[Resolved] Ecom Express — courier not delivered still | |||
On 24th an parcel was given to ecom express for courier service. Surat to bangalore. 24th to 29th in tracking status it showed reschedule next day. Same status everyday. When spoke to customer care it we t to next step. Scanned at hub. Now same status since two days it is the same. Nearly ten days still i have not received. Ecom express service is not good. The delivery boys are also very rude, as i faced problems from before shipment. Was this information helpful? | |||
