Dear sir,
I have booked bom-mel flight through qantas airwways on 19th may, 2020. It had three flights in that. Bom - bkk, bkk-syd, syd-mel
But, due to coronavirus our flight to bom - bkk which is operated by bangkok airways cancelled and because of that our whole ticket refund was expected
After following up for 4 days then easemytrip.com people said that u have to raise request on website for cancellation we did that on 4th march, 2020
But since then today 13th march, 2020 i havent received the refund and they are just saying airlines have not given them confirmation
Its our good amount of 80, 000/- we had paid and now they are not refunding to us saying airlines has not replied them.
If airlines had not replied them i ask them whats communication reference i will follow up with airlines then also they are not saying.
And more on, today i got mail saying once airlines confirms then 5-10 days u will receive refund. Seriously?!!
I have already raised request 10 days back and still didnt received reply.
Where as my friend had booking on same flight same itenary in goibibo he has received refund and one of my other friend had booking through easemytrip but in his pnr only single ticket was there he received confirmation mail of refund processed.
I dont understand till when i will receive my refund. As i cannot book my other flight for bom-mel on same days.
I hope consumer forum people shall help me in getting my refund asap
