A flight ticket of vistara was cancelled by the airline due to some operational reason on 28th may 2020, the airline has confirmed in mail that they have marked this booking as full refund. Tried to communicate with emt team many time. But it's totally waste of time, i need my money back asap.

Updated by Surajit Das786 I've shared so many times the confirmation mail in format with your team, The airline team also has wrote a mail to your team for the same, Now today your team is saying that I've to cancel the ticket, Why should I cancel it, I was ready to travel on that date. I won't cancel anything manage it at your end.
