      after payment my booking status is showing pending, please resolve

      I just booked 1 ticket (Roundtrip) from ahmedabad to delhi on 4 aug 2020
      Booking id is emt73680080
      Even though the money rs.6253.00 has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
      I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. Need to confirm my tickets....

      I had booked ticket with the airlines for 3 passengers initially (Pnr : vq5kfe, booking ref no : emt[protected] initially for which the flight was cancelled due to covid issue and i was give a credit shell.

      Then i booked again using the credit shell for the below mentioned booking emt[protected]Pnr nff8mi)

      Airlines have said they have refunded for the earlier pnr : vq5kfe full refund but i have received recently only after much follow up.
      I have not received the refund for the 4th passenger in nff8mi.
      I am following up currently for the refund of the 4th passenger.

      Even to get refund for the first pnr i had to follow up with ease my trip for more than a month. Airlines said they have refunded to ease my trip on 6th jun'20 but i received my refund only last week.

      Firstly why is ease my trip holding the refund money received for such a long period when the airlines has already refunded.

      Secondly i have not received refund yet for the 4th passenger in the second pnr for which i am following up now

        Dear Sir/Ma'm,

        Air India Flight from Delhi to Hyd for 07 Jun 20 was rescheduled vide Ref EMT 72940116 by paying DIFF. Amount of Rs 4298/- for which ticket rec'd with PNR JWNVO but having NO TICKET NO. (with pending status). Later while CHECK-IN, PNR was shown as "INVALID".

        This rescheduling was done against Pandemic cancelled flight, earlier booked PNR YNN7T by AI Flight from Delhi to Pune for 05 Apr 20 vide Ref EMT 70489083 by paying Rs 5323/- (Amount now in Credit Shell with Air India).

        Contacted customer care many times (ACCESS NOT AN EASY TASK) and wrote e-mail (TKT ID[protected] for providing refunds but each time, only false assurances were provided by Team EMT to RESOLVE WITHIN 24 TO 72 hrs and also, that they have forwarded the issue to concerned Accounts Dep't and Tech team (both seam to be idle for last 02 months).

        EMT customer care is providing worst service having with no Redressal/ Escalation mechanism, and saddest part is, they even go beyond saying "Raise complain anywhere".

        Still AWAITING REFUNDS for last 02 months that should have been refunded in "AUTO MODE".

            I tried to book train tickets, those are not booked but my amount was deducted. L have called to the ease my trip people couple of times they keep saying we will send mail nd we will rectify ur problem but they didn't solve my problem yet. They didn't sent any mail. Worest booking interface.in that page first it takes irctc id nd then take our payment thats it, our money will deduct nd the page will not respond more.

              Every time we send a mail to their customer care department a new person reverts by saying w e will get back to you but no one reverts after that.

                  I have booked ticket from easemytrip indigo flight pnr HHKTWP.

                  As the flight reschedule by indigo and show plan B for cancellations without any charges .so i have cancelled the flight ticket pnr HHKTWP and they show the refund amount 6264 .
                  I have approached easemytrip refund and they send the email stating rs 2286 only.
                  They refund only 2286 .i have called to there customer care they only replied i have informed the concren team.
                  My only question is indigo sent me email with refund amount 6264 why i only got 2286 .why easemytrip take extra 4000. This is fraud.

                  Request you to look into the issue and refund the amount given by indigo i.e 6264

                      Hi All,

                      I booked Indigo ticket PNR LI79RM of Rs 4, 264 from EaseMyTrip. Flights got cancelled due to Covid-19 Travel Restrictions. I got email from Indigo that they have processed the full refund to the travel agency account used at the time of booking the reservation but EaseMyTrip has not refunded my money. I contacted EaseMyTrip. Their customer care is not reachable. I also wrote emails to their customer care id [protected]@easymytrip.com
                      and [protected]@easemytrip.com but emails are bouncing back

                        I booked ticket worth rs 25100/- on 10th jul'20 with id. Emt73368457, for delhi-sharjah. Clearly mentioned in ticket that it is cancellable @ charge of rs.3700/pax per passenger.

                        I applied for cancellation on 12th, yet the refund/ refund confirmation is not been issued to me till date, on connect with airline, they denied any refund & told to connect with easemytrip only, who have communicated the cancellation option & is a booking partner.

                        Kindly issue the refund else need take the matter to relevant courts on account of claim refund & harassment charges.

                          I booked a ticket from Patna to Delhi on easemytrip.com, first they showed me the actual price same as other portal have but while booking they lower the amount with the message displayed "Your fare has been reduced by 3500 to 2300" I again checked on the other websites such as MMT in case they also have reduced price but didn't get anything change their, so booked the tickets from easemytrip.com and once payment has been done the dashboard...

                            I had made bookings in my wife's name through easemytrip and subsequently these were cancelled due to cancellation of flights / otherwise and full refunds have been made to easemytrip by the cocerned airline. But this has been refunded to me by easemytrip, despite follow-up, as detailed below, for more than 2 months or so.

                              Hi team,
                              I have an escalation regarding the booking on easemytrip poral.
                              On june 2, 2020 i was trying to book a flight from mumbai to jaipur.
                              After validating all the details, i resume to pay the fare but somehow i got an error page after making the payment.
                              I tried contacting the easemytrip employee through whatsapp chat and he said no payment has been received, ask me to check with bank.
                              I did open a grievance at the bank and after around 15 days i received a mail from bank that my dispute has been rejected as the amount is settled at the merchants account.
                              Can you kindly look into the issue as its been a month and i am not able to contact any of the easemytrip customer support medium.
                              Kinldy do let me know if anything else will be required from my side.

                                  I am expecting a refund on my pnr - nkdy9t. I got mail confirmation it was initiated on 15 june yet i am still waiting for the refund to reflect in my account. Mailed few times which went unanswered. Reached out on watsapp on their complaint centre. First time someone called zeeshan disconnected my conversation when i asked the status. 2nd time someone called utpal gave me a random payu transaction id and asked me to check with payu. Question is why shoule i do that? I paid with axis credit card and i should get the amount directly to my account. It is emts respnsibility to check status of their payu refund. Very disappointed since this is a matter of 7000 bucks. And very unprofessional way of avoiding responsibility.

                                  Same here... and interestingly its with same guy... "UTPAL".
                                  He assured to raise concern with higher team to address and its been 20 days...

                                  No clue on their response time. I am still waiting..

                                  Now, Chapter 2: Today i attempted to chat and unfortunate of Mr. UTPAL attended my char and ended as soon as my PNR seen with details...

                                  Portal says "0" charges but they charged me of Rs. 519/-... No clue on this

                                  • Transaction date along with the amount.
                                  • Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
                                  • First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
                                  • UPI / VPA if any used

                                    It's really ridiculous, easemytrip not able to solve simple refund case in a entire month,
                                    Please don't repeat the copy paste reply job. I'm in condition to do co-operate any-more.
