I am really disappointed with your customer service.

There is nothing to ease in your system

First of all i am trying to reach you through mails and call centre. But i am not getting any reply to my mails just some automated messages and ticket id.

Your call centre is always busy. After so much of trouble, once i got connected to your customer executive (Priyanka) but she disconnected the call without listening to me completely just said we are working on your request. Two days ago also your executive told me the same we are working on your request.

But then also i am trying to connect your call centre once again, but the number is always coming busy. So do you think is this fair and quality service.?

My cancellation request with full refund due to covid-19 was submitted to you two days ago and still you have not confirmed me about it whether i am getting full refund. I already told you, if i am not getting full refund do not cancel my booking, i’ll reschedule it but again today being the last day of reschedule from
The airlines as my booking is for 15th march and there are no updates from your side. So what should i do as i am unable to reach you.

I am not going to take this anymore if you don’t reach me asap. I am going to raise this matter everywhere even on social media with all the mails which shows how poorly you handle your customers.

I request you to look into this matter with priority and provide me full refund.

    I just booked 2 return tickets from new delhi to mumbai on 20th march 2020
    Booking id is emt71796251 and emt71796883
    Even though the money (4789rs) and (Rs 4789}) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
    I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all i want is them to confirm my tickets.

      I booked a ticket from aktobe to nur sultan with booking id emt71629558
      And money is deducted frim my account and i want cancel this booking and want refund asap. I dont want to continue this booking and need money back urgently is really very urgent

        Hi,
        I booked a flight ticket from chennai to mumbai for travel date of 10-may-2020 with a insurance from liberty general insurance co., but till date i have not received insurance copy.
        Last 3 weeks i am chasing with easemytrip but no result.
        Ticket id: 3859343
        I contacted liberty insurance and they are ready to share with easemytrip but nobody from easemytrip contacted liberty insurance.
        Also, they declined to directly send me the policy copy.

        Hence, please send me the policy copy in registered mail id.

            I already mail at [protected]@easemytrip.com about cancellation of my air ticket bangkok to delhi in-order to get the full refund. My booking id is emt 69658219 pnr mcb2fg and ticket no. Mcb2fg/1/1 travel date 10th march 2020. I am still not received any reply from your side.
            Due to corona virus outbreak which is life threatening now i have no choice.

            Ease my trip pathetic services ...they are not supporting the customers nor responding to emails, we have booked tickets for mumbai thru GoAir thought Goair waived off with zero cancellation charges but EMT saying cannot be refunded we have booked tickets to n fro 18th March n 26th March ..I think we all should raise this issue in social media ..Twitter is the best medium to highlight fraudulence cases ..

              We booked a ticket from mct to delhi with pnr ymyn5. Flight got cancelled and we asked for the full refund. It was more than 2 months and till now we didn't get the refund. When we try to contact airindia directly they are telling emt sales team has to contact airindia india sales team as you booked your ticket through emt. Emt is not taking action regarding this. Pl take immediate action.

                I had booked a trip on 11 november 2020 from raipur to delhi 14:50 -16:50 (Booking id: emt66050678, airline pnr : cey79s). Due to some techinal problem in flight so indigo msg me we regret to inform you that due to operational reasons, your itinerary booked under pnrcey79s has been revised.
                The revised itinerary is now 6e-2512, ‪on 15 mar‬, rpr-del,[protected].
                We request you to accept, choose an alternate flight or cancel at no charge
                I prove that but i had to cancel the ticket to direct indigo airline and he full refund amount is 6198₹ then i call airline customer care so he say me - your refudn is already done. But i haven’t received any amount then i call easy mt trip customer care then i talk to him - and he canceled my ticket but refund only 198₹ of (6000₹) he didn’t return me when indigo airline full amount return 6198₹ so why are you return only 198₹ its been almost a month that i have not received. How can i opt your platform for my future trips and how can i suggest to your site to my friends and relatives if you are showing this kind of irresponsibility. I hope this matter will get attention immediately and my problem will be resolved at the earliest.

                I am eagerly waiting for my resolution at the earliest.

                  I booked Nagpur To Mumbai Go air flight ticket from a skyscanner app through easemytrip portal. I paid via google pay to the [protected]@hdfcbank. I havent got any booking confirmation, no message, no mail.
                  If the ticket has not been booked, I want a refund of my money.

                    We booked two tickets from kolkata to lilabari airport on the 23rd of december, 2019. The flight did not land at the destination and we were told we will get a full refund, with a written document.

                    However, easymytrip has still not refunded me the money, even after more than 60 days since the ticket was booked. They keep saying that they are waiting for alliance air to refund them, but other passengers who traveled with us got the refund long back.

                    I need the money refunded asap but the company is not even responding to my e-mails and putting me on hold for 20 minutes in the hopes that i hang up. Please help me with this.

                      Hi,

                      I am writing this letter as i have been harassed mentally badly by easemytrip customer care regarding cancellation. I have been reaching them out for a simple refund of rs4000 which i deserve but they have not responded effectively and communication is going in circles.

                      The same thing happened with me when i requested cancellation on 6th jan 2020.

                      Here is my issue
                      Booking id emt67606066

                      1) i initiated cancellation of flights with pnr: - ayjzkj/z7kjsy from delhi to shirdi and back on 6th jan on easemytrip customer care which was not processed on that day due to delay on their side
                      2) processing was done when i called them again on 7 jan.
                      3) i am not asking for anything which i do not deserve.
                      4) cancellation charges are 3000 per pax per side if done before 96 hours
                      5) i initiated cancellation on 6th jan 2020 but spicejet didnt responded and cancellation was done on 7th jan 2020 with cancellation charged at 3500 per pax perside.
                      6) please refund amount of rs4000 (There were 4 passengers) back to source.
                      7) this was my first booking with easemytrip but after facing such harassment, i cant-even think of booking or recommending easemytrip
                      I have done cancellation with makemytrip/goibibo but i have never felt so much harassment there.
                      9) again please refund back the amount 4* (500+500)= 4000 back to source. I am asking refund of amount which i deserve

                        I cancelled a flight booking on the 27th january, 2020. I spoke to the executives of both vistara and easemytrip.

                        I received a confirmation on the refund and was promised the same in 5-7 days.
                        I kept calling them after 10 days to check on the refund but nothing positive came.

                        I emailed them regarding the same and now they want me to get in touch with the airline to resolve this problem.

                        Being a third party, it’s easemytrip’s responsibility to refund because the email i got was from them.

                        I don’t understand why i should talk to vistara again and again to get my refund. I have already called vistara thrice and they always say the same thing that refund is initiated only easemytrip is stopping it.

                        Please help me with the same.
                        I am just a student in need of the money.

                          please permanently delete my easemytrip account asap.

                          I accidently created an account on ease my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't ease my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.
                          This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

                          I booked a flight from hai phong to da nang which was scheduled for march 21, 2020. The ticket issued to me was showing the flight to be of pel air, whereas the flight number shows this is bamboo airways.
                          Separately, bamboo airways doesnt have any flight of the time easemytrip issued ticket.

                          Sure way of looting the customer. Nor do they agree their fault.
                          Pel air doesnt even operate in vietnam. I have been cheated by easemytrip and lost money.

                            Upon cancellation of travel ticket, easemytrip paid refund through payumoney portal.
                            The amount was refunded vide n[protected] and n[protected] on 20.01.2020 & 23.01.2020. However both refunds were not received/ credited in my pnb credit card. On taking up matter with pnb, they informed that the transaction was failed and returned to sender. But payumoney is not making payment now.

                              I have booked a flight ticket from hyderabad to new delhi for 28th feb 2020 for 09:45am air india ai-543 in the namd of b. Sandeep yadav for 6385/-.
                              I booked on 25th feb at 08:30pm. It got stuck while booking but my account is debited without a ticket details.

                              Cannot reach customer care now. Tried so many times already.
                              This never happened with makemy trip. But now with easemytrip. Will i get my money back? Or should i go to the real court because i have quite a lot of sources from media and others.

                                I cancelled my flight from indigo website according to them my refund amount should be 869. But i didn't get my refund amount. I already mailed all the details to there mail id but still i didn't get any response only auto generated mail. On indigo website i can see my ticket got cancelled but when i checked on easemytrip it is showing reschedule requested. Please updated details as soon as possible.

                                  I had booked a trip on 25 January 2020 from Raipur to Thiruvananthapuram via Bangalore ( Booking ID: EMT66994930, Airline PNR : OJLYPW). Due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to cancel the ticket and I rescheduled my trip. Its been almost a month that I have not received my refund (4855 (cost of ticket)- 3000 (cancellation charge) - 250( EMT convenience fee) = 1605 /-). Its a clear case of your negligence even after huge deduction as cancellation charge. How can I opt your platform for my future trips and how can I suggest to your site to my friends and relatives if you are showing this kind of irresponsibility. I hope this matter will get attention immediately and my problem will be resolved at the earliest.
