I booked my flight for 17th april, due to lockdown extended it got cancelled, they didn't provide me full refund for rescheduling of 4th may i paid extra amount. I already mailed them that this was my last money i am left with coz i have stuck in other city, doesn't have money or anything with me. But that didn't effect on them, now when i checked my upcoming flight status with them they said due to govt order it will cancel, flights will not be available, and then also they are asking me to wait till 3rd may don't know for what reason, again i will wait till 3rd may and reschedule post that so flights price will get high and again i will pay extra for rescheduling, they are not refunding full amount also, atleast they will give full refund so i can look for some other option to reach home, first they mentioned zero cancellation fee, not they are asking per booking 300 tax. Such fraud company and support i have ever come across, atleast you people should also understand the customer situation this time, how we are going through.

    Booked domestic flight ticket on march 23rd 2020 for march 29th 2020 for an amount of inr5139, due to the flight cancellations by the government, i have rescheduled the flight to april 15, 2020 for an amount of inr3596. The indigo airlines have refunded this difference amount to easemytrip. But, till date, the easemytrip is not at all refunding this amount to me even after several requests. There is no tele customer care support or even no chat support. I have send several emails to them. Every time they are giving different responses by different customer care executives. One time they are saying that the amount will be refunded with in 10-12 days. I too waited more that that. After that, some is replying me that i have to wait for another 10-15 days. Another one says that, they will refund once my travel is completed. But, the indigo customer care executive says that this difference amount has to be paid by easemytrip to the customer immediately. No need to delay. Even i forwarded the chat transcript with indigo to the easemytrip, they are responding like i have to wait till my travel to be completed.
    Also, i have asked them whether i can use this amount of inr1344 for any other bookings, they are not responding for that query.
    Finally, i have understood that, using this covid-19 outbreak opportunity, they are keeping the amount with them for some more days. This is absolutely a cheating.

    Kindly take necessary action against them.

    Even I have sent request to the CEO, they are replying with the same response. Not at all giving precise answer. Like me, they may be holding many customers money and it becomes lacks and they may be earning daily with that money. Such an Cheating agent. No call or chat support. Only e-mail. Such a bad organization.

    Your reply in this public forum is just an eyewash. In this, they have mentioned as "As informed, we are already taken your refund request". This is not true. See the attachment which is the email received from EMT Care yesterday at 7.47PM.
    In that, they have mentioned as the refund will be processed only after I complete the travel. But, in this forum, they have mentioned as they have already taken my refund request. OPENLY THEY ARE ...
    Really, I don't understand that this difference amount which is already refunded by the Airlines is not at all related towards completing my travel. Even though, they are not releasing. I have asked only these two questions. Till now, no precise answers for this

    1. Even if I travel or not, in what way this INR1344 is related? Say, if I again reschedule my ticket to a date after May 5th due to further extension of the Lockdown, will it be possible to use this INR1344 to any of my further bookings?

    2. Send me your policy document exactly related to my Refunding issue.

    If your Company is not really involved in Cheating, give me precise answer for the above two questions.

    Not at all received answers for these questions too.
    Really, this amount is not a big money. But, their time-to-time different answers, this looks ridiculous.

      This site has cheated with me. I had booked ticket vide booking id emt72305814 travel date 1st april 20, worth rs 23208, which got rescheduled due to covid lockdown.. I got revised ticket worth rs 9681 vide booking id emt72388651 travel date 19th april 20, post getting cacellation msg on 28th march 20, from ease mytrip and balance is not refunded.. I had put multiple emails to them but they are purely non responsive.. Requesting the legal body verifying the case to penalise them for harrashment caused to us.. I am attaching the email communications as well.. Not able to attach detail email communication.. If required can forward corresponding communications through email.. Please give justice to me.

      I got a call today from representative of Easemytrip, seeking details. I have given all the required details as per attachment, and as per their request (msg attached ) sent an email to Principle Airlines - Indigo - (Email attached along with all supporting attachments).

      all are requested to get this resolved, as one side this covid is harrashing entire world including me, and another side, this kind of harrashment is got created by Airline services, inspite of clear guideline from aviation ministry for non deduction of any charges due to reschedule / lockdown. Please help.

      Dear Respected Sir / Madam, My complaint is still unresolved. Airlines has already refunded my amount to Easemy trip but they are holding it. Please help us to refund as we need my money, which will help us to survive during the pendamic. Further if possible - Please speak to airlines to refund the amount, as even Assurance of finance minister is also there, but indigo is holding our money as credit shell. Which is almost 20000 Rs. Please help us to get refund.

        regarding flight booking confirmation

        Due to issues with the pnr for my flight the airline has already booked a ticket for me and put it on pending status. All they want easy my trip to do is just confirm my booking by adjusting the credit shell amount. I have been literally pleading that this ticket is urgent as it is my husband's surgery and i need to travel but the agency (Easemytrip) is not answering my mails nor can i call nor do they have an what's app option for other...

        I booked my flight ticket through easemytrip.com for flight from bangalore to toronto via paris for march 21st, 2020 for an amount of inr 56, 979

        The booking id for the same is emt71594385 and pnr is g2xsf6.

        Despite cancelling the flight on easemytrip due to covid-19 outbreak, they have not yet processed my cancellation request and it is still in the status "cancel requested" (Screenshot attached)

        First they tried to fool me by asking to contact delta airlines but airlines confirmed that you can cancel and get refund only through your agent (Easemytrip in this case).

        Despite multiple calls to customer care and sending emails, i haven't got my refund yet.

        Kindly help me in getting back my hard earned money.

          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: airline tickets and fares

          The issue that i have experienced was: i have contacted etihad airline regarding my refund application number[protected] for the ticket number[protected]/1/1 with pnr udjqjn.

          I have been advised that the ticket amount is refunded in full by etihad airline during end of march 2020 but easemytrip is advising due covid19 their call centre is temporarily shut and informing me that airline has not refunded them. They are trying to take advantage of this situation by trying to delay and steal my money.

          They got the obligation to refund my ticket so please process my refund as soon as possible.

          Awaiting my refund to be deposited immediately.

            I booked a ticket for 16th april 2020 with air india from easemytrip although the flight got cancelled and i done the process as told by the company for refunds. Now they are saying i hav'nt cancelled the ticket yet. I am attaching a screenshot of mail what i received by the company.
            I need my full refunds and proper details as they are not replying with a genuine answer.
            Already aviation minister said company should give full refund as who so ever booked the ticket in this lockdown periods.
            Please help me out here.

              I had booking male to cok to male round trip by indigo flight through easemy trip so my return flight was march 5. Due to covid 19 i called to ease my trip asking for change the date they said its its less than 12hrs the flight departure so u can contact direct indigo then i called indigo and changed the ticket with changes fee 4000inr then date changed to 21st march. Unfortunately due to covid 19 issue indigo flight cancelled so they refunded full amount of one way ticket which is 5172 inr to easemytrip account. But ease my trip process to me only 50rs regarding this i send many mail but they replay forward message. Its cheating

I cancelled the tickets directly from the airline and i even have the invoice from the airline regarding the dull refund but easemytrip took forever to generate refund in the first place after multiple email when they finally did generate the refund they get returned half the amount. Thier response is extremely slow now i'm stuck sending multiple emails again and they refuse to respond. I have sent multiple emails, tweeted about the problem to easemytrip still no response. Their customer care numbers don't pick calls. They have been harassing me for so long i have no idea what to do now to get my money back.

                  I cancelled my air asia flight within 24 hours of booking and the airline refunded my entire amount and i even received an email from them the reference ticket number from their end was: 44271183. But ease my trip has refunded only 299 rs and refuse to answer my calls emails or any such thing

                      PFB the travel booking made by me for my family members

                      The bookings were cancelled directly from the airline and they have confirmed that the refund has been successfully processed in Marc itself.

                        I have talked many times to Jazeera Airways to refund the amount but Jazeera Airways told me that we had already refunded Rs.10569/- to your travel agent ( EaseMyTrip ) on 7th March 2020 with given me refund reference no : 63393059 by Jazeera Airways . But after more then one months from refunded date, I haven't received any refund amount from from EaseMyTrip.

                        In conclusion, I have attached e-Ticket with cancellation of my flight from the Airline and refund reference photo which was received by Jazeera Airways this email for your better information. I humble request you please refund Rs.10569/- as soon as possible in my original payment mode ( ICICI credit card ).

                          I have cancelled booking on 24th march. Today is 22 days running. But still now refund not received. Whereas airline confirmed that they refunded full amount to easemytrip on 25th march but don't know what's wrong with easemytrip. Moreover their customer care is also unavailable and i am unable to contact them.

                            Hi.I have booked a ticket from mumbai to rajahmundry on 21 march 2020.The flight was cancelled by airlines. It has been 20+ days since the flight got cancelled but i didnot receive refund amount.
                            I have got a cancellation request confirmation from easemytrip. There is a guideline saying that it would give the refund in terms. but did not even receive partial refund.
                            The company should alteast pay partially initially and then later refund completely.

                                I am very upset and worried. I made a booking 14/3/2020 for a flight from cochin to hong kong.

                                I initially got an email saying my booking was pending, but finally i got another email stating 'rejected booking'.

                                I was not contacted about getting a refund and none of my whatsapp messages or calls are being answered.

                                    I have booked 2 tickets from Jammu-Delhi-Visakhapatnam on 31.01.2020 with booking ID EMT69475568 but due to some reason Jammu-Delhi flight first got delayed and then cancelled due to which travel was not done. I applied for refund on same date but till today haven't received any refund. Customer care of EMT isn't giving any proper response.

                                      Myself ravi jaiswara from bangalore. I booked a ticket on 07/04/2020 around 9:45 pm, the full amount is get deducted (10, 247 rupees) but booked ticket status is showing pending.

                                      My booking id: emt72507940.

                                      I call customer care but customer care service is closed, please look into this and confirm my ticket.

                                      Please find the screenshot details of payment and tickets.
