Hi my easemytrip booking id is emt71552093.
I had booked tickets for the dates 27 of june 2020 and return ticket date on 30 june 2020. I haven't requested for cancellation, but it has automatically got cancelled and i recived a refund of 444. This is ridiculous since i haven't requested for cancellation. Since you have cancelled the tickets i need full refund. Kindly respond as soon as possible...

I have booked one ticket from chennai to trivandrum for 20th april 2020.

Money has been deducted from my account but still my ticket status shows booking pending.

Pnr number is not available

I have been calling the customer care numbers continuously but no one is responding.

cheating- withholding trip fee post govt order

The company has not returned MY trip fee that has been cancelled by GOI. They re suppose to refund the entire amount but are not responsive on emails or call.

I have spent 20k plus on my tickets and there's no response from them....

My booking id is emt71001503 via easemytrip site for flights 26th march 2020 and 12th april 2020. Since indian govt issued lockdown, my flights are cancelled by airlines itself and airlines have made it public in their personal websites that full refund will be given to the patrons. However, easemytrip has not taken the cancellation as if the passenger has done by himself and credited only 886 bucks in my account....

I did not know that company has several similar complaints before. Shame on them for looting innocent customers. Flights are still operational today. Not only is this financial harassment but emotional harassment as well. Nobody is answering the calls and mails...

ticket complaint and pnr status pending

Hi, i am sai prudhvi manupati. I had paid for the rescheduling of return ticket as on going ticket is airasia and i paid 1200rs on there website and return go air flight from goa to hyderabad as per terms i paid money and i didnt even get any confirmation from past 3days, payment is done but booking is still pending in easemytrip.com i am suffering alot with this site now

ticket rescheduling/cancellation

As per the govt norms there should not be any reschedule charges for flight tickets due to corona outbreak but i was bluffed by the tpa easemytrip completely denied to waive off any charges.

Airlines asked me to connect with easemytrip for free reschedule/cancellation as i have booked from emt.

There are also 300 per ticket non refundable charge by easemytrip....

booking rejected with no refund of money

My booking id is emt72183596. I had booked my flight on 19th march 2020 at 11:00 o clock. The money got debited from my account but i didn't receive any email confirmation on the booking. It was an air asia flight from bangalore to kolkata on 21'st of march at 5:35 a. M the booking showed status as pending, later i checked the status through your website which said the booking has been rejected.

not giving my money back and continuously misleading

Due to frequent change in itinerary indigo has fully refunded my amount on 20th feb but since the trip has been booked through easemytrip.com the money has to be routed through the site however, i had a full faith in the site but they betrayed me.
