-Ticket with cancellation of my flight from the Airline and refund reference photo which was received by Jazeera Airways this email for your better information. I humble request you please refund Rs.10569/- as soon as possible in my original payment mode ( ICICI credit card ).

    I have cancelled booking on 24th march. Today is 22 days running. But still now refund not received. Whereas airline confirmed that they refunded full amount to easemytrip on 25th march but don't know what's wrong with easemytrip. Moreover their customer care is also unavailable and i am unable to contact them.

      Hi.I have booked a ticket from mumbai to rajahmundry on 21 march 2020.The flight was cancelled by airlines. It has been 20+ days since the flight got cancelled but i didnot receive refund amount.
      I have got a cancellation request confirmation from easemytrip. There is a guideline saying that it would give the refund in terms. but did not even receive partial refund.
      The company should alteast pay partially initially and then later refund completely.

          I am very upset and worried. I made a booking 14/3/2020 for a flight from cochin to hong kong.

          I initially got an email saying my booking was pending, but finally i got another email stating 'rejected booking'.

          I was not contacted about getting a refund and none of my whatsapp messages or calls are being answered.

          The booking was for 3 people, over rs.60, 000.

              I have booked 2 tickets from Jammu-Delhi-Visakhapatnam on 31.01.2020 with booking ID EMT69475568 but due to some reason Jammu-Delhi flight first got delayed and then cancelled due to which travel was not done. I applied for refund on same date but till today haven't received any refund. Customer care of EMT isn't giving any proper response.

                Myself ravi jaiswara from bangalore. I booked a ticket on 07/04/2020 around 9:45 pm, the full amount is get deducted (10, 247 rupees) but booked ticket status is showing pending.

                I call customer care but customer care service is closed, please look into this and confirm my ticket.

                  Hi my easemytrip booking id is emt71552093.
                  I had booked tickets for the dates 27 of june 2020 and return ticket date on 30 june 2020. I haven't requested for cancellation, but it has automatically got cancelled and i recived a refund of 444. This is ridiculous since i haven't requested for cancellation. Since you have cancelled the tickets i need full refund. Kindly respond as soon as possible

                          I booked a flght pnr: rv1qrv through ease my trip and there is no proper response from any of these two company. I tried to contact to both (Air asia & ease my trip) of them regarding the cancellation which is done by the air asia due to covid-19 but what i received the response to contact and unaboe to undestand that "to whom i have to contact"because air asia telling to contact ease my trip and ease my trip is telling to contact air asia.

                          I think they are fooling us and making money only. Not replying appropriate resolution to the customer is same as frauding the customer.

                          Therefore, it is request to you to please have a look to this issue and resolved it.

                          I am trying many times to contact them but no one responses and neither help me for any status. I do not know why they are doing this. I do understand that may they are not working all time but after so many mails and complaits they should have to reply but they are not doing anything.

                          I think they will not refund the money neither allow me to book again the flight tickets.. I am not belongs to rich family to avoid this.

                          So, it is my humble request to you to please take any action on this issue and resolve it asap.

                          Air asia mailed me that they will revert me back after filling the forum with in 48 hrs and it is going alost 4-5 days and they are not replying anything. I think they are frauding on me.

                            My booking id is emt71001503 via easemytrip site for flights 26th march 2020 and 12th april 2020. Since indian govt issued lockdown, my flights are cancelled by airlines itself and airlines have made it public in their personal websites that full refund will be given to the patrons. However, easemytrip has not taken the cancellation as if the passenger has done by himself and credited only 886 bucks in my account. I am eligible for full refund that is 4520 as airlines committed. Also the app is not working, when i tried to cancel the flights for march 26th, it didnt allow me to do. I am going to take further action on this if my refund is not credited. And will never make plans with this agency.

                              I am unable to get thru to the call centre of easemytrip and they keep giving false information and they also no such booking exisits whereas i have the tickets recd from easemytrip

                              Since the flight has been cancelled by air asia themselves, i seek full refund for the two tickets booked thru easemytrip. Easemytrip is not providing me proof that airlines have refused refund.

                                  I had booked flight from bangalore to shirdi on 24/03/2020. 4489 rs got debited from my account but ticket was not booked. I need you to refund my money. This is a clear case of fraud. I did not know that company has several similar complaints before. Shame on them for looting innocent customers. Flights are still operational today. Not only is this financial harassment but emotional harassment as well. Nobody is answering the calls and mails have automated response. Pathetic customer service.

                                    Hi, i am sai prudhvi manupati. I had paid for the rescheduling of return ticket as on going ticket is airasia and i paid 1200rs on there website and return go air flight from goa to hyderabad as per terms i paid money and i didnt even get any confirmation from past 3days, payment is done but booking is still pending in easemytrip.com i am suffering alot with this site now
                                    They said it is free rescheduling but charged extra rs640 for goair and airasia rs 1200 extra and intial amount is rs7600 before rescheduling i am in total paid around 10000 but couldn’t get tickets properly still my booking is pending on the site

                                    MY COMPLAINT IS REGARDING THE BOOKING PENDING ON THE
                                    GOA-HYD ticket where in payment is don’t but booking is still pending I am still confused it’s worse it is charging a lot of extra payment which I paid to AirAsia for seats and convenience charge of tickets from HYD-GOA flight and return part GOA-HYD also I have paid additional convenience charges and rescheduling fee even though all flights are rescheduling free of cost please look into this
                                    My tension is whether my tickets are rescheduled or not
                                    THE BOOKING STATUS IS PENDING STILL
                                    Trying to get in touch with the customer care team of Easemytrip for past 4 days but no luck. Their numbers are always busy or keep you waiting. Not even responding to emails.

                                    I booked return ticket from Hyd to Jaipur on 25 Feb. However, due to COVID-19 outbreak I requested Easemytrip to advise ticket cancellation charges, but no response.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      Please info me us regarding booking id : emt71396670 rescheduling i have been all ready mail you about problem in rescheduling of flight tickets in your on line system from last from 20 march two day till you have not revise any my phone or e mail answer about it due to covid 19, i wants to reschedule my journey on may 24, 2020 so please do need full and answer as soon as possible other wise you can cancel it and refund my money

                                        I had applied for cancellation 1. Emt69448227, 2. Emt69456953, 3. Emt69457202,

                                        Please note our booking is insured for free cancellation.

                                        One person named mr rathod called from easemytrip () mobile no. [protected]). He and his co called finance dept called me, get my bank details cheated me rs 9999 and rs 1500 and again rs 24999 in name of refund from my hdfc bank and sbi. I cannot understand how easemytrip can do so and cheated their customer. Kindly look into the grave issue.
