Flight cancelled by Singapore airlines, amount yet not refunded

We booked our ticket, via EaseMyTrip, during pandemic, flight was cancelled by Singapore airlines and declared for full refund, but yet the money is not refunded.
Every time we send a mail to their customer care department a new person reverts by saying w e will get back to you but no one reverts after that....

Refund fraud

I have booked ticket from easemytrip indigo flight pnr HHKTWP.

As the flight reschedule by indigo and show plan B for cancellations without any charges .so i have cancelled the flight ticket pnr HHKTWP and they show the refund amount 6264 .
I have approached easemytrip refund and they send the email stating rs 2286 only.
They refund only 2286 .i have called to there customer care they only replied i have informed...

I had made bookings in my wife's name through easemytrip and subsequently these were cancelled due to cancellation of flights / otherwise and full refunds have been made to easemytrip by the cocerned airline. Completely useless support for refund

I am expecting a refund on my pnr - nkdy9t. I got mail confirmation it was initiated on 15 june yet i am still waiting for the refund to reflect in my account. Mailed few times which went unanswered. Reached out on watsapp on their complaint centre. First time someone called zeeshan disconnected my conversation when i asked the status. 2nd time someone called utpal gave me a random payu transaction id and asked me to check with payu. Question...

It's really ridiculous, easemytrip not able to solve simple refund case in a entire month,
Please don't repeat the copy paste reply job. I'm in condition to do co-operate any-more.

Ease my trip is harassing customers for refund even after the airlines has refunded the ticket amount. Multiple calls and emails have not yielded any results.

I booked a ticket from hyderabad to goa for 25 may.
I paid via 2 modes
1. Credit shell on pnr ndskvl
2. Remaining cash
3. 269 charged as convenience charges

Total paid to book the ticket was 4820

Easemytrip not providing refund

I had a booking for indigo flight from bom to trv on 16 june. I had also taken the emt insurance. However the airlines cancelled the flight. Now emt is not refunding the insurance amount + deducting ticket amount. Their customer support is also very pathetic and harsh. Regarding refund of money

Have purchased train ticket from your app on 28/02/2020 for 23/03/2020 from rajendra nagar (Patna) to howrah. The tickets are of 3rd ac my ticketing amount is approx 3300/- i have paid my money through my hdfc bank debit card. Due to lockdown all the trains are cancelled.
