I have cancelled my return ticket (Before the lockdown process) from goa to ranchi of a round trip on.10 march 2020 because indigo airlines itself changed my itinerary with an option to cancel with full refund, they also provided me a receipt for refund. But it's been 4 months now and i haven't received any refund money till now and nobody is even answering my calls or messages. My booking id is ent5tx. Please help me get my refund.

    I booked a flight ticket from easemytrip.com on 6th June for Nagpur to Mumbai 15th June 2020 . I asked ease my trip to reschedule it on 10th June 5 days prior to journey date to 6th July an executive confirmed me that I had place request on my behalf. I got mail of confirmation also that Reschedule request confirmation. After that they said me our team will contact you within 24hr so I waited for there revert but no one has contacted me on that then I contacted them still no respond from them. On 15th(on date of journey) I got mail and sms with rescheduling link at 9.56AM which of not working. and then I contacted them and was on call for 2 hrs after that they said ma'am you have to pay 3100 rs as your flight has departed. I send them mails even to CEO also but no one was ready to respond the problem with there system and i have to bear a cost.

I booked a flight on 6th June from your portal for 15th June, I tried to reschedule my booking on 10th june for 6th July but on the payment page some error has come and then when I tried again the page was saying link is expired( Attached file for reference) and after that I contacted your whatsapp communication and there was some Mehboob named executive who helped me in raising request for rescheduling on my behalf, after that i received a mail communication stating that Reschedule request confirmation ( Attached file for reference ) and on 13th when I called your customer care no and some executive has said our team will contact you by EOD then no one has contacted me. On today morning when I contacted your customer care number executive had told you have to pay 3100rs for rescheduling because its within 4hrs of departure but I’m contacting your customer support since from last 5days and have got revert today in the morning at 9.56AM and 10.30AM. In all the above scenario no one has contacted me stating that there sis some issue we can processed your request

      Easemytrip has been charging me Rs.2000/- every month on my hdfc credit card since April 2020. I have complained and their response is check with your bank. They have deducted again on 17 June and I haven't made any transaction on easemytrip on 17 June

        Ease my trip is harassing customers for refund even after the airlines has refunded the ticket amount. Multiple calls and emails have not yielded any results.

        I booked a ticket from hyderabad to goa for 25 may.
        I paid via 2 modes
        1. Credit shell on pnr ndskvl
        2. Remaining cash
        3. 269 charged as convenience charges

        Total paid to book the ticket was 4820

        Airlines indigo has refunded money to agency easemytrip
        On pnr ndslvl 2503
        On pnr mwkl6h 2048
        Convenience charges by easemy trip

        Total amount to be refunded 4820

        Ease my trip has refunded only 1799

        Please look into this urgently and refund my entire amount of 4820

          I had booked a vistara ticket through ease my trip portal for travel on 6th april 2020. Due to lockdown vistara cancelled the flight and issued a full refund remark for my ticket. Attached is the email received from vistara confirming the same. I have shared the same with ease my trip and have been asking them to process my refund for 2 months now. They are denying any refund and are pursuing delaying tactics. They are holding my money and hence i am complaining through this forum. Request you to please help. Attached is the vistara email, ease my trip cancellation request and the original ticket.

            I had a booking for indigo flight from bom to trv on 16 june. I had also taken the emt insurance. However the airlines cancelled the flight. Now emt is not refunding the insurance amount + deducting ticket amount. Their customer support is also very pathetic and harsh. Flight details: pnr: nde23l booking date: 16-june 6e 975 bom - trv amount: 7990 ticket price emt insurance : 3398 extra please do the needful to get the full refund as airline had cancelled the flight

              Have purchased train ticket from your app on 28/02/2020 for 23/03/2020 from rajendra nagar (Patna) to howrah. The tickets are of 3rd ac my ticketing amount is approx 3300/- i have paid my money through my hdfc bank debit card. Due to lockdown all the trains are cancelled. As per irctc the refund the amount 3170/- on 26/03/2020. But till date i have not received my amount. My banker is telling that they have not received any amount from irctc. After conversation with irctc they told that they have refunded the amount to easemy trip because i have taken the tickets from your app only. Almost more than three months are over still i have not received the money. Please do needful so that i can get the money earliest, and your customer support is alsi not working due to lockdown.

                I have booked flight in easemytrip and the airline was indigo. Indigo has cancelled the flights and processed refund to easemytrip however, i did not received the full refund from easemytrip. Total refund inr 11018, received refund from easmytrip inr 3713. I am chasing easemytrip since 3 months for the refund but they are just playing with emails. I have shared the evidence also that indigo has processed the refund but still they are not giving my refund. Now in this crisis situation i don't have salary also and my funds got blocked with easemytrip. I am pissed of email chains with easemytrip but they do not processing my refund. I have attached indigo refund confirmation.

                1. Please release the payment for the PNR NCFIQB INR 2818.

                2. Please clarify why I got deducted payment for the PNR TDZ4WR. Actual amount would be INR 3982, however I received INR 3713.

                  My emt72716982 was rescheduled the date as flight was not available on that date. And fresh ticket was issued and fair was rs.2950/. But ticket was purchase on rs.3814/. So the difference amount is to be return in my bank a/c. Sector was ccu - ixa. Changed date was 03 june 2020. So please confirm the issue and arrange to return the difference amount.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I had booked ticket on 22nd march 2020 through easemytrip app and i cancelled that ticket in mind of month of april. My ticket cost was 4164. I followed up to easemytrip for claiming refund last 2 months. Finally yesterday i received mail from easemytrip team regarding refund status, in that mail they said that only rs.1164 will be refund. I expect to deduct cancellation charges as 25% becoz i cancelled my ticket before 2 months ago. So i request to give me refund as per actual ticket cost. I will attached mail and ticket pdf files for your reference.

                    Some mails are received from easemytrip tema, in that mail they said that your refund amount will be 4070. But still i didnt received refund.

                    Kindly help me regarding this

                        Ease my trip is not a customer friendly
                        Company. Their customer care is pathetic and useless with some silly response to simply close the incident.
                        Now they are overcharging and into more of a fraudulent practices.
                        For my pnr no culskf for air asia flight to kolkata from delhi.
                        It happened that flight got cancelled due to covid 19 and reschedule was supposed to be free and unlimited times. But rather they charged me 2000 for the same. I drop yhem several mails and tweets but they did nothing.
                        I request people not to use this website for ticket booking.

                          A flight ticket of vistara was cancelled by the airline due to some operational reason on 28th may 2020, the airline has confirmed in mail that they have marked this booking as full refund.                             "please note the underlying 3 pnr numbers for flight going from surat to raipur via delhi
                            However you added a 3rd flight in between at nagpur. This was unacceptable and we cannot make this travel.
                            Please note the pnr numbers and please issue complete refund at the earliest.

                            The above was the complaint made. They denied to help and kept repeating same sentences "sir this is something which is not in our hand sir" ; "you need to coordinate with the airline for full refund" ; "i apologise"

                            If they want me to connect to airline then why did the collect service charge for the booking and why did they collect payment. They should have redirected me to the airline at the time of payment and should have provide booking without any service charge, since, they decline to assist and want me to connect to airline.

                            Above all worst thing was the attitude of the customer support staff, who kept repeating same 2-4 sentences on every question provided. Also ignored my question 3 times, when i asked to provide his name in order to make a complaint.

                              Booked a ticket on may 9th but due to extension of lockdown flight was cancelled by airlines. When requested for a reschedule there were no flights and the one that is available they are askin for a extra amount. Why should i pay extra. Its the airlines they should organize and consider for the safe travel of the customer without any extra charges. This is what airlines and ease my trip are playing with the emotions of people and looting money.
                              Another incident since there were no flights available for travel due to medical reasons i booked another ticket and here airlines restricted my travel and didnt allowed me to travel when speaking to easemytrip they didnt reconsidered my request and told cant help on this situation and i have to cancel the ticket after which the penalty was charged.

                              Airlines and easemytrip are looting people in this difficult situation. Amd the government is silent on this case and jo body care about the hassle happening with in the airlines. This is atam nirbhar india looting amd playing with the emotions

                                      I just booked 3 tickets from new delhi to srinagar on 12 june 2020 Booking id is EMT 72893538 even through the money(16, 686 rs) deduted from my account yet the booking status is pending i have been calling them both customers no but no one picking my call i dont get what kind of a service they are providing all i want is them to confirm my tickets
