Updated by Vtk7 Even I have sent request to the CEO, they are replying with the same response. Not at all giving precise answer. Like me, they may be holding many customers money and it becomes lacks and they may be earning daily with that money. Such an Cheating agent. No call or chat support. Only e-mail. Such a bad organization.

Updated by Vtk7 Your reply in this public forum is just an eyewash. In this, they have mentioned as "As informed, we are already taken your refund request". This is not true. See the attachment which is the email received from EMT Care yesterday at 7.47PM.
In that, they have mentioned as the refund will be processed only after I complete the travel. But, in this forum, they have mentioned as they have already taken my refund request. OPENLY THEY ARE ...
Really, I don't understand that this difference amount which is already refunded by the Airlines is not at all related towards completing my travel. Even though, they are not releasing. I have asked only these two questions. Till now, no precise answers for this
1. Even if I travel or not, in what way this INR1344 is related? Say, if I again reschedule my ticket to a date after May 5th due to further extension of the Lockdown, will it be possible to use this INR1344 to any of my further bookings?
2. Send me your policy document exactly related to my Refunding issue.
If your Company is not really involved in Cheating, give me precise answer for the above two questions.

Really, this amount is not a big money. But, their time-to-time different answers, this looks ridiculous.
I made a booking through easemytrip from Tuticorin to Chennai on 22 March 2020 with booking I'd: EMT69920691 and the flight company is Indigo Airlines. As its Janta Curfew covid-19 situation on 22 May 2020, the Indigo Airlines suspended their flight and the same was cancelled and the same was intimated to my mobile number by the Airlines. I Spoke with airlines they said the full refund was already credited into travel agency account (easemytrip), till now I have not received refund amount. Further I received a mail by the easemytrip on 1 May 2020 that, “
We have successfully processed Refund of Rs.9915 against your Booking Confirmation ID - EMT69920691.
Booking Cancellation Request Number - 910277
Kindly note your Refund Reference Number as for your future reference.
In even in cases of eligible full-refund, some airlines are offering a refund in part-payment.
One refund amount may come to you in 7-10 days and another in 15-20 days. So please be patient in these challenging times.
Since its been 14 days I did’t received any refund or refund in part-payment for the said booking as mentioned above. Moreover the easemytrip Customer care number[protected], 0303, was not in use and I was tired by dialing the number[protected] since no one there to answer my calls).
So I kindly request to look into this and initiate my refund amount of Rs 9915/-( Request Number – 910277 in Booking Confirmation ID - EMT69920691.)
