I booked a flight from hai phong to da nang which was scheduled for march 21, 2020. The ticket issued to me was showing the flight to be of pel air, whereas the flight number shows this is bamboo airways.
Separately, bamboo airways doesnt have any flight of the time easemytrip issued ticket.

Sure way of looting the customer. Nor do they agree their fault.
Pel air doesnt even operate in vietnam. I have been cheated by easemytrip and lost money.

    Upon cancellation of travel ticket, easemytrip paid refund through payumoney portal.
    The amount was refunded vide n[protected] and n[protected] on 20.01.2020 & 23.01.2020. However both refunds were not received/ credited in my pnb credit card. On taking up matter with pnb, they informed that the transaction was failed and returned to sender. But payumoney is not making payment now.

    i have taken up with my banker and they have shown inability to chargeback the amount. the amount has to be paid by you people only. Bank has no such facility. response from the bank has also been forwarded to you through mail.

      Unsolicited messages are a waste for the marketer and and highly irritating for the consumer.
      In the past i have tried to log onto the site and affect changes but to no avail....

      I have booked a flight ticket from hyderabad to new delhi for 28th feb 2020 for 09:45am air india ai-543 in the namd of b. Sandeep yadav for 6385/-.
      I booked on 25th feb at 08:30pm. It got stuck while booking but my account is debited without a ticket details.

      Cannot reach customer care now. Tried so many times already.
      This never happened with makemy trip. But now with easemytrip. Will i get my money back? Or should i go to the real court because i have quite a lot of sources from media and others.

        I cancelled my flight from indigo website according to them my refund amount should be 869. But i didn't get my refund amount. I already mailed all the details to there mail id but still i didn't get any response only auto generated mail. On indigo website i can see my ticket got cancelled but when i checked on easemytrip it is showing reschedule requested. Please updated details as soon as possible.
        Please look into the matter and process the refund asap.

          Respected concerned authority,

          I had booked a trip on 25 January 2020 from Raipur to Thiruvananthapuram via Bangalore ( Booking ID: EMT66994930, Airline PNR : OJLYPW). Due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to cancel the ticket and I rescheduled my trip. Its been almost a month that I have not received my refund (4855 (cost of ticket)- 3000 (cancellation charge) - 250( EMT convenience fee) = 1605 /-). Its a clear case of your negligence even after huge deduction as cancellation charge. How can I opt your platform for my future trips and how can I suggest to your site to my friends and relatives if you are showing this kind of irresponsibility. I hope this matter will get attention immediately and my problem will be resolved at the earliest.

          I am eagerly waiting for my resolution at the earliest.

            I had cancelled my flight tickets two weeks back due to corona virus issue in vietnam.
            I didn't received refund yet.
            No update from easemytrip.
            I called their customer care 5 times, they always say we didn't received any communication from airline.
            Easemytrip are not pushing or helping in talking airline, no resolution yet.
            I called airline direct, they told it's booked via agent easemytrip, so they only can initiate for process.
            I had filled complain via email also, call also but they are not responding.

            Called the customer care several times but no response .. this is the worst service to book any ticket .. really frustrating ..least bothered about customer. Everyone is either diverting the call or not picking up the call.

                The payment was made from icici debit card.
                Payment was deducted from my account but easemytrip has informed that the payment has not been credited to their account.
                I have contacted the bank and it has instructed me to contact citrus.
                The registered email id that was used is - [protected]@yahoo.com and the registered mobile no. Is [protected].
                Kindly do the needful asap to revert the amount back to my account.

                As per Airline policy within 24 hours cancellation no charge is leveid, and I had confirmed this with Air India. But you have deducted Rs.2400 as Airlines charges. I have contacted customer service several times, but no clear answer.

                  I booked an air ticket from srinagar to lucknow on feb28, 2019 for date december 12, 2019 vide id no emt66954310 and pnr no 6e - 576. The amount deducted from my debit card /atm card. The flight cancelled by the airlines indigo due to bad weather on the flight date which i booked from easemytrip.com
                  The booked amount had not refunded till this date
                  So your good self is requested to take the matter with the companies i. E easemytrip.com and indigo airlines

                      I booked 2 tickets from hyderabad - bangalore on 15th february, 2020

                      The booking status is still pending even though the amount has been deducted from my bank account.

                        I have booked flight ticket few hours back (18th feb 2020) and i did not receive any confirmation mail or message regarding the tickets but the amount has been debited from the account and i have been calling customer care from one hour no response from them i even mailed them the problem still no response what should i do

                          My name is faheem ahmad i issued a ticket on saturday evening, 15 feb using easemytrip the trip id is emt70530919, for 16 feb with saudi airlines from mumbai to riyadh, the payment has been deducted from my account, but i received the ticket without ticket no. Airline pnr was wi5plm, i checked the ticket status on saudi airlines site using this pnr, it showed payment status "not paid" after one hour saudi airline showed your booking is cancelled, during this period i tried to call so many times to easemytrip customer care. But not received by them till midnight 2 am, i mailed to confirm this booking to easemytrip but no revert at last i tried to cancel this booking on mail but no revert, i tried to cancel this booking myself but not cancelled, i checked again and again but it shows all time ticket no. Pending that's why pax could not travelled on this booking., now today on monday 17 feb when i called to easemytrip, the customer care representative, she gives a foolish reply that your booking is confirmed and ticket number is also generated there, how a passenger can travel on that 16 feb ticket, she tells me that this ticket has been no show, if you will cancel you will be charged by airline as well easemytrip, totally they have done wrong but they say i will bear are losses, i tried to do all options to confirm or cancel this booking before 5 hours of the departure, but could not get any reply, they dont want to refund full, representative give only reply - sir sorry sir we can not do anything

                              I booked for air india flight Visakhapatnam to Udaipur and return on May 3rd, 2020 & May 6th, 2020 respectively. I had done the payment of Rs. 6714. The payment was successful, and my booking was confirmed but i didnt get pnr. When i contacted customer care on whatsapp and twitter as their landline are always busy, they told me to wait for sometime as there was issue of air india website linkage down. I waited for more...

                              Tried to call many times on customer care number but nobody picking call, also sent mail but not yet response

                                Hi,

                                I booked a flight emt70602740 from hyderabad to jaipur today, got a confirmation and my money got deduced from the account. But i did not yet get a flight confirmed and neither support phone number picks up the phone.

                                I would like to either:
                                A) tickets confirmed with no extra charge in the soonest manner possible
                                B) full refund in the soonest manner possible.

                                  I just booked 3 tickets round trip (Multicity) from pune to chandigarh and amritsar to pune on 16th feb 2020.
                                  Booking id is emt70581940
                                  Even though the money (Rs. 29187.00) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
                                  I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all i want is them to confirm my tickets.

                                    I had done flight booking from ease my trip with booking reference no emt70530494 from delhi to kolkata for 15-02-20, the payment for inr 6, 693 rs has been deducted from my bank but the booking is still showing as pending. Also when i am trying to reach customer support they are not picking up call or its always busy and there is no reply for mail either.
