Hi easemytrip,

I have a flight from new delhi to chennai with air india on 16th march with booking id : emt70526624 but accidentally i clicked on rescheduled button and it is showing reschedule requested. But i dont want to reschedule it.

Please help me out to resolve this issue.

    Booking id - emt71410911

    I was mailing you for my refund and there is no proper response from you. I tried calling u. I cannot reach contact you as the number is busy. I request you to share the number to call you and i would like to know about the refund amount.

    As i checked with indigo about the cancellation i made 3 days before and i got to know that the amount has been already refunded to the travel agency. As i booked through your travel agency. I request you to refund the amount as soon as possible. Please do not delay.

    Please let me know the status.. I am tired of mailing you for this issue.. I request you to resolve this issue and pay back me the money i paid for flight ticket

      I would like to say that pnr no: abjlka and actsvy
      Airline pnr: yfx19 and j2fyg (Tickets are attached to this email)
      The above pnr no. Has been done for travel from bhubneshwar to dehradun.
      Now, we would like to cancel our tiket as a precautionery, because the flight travel can not be safe due to corona virus infections.
      On this special cause of cancellation kindly refund the maximum amount which could be possible, in light of the good will of the company.

          I had booked a flight for 2 people from blr to ccu, flight no: 2427, rs 13384 was deducted but the ticket is still pending

          And nobody picking up the call as well as no activity on email

            I booked a flight with easemytrip. And now i have recieved no confirmation as to whether my flight booking has been confirmed or not. No response from either of your customer care numbers. 8709 rupees has been deducted from my account.
            The booking has been done for the flight 6e 707 from bbi to gau on 13th march 2020 for 15th march 2020. This is my first time using this app and it is not at all good.

                With due respect, i book a flight ticket for 5 person from patna to port blair (Vise-versa). Due to heavy outbreak of corona virus, advisory are comes out from govt. Of india that avoid travelling in india and give direction to all airlines company to provide free cancellation on tickets and go air also declared that refunds of free cancellation tickets to all customers. But easemytrip.com have no any official information in written mode by any airlines, as per call centre representative, she straightly told me that we don't have any idea about free cancellation.

                  I have booked two return tickets from chennai to srinagar on 13th feb 2020 for rs.25936 and i cancelled the ticket on that day and i checked with airline and they gave me full refund. I just got rs.8600 on 4th march 2020.

                    My air asia flight have been postponed for 24hrs for kolkata to bankok and preponed for more than 1 hr from bankok to kolkata. While air asia is offering full refund in this case, easemytrip is not refunding my amount. Please help me get my money back.                         Dear sir,

                        I have booked bom-mel flight through qantas airwways on 19th may, 2020. It had three flights in that. Bom - bkk, bkk-syd, syd-mel

                        But, due to coronavirus our flight to bom - bkk which is operated by bangkok airways cancelled and because of that our whole ticket refund was expected

                        After following up for 4 days then easemytrip.com people said that u have to raise request on website for cancellation we did that on 4th march, 2020

                        But since then today 13th march, 2020 i havent received the refund and they are just saying airlines have not given them confirmation

                        Its our good amount of 80, 000/- we had paid and now they are not refunding to us saying airlines has not replied them.

                        If airlines had not replied them i ask them whats communication reference i will follow up with airlines then also they are not saying.

                        And more on, today i got mail saying once airlines confirms then 5-10 days u will receive refund. Seriously?!!

                        I have already raised request 10 days back and still didnt received reply.

                        Where as my friend had booking on same flight same itenary in goibibo he has received refund and one of my other friend had booking through easemytrip but in his pnr only single ticket was there he received confirmation mail of refund processed.

                        I dont understand till when i will receive my refund. As i cannot book my other flight for bom-mel on same days.

                        I hope consumer forum people shall help me in getting my refund asap

                          I am really disappointed with your customer service.

                          There is nothing to ease in your system

                          First of all i am trying to reach you through mails and call centre. But i am not getting any reply to my mails just some automated messages and ticket id.

                          Your call centre is always busy. After so much of trouble, once i got connected to your customer executive (Priyanka) but she disconnected the call without listening to me completely just said we are working on your request. Two days ago also your executive told me the same we are working on your request.

                          But then also i am trying to connect your call centre once again, but the number is always coming busy. So do you think is this fair and quality service.?

                          My cancellation request with full refund due to covid-19 was submitted to you two days ago and still you have not confirmed me about it whether i am getting full refund. I already told you, if i am not getting full refund do not cancel my booking, i’ll reschedule it but again today being the last day of reschedule from
                          The airlines as my booking is for 15th march and there are no updates from your side. So what should i do as i am unable to reach you.

                          I am not going to take this anymore if you don’t reach me asap. I am going to raise this matter everywhere even on social media with all the mails which shows how poorly you handle your customers.

                          I request you to look into this matter with priority and provide me full refund.

                                I booked a flight ticket from chennai to mumbai for travel date of 10-may-2020 with a insurance from liberty general insurance co., but till date i have not received insurance copy.
                                Last 3 weeks i am chasing with easemytrip but no result.
                                Ticket id: 3859343
                                I contacted liberty insurance and they are ready to share with easemytrip but nobody from easemytrip contacted liberty insurance.
                                Also, they declined to directly send me the policy copy.

                                Hence, please send me the policy copy in registered mail id.

                                  I have booked 1 ticket on 15th Feb, 2020. My Booking ID is EMT70496433. The money has been deducted from my bank account. but the ticket is still showing the status as pending. I have tried to contact the EseMyTrip customer service, but they are not picking up the calls.
                                  I want my ticket to be confirmed as soon as possible.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I already mail at [protected]@easemytrip.com about cancellation of my air ticket bangkok to delhi in-order to get the full refund. My booking id is emt 69658219 pnr mcb2fg and ticket no. Mcb2fg/1/1 travel date 10th march 2020. I am still not received any reply from your side.
                                    Due to corona virus outbreak which is life threatening now i have no choice.
                                    Kindly do the needful to cancel my ticket and process full refund in my credit card.

                                    Ease my trip pathetic services ...they are not supporting the customers nor responding to emails, we have booked tickets for mumbai thru GoAir thought Goair waived off with zero cancellation charges but EMT saying cannot be refunded we have booked tickets to n fro 18th March n 26th March ..I think we all should raise this issue in social media ..Twitter is the best medium to highlight fraudulence cases ..

                                      We booked a ticket from mct to delhi with pnr ymyn5. Flight got cancelled and we asked for the full refund. It was more than 2 months and till now we didn't get the refund. When we try to contact airindia directly they are telling emt sales team has to contact airindia india sales team as you booked your ticket through emt. Emt is not taking action regarding this. Pl take immediate action.

                                        I had booked a trip on 11 november 2020 from raipur to delhi 14:50 -16:50 (Booking id: emt66050678, airline pnr : cey79s). Due to some techinal problem in flight so indigo msg me we regret to inform you that due to operational reasons, your itinerary booked under pnrcey79s has been revised.
                                        The revised itinerary is now 6e-2512, ‪on 15 mar‬, rpr-del,[protected].
                                        We request you to accept, choose an alternate flight or cancel at no charge
                                        I prove that but i had to cancel the ticket to direct indigo airline and he full refund amount is 6198₹ then i call airline customer care so he say me - your refudn is already done. But i haven’t received any amount then i call easy mt trip customer care then i talk to him - and he canceled my ticket but refund only 198₹ of (6000₹) he didn’t return me when indigo airline full amount return 6198₹ so why are you return only 198₹ its been almost a month that i have not received. How can i opt your platform for my future trips and how can i suggest to your site to my friends and relatives if you are showing this kind of irresponsibility. I hope this matter will get attention immediately and my problem will be resolved at the earliest.

                                        I am eagerly waiting for my resolution at the earliest.
