This is to inform you that my shipment with awb[protected] has not yet been picked up. It has been since from 19th of march 2019 and it is till now the item has not been picked up. Whenever i phone your customer service they say me to wait 24-48 hours and after that nothing happens! I have been waiting and these don't even solve my issues. Please ecom do it as soon as possible. And please give a call before pickup as last time there was no call.
