I’ve been receiving unsolicited promotional messages from easemytrip even after complaining two or three times to stop sending messages. No action has been taken from the company so far and they keep giving fake assurances of stopping the messages

    Hi i have done bookings on the portal for may 13th due to lockdown my flight was cancelled. Pnr number is u3cj7j. I had requested for full refund after while the backend team had made a mistake of requesting for cancellation. I was almost charge the complete fare cost for the mistake done by easemytrip. So i wanted my pnr number back or easemytrip to pay me the cancellation fee charged for me as it was their fault for requesting for cancellation without my permission. As supreme court had ordered for airlines to full refund for flights cancelled during lockdown so i had requested for full refund instead their team requested for cancellation and i have been charged for cancellation. They are not replying any email and not ready to talk. They are saying we can not do anything while this is his mistake.

      I have bought a ticket from easemytrip.com on 22nd feb 2020 with 64236 for 13th march 2020 from delhi to bangkok and return on date 17th march 2020.
      This ticket has been cancelled by airline end on date 29th feb 2020 and airline full refunded to easemytrip.com on date 30th march 2020 which is transaction id no is:[protected]. Airline has refunded full amount against this cancellation but easemytrip.com has given me only 57000 rs.in july month. I called many more times for full refund but their customer care representative says always wait 24 hour, 48 hour, 5 days or 7 days. I called them more than 200 times but they are not giving me full refund against this ticket. While supreme court already order to airlines to refund full amount against cancellation due to covid-19. But these people are not giving me full refund kindly help me for get full refund regarding this cancellation.

        Hello sir i booked two tickets from mumbai to bangalore for 29 march 2020. But the flight is cancelled due to covid-19 pandemic situation and i applied for the credit shell and refund also but not getting any response from the company till yet. Sir please help me to get either a refund or the credit shell option. Because it 6 months passed and i didn't get any money or response from the company.

          I had booked a trip to srinagar from kolkata or 1st may 2020 through easemytrip.com.
          Due to lockdown in india, trip could not happen and i was told by easemytrip to directly contact Indigo airlines.
          I contacted Indigo in April 2020 before the trip date and they refunded the entire amount of Rs.25342 as credit shell with a validity of one year.
          Recently, on 16th october when I contacted Indigo for a query, I got to know that easemytrip made a full refund request to Indigo for this PNR and entire amount was refunded to easemytrip on 7th July 2020.
          I checked with my bank and no money was credited till 16th october by easemytrip. I was told to contact easemytrip as to why my amount is not credited.
          When i contacted easemytrip customer care, they informed me that the amount is with them and in order to receive my own money i need to cancel the PNR trip from easemytrip site and then only i can get my money.
          I did not receive any information/communication from easemytrip regarding these steps and they were keeping my money with them for these 3 months without my consent.
          This is Fraud. I am sure there are many customers whose money is with with easemytrip and they are not even aware of it as they are thinking that their money is with airlines as credit shell.

          Why was i not informed that they had requested airlines for my refund and kept it with them for so long? why was i not informed that they have received my refund from airlines and that i need to cancel the PNR in order to receive it in my bank.
          How many customer's money are they holding who have not yet requested their money?
          This is serious. Easemytrip is earning revenue by keeping refunds with them and only releasing after people are requesting it. If i didn't call indigo today regarding credit shell, easemytrip would have kept quiet.

          Did you read my complete complaint? I spoke to airlines and they said that easemytrip had made a request for refund and on 07th July entire amount was refunded to easemytrip by indigo.

          I did not get any communication from you on this until i contacted myself. I was then told that i need to cancel the trip ON YOUR SITE in order to claim my money. You kept the money with you without even notifying me.

          Now, you are giving excuses that it failed at bank side. Then why there was no intimation made to me that there was even an attempt made by you.
          Mind you I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE AMOUNT and ITS BEEN MORE THAN 7 BANK WORKING DAYS.
          First, you kept the amount with you without informing me. Now, when i asked for a refund also i have not received. How many days more you want me to follow up with you?
          What other excuses you have? My bank has denied any failure at their side because it is NOT POSSIBLE that a credit will be DENIED.

          So, please stop giving excuses and REFUND my amount ASAP. This is not a small amount, its Rs.25342.
          I don't want to follow up more on this. If action is not taken, i will have to put it out on twitter and tag ministry of aviation.

                I have recording of their agent also who tells their backend has done it to ask refund from airlines they are not ready to accept the mistake and solve the mistake. I have both airlines and easemytrip executive call recording. I have mailed them but no action or respond have been taken.

                  Air india is always a preference for an indian who wishes to travel in india or overseas since it has a culture and tradition of delighted customer experience.

                  In the month of feb'20 me and my family had decided for a vacation at goa in the month of may'20 as per our leaves sanctioned being a salaried employees.

                  As you are aware that the world was badly impacted with covid-19 pandemic and it brought a threat of life for human beings. Post nationwide lockdown life has changed in a drastic manner and human beings have been forced to choose its priorities for survival.

                  Current situation has also impacted our travel decision and we had to decide to drop the vacation plan at goa. But when we approached air india for a complete refund we were asked to defer the travel plan surprisingly.

                  Sir i wish to bring a few facts into your kind notice as stated below which clearly reflects why we cannot defer the travel plan.
                  1. We have 4 members in our group suffering from a heavy diabetes problem and always carry their medical kit as prescribed by the doctor. Currently its very difficult to travel to these people as they have high propensity to be infected from covid due to poor immune system.
                  2. We are salaried employees and facing salary cuts due to industry slowdown. We found it very difficult to meet our family needs and such financial help (Ticket refund) will really help us to make most of our expenses.
                  3. We have 6 children below 10 years of age and travel with these age groups is equally risky as with senior citizens.

                  I urge you to consider the above facts kindly arrange to approve a complete refund of fare paid by us. Please find the attached tickets details for your reference.

                  Me and my family will be highly thankful to you for this act of kindness.

                    I booked one ticket through easemytrip and pnr was dq5w8b. The booking amount was 10700. I cancelled that ticket and airline refunded the whole amount but easemytrip returned only 9016.

                    It has been nearly more than a month and still i didn't get my whole amount.

                      My booking id emt70331826 due to covid i cancelled my flight on 13 august and full amt is to refund it but no one respond come from accounts team when ever i called they tell it is in process and take 7 days but no one has taken it seriously i called again and again they told me that my payment gateway phone pay not accepting the payment and it has been transferred through neft on 1 sep i agree with them and waiting for their mail for sending my documents but no one mail me again i talked same response please wait on 6 first time they called me and said due to sunday tomorrow u get mail and please provide neft details again i wait but no mail comes again i call on 10 sep i told them giving last chance i will file complaint on them no one is doing properly work refund amt not yet received they told me wait for one day definitely i get neft regarding mail on 11 but i get an mail that refund amount transferred to my wallet without my permission they do unsatisfied service and not going to use any more i need my amount back to my account with extra amt as compensation

                        Have booked 3 round trip international flight tickets from delhi to brussels dated 15th may 2020 (Aeroflot flight number su-235, su 2168) and return on 27th may 2020 via aeroflot flight number su-2169, su-232.

                            I have cancelled my ticket having booking no EMT69043403, EMT69047798, EMT69048959, EMT69049530, EMT69048864 on 10th August 2020.
                            I have already talked with customer care 3 to 4 times. Everytime they are saying that my refund would be done through manually, and within 72 hours i will get a email regarding my bank details etc ets. But 9 days gone. I have neither received an email nor refund. It is very unfortunate to get this kind of support from India's no 1 website. I want my refund immediately. Please cooperate

                              I have booked an Indigo flight ticket on 3rd March 2020 from Visakhapatnam to Kolkata. Flight PNR NO. BWDMTH. But the flight has been cancelled due to Covid 19. The money has been refunded by Indigo to you. I did not get the refunded money still. I need my money back.

                                    I did a normal cancellation of flight kolkata to Bangalore.
                                    As per cancellation policy I suppose to get around 750rs a refund, I have confirmed the same with easemytrip cc.

                                    Its been more than a month I am not getting my refund after following up with Easemytrip customer care countless time.

                                    I cancel my flight way before the actual date of flying.

                                        Hi,

                                        I made a booking on 3rd june from hyderabad to delhi, the money was deducted and the booking was not completed. I raised a dispute with my kotak bank and they informed that the issue is on your end and it shows as settled from your side.

                                        Please look into this issue. I am affected by this issue and need resolution as quickly as possible.

                                        The payment was made through kotak pg and the amount deducted was 4185.00 indian rupees.
