I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all i want is them to...

I booked a ticket from aktobe to nur sultan with booking id emt71629558
And money is deducted frim my account and i want cancel this booking and want refund asap. I dont want to continue this booking and need money back urgently is really very urgent

I booked a flight ticket from chennai to mumbai for travel date of 10-may-2020 with a insurance from liberty general insurance co., but till date i have not received insurance copy.
Last 3 weeks i am chasing with easemytrip but no result.

I called both the numbers for information but no one seems to pick. This is very careless on their part. I just regret doing booking from this site. The people are way too careless.

I already mail at [protected]@easemytrip.com about cancellation of my air ticket bangkok to delhi in-order to get the full refund. My booking id is emt 69658219 pnr mcb2fg and ticket no. Mcb2fg/1/1 travel date 10th march 2020. I am still not received any reply from your side.

flight cancelled refund not issued

We booked a ticket from mct to delhi with pnr ymyn5. Flight got cancelled and we asked for the full refund. It was more than 2 months and till now we didn't get the refund. When we try to contact airindia directly they are telling emt sales team has to contact airindia india sales team as you booked your ticket through emt. Emt is not taking action regarding this. Pl take immediate action....

money got deducted but flight not booked

I booked Nagpur To Mumbai Go air flight ticket from a skyscanner app through easemytrip portal. I paid via google pay to the easemytrip@hdfcbank. I havent got any booking confirmation, no message, no mail.
If the ticket has not been booked, I want a refund of my money.
The amount was 2850 rupees and it is a big amount for me being a student. Please look into this problem at the earliest....

We booked two tickets from kolkata to lilabari airport on the 23rd of december, 2019. The flight did not land at the destination and we were told we will get a full refund, with a written document.

However, easymytrip has still not refunded me the money, even after more than 60 days since the ticket was booked. They keep saying that they are waiting for alliance air to refund them, but other passengers who traveled with us...

eligible refund not received

Hi,

I am writing this letter as i have been harassed mentally badly by easemytrip customer care regarding cancellation. I have been reaching them out for a simple refund of rs4000 which i deserve but they have not responded effectively and communication is going in circles.

declining to refund after confirmation

I cancelled a flight booking on the 27th january, 2020. I spoke to the executives of both vistara and easemytrip.

I received a confirmation on the refund and was promised the same in 5-7 days.
I kept calling them after 10 days to check on the refund but nothing positive came.

I emailed them regarding the same and now they want me to get in touch with the airline to resolve this problem.

please permanently delete my easemytrip account asap.

I accidently created an account on ease my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't ease my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.

flight booking

I booked a flight from hai phong to da nang which was scheduled for march 21, 2020. The ticket issued to me was showing the flight to be of pel air, whereas the flight number shows this is bamboo airways.
Separately, bamboo airways doesnt have any flight of the time easemytrip issued ticket.

Sure way of looting the customer. Nor do they agree their fault.
Pel air doesnt even operate in vietnam. I have been cheated...

non refund of amount

Upon cancellation of travel ticket, easemytrip paid refund through payumoney portal.
The amount was refunded vide n[protected] and n[protected] on 20.01.2020 & 23.01.2020. However both refunds were not received/ credited in my pnb credit card. On taking up matter with pnb, they informed that the transaction was failed and returned to sender. But payumoney is not making payment now.

Unsolicited messages are a waste for the marketer and and highly irritating for the consumer.

I have booked a flight ticket from hyderabad to new delhi for 28th feb 2020 for 09:45am air india ai-543 in the namd of b. Sandeep yadav for 6385/-.
I booked on 25th feb at 08:30pm. It got stuck while booking but my account is debited without a ticket details.

Cannot reach customer care now. Tried so many times already.
This never happened with makemy trip. But now with easemytrip. Will i get my money back?...

I cancelled my flight from indigo website according to them my refund amount should be 869. But i didn't get my refund amount. I already mailed all the details to there mail id but still i didn't get any response only auto generated mail. On indigo website i can see my ticket got cancelled but when i checked on easemytrip it is showing reschedule requested. Please updated details as soon as possible.
