Ecom Express — refused to deliver | |||
I have ordered a profuct through amazon, and shipped via ecom tracking no[protected], they updated status parcel held by carrier as as front door / driveway was not accessible. But my area is very easy to find and i got so many packages delievered by other courier services, ecom has its franchise in my area but they didnt delievered such a poor service. We at our shop address received this COD parcel amounting 670 INR. Which was not at all ordered by me. Since I wz not in shop our employee paid money and collected parcel thinking that I had ordered. We have no idea who had ordered this to our address. We want refund. It's unworthy product. Very horrible and unfair.
