I ordered for body shaper and it wasn't the size. I want and exchange of the product and i tried calling the number given in message received

Your monkandsocial "cod" shipment [protected] is out for delivery by ecom executive ph: [protected] pin: [protected] please keep rs 999.0 ready for payment.

I am unable to contact / access the ordered link... But it was an advertisement on instagram from where i ordered and it was delivered by ecom express club factory...

Could someone help me getting an exchange or return back the money.

I had Ordered a mop through amazon, it was ordered to give a gift to my mom on her birthday, but it has been 3 days her birthday was gone still the item has not reached here, everyday amazon shows your delivery is arriving today, but for godsake nothing is delivered.Delaying Delivery, Item is not Delivered.

I ordered Product Body shaper 1 Medium size from monkandsocial.
But it is too small, and I'm not satisfied from this product.
I called customer care so many times, and also sent the email. but there I didn't get any response.
I want to return it.

ORDER #[protected] on Amazon was supposed to be delivered on 4th March but it wasn't delivered. Instead, Ecom Express person marked it as Delivered and Ecom isn't responding to any of my messages or calls.

Dont buy anything from monkandsocial. They are fraud ppl. They don't have contact information also. Even after searching a plrnt of time in Google I dint get the number. I want a replacement immediately... I wanted xxxl size but received l size only.
