I ordered a dress from online shopping app till now i didn’t get my shipped order. The track always shows that it’s out for delivery but none of your delivery man calls or delivery the order. After that it should custom was not available. I want my order to be delivered before 2nd may 2019. And now it’s showing that it is ofd locked applied. I had called in customer care twice but no action has been taken i want my order to be deliver as soon as possible before 2nd may.

    I have ordered two shirts from spoyl app but when i checked my parcel then i found that econ express delivered only one t shirt and i paid full payment according to two t shirts where is my another t shirt

    I want my t shirt otherwise just refund my money according to one t shirt because this is very inconvenient.in their invoice they are showing two product in box but they delivered only one product how could they do this so unprofessional they are just resolve my query as soon as possible.

                  My shipment ordered from amazon was returned to the seller today. Noone from ecom express in darjeeling contacted me. They have wrongfully updated the tracking details saying that they delivered to wrong address. Usually other courier services contact you if the address details are not sufficient. I spoke to ecom express customer service member (Juhi) and she asked me to wait for 48 hours. I requested her to provide me with the local contact number so that i can collect the shipment myself but she insisted that she cannot help me with the details. I required this item urgently therefore i am more than happy to collect it on my own even if it's in siliguri. The lack of customer support with ecom express has given me a very bad experience and i would never recommend anyone to use ecom express.

                    Very worst service provided by ecom express.. Always delivery issues in ecom express.. Even the customer care is not responding properly.. Not bothered to respond to the question raised.. As i'm talking they are cutting the line. I requested the delivery boy to deliver the product in the evening since i was at work. But he dint come. The next day also he gave a missed cl. Whn i tried to call him back i was not able to contact him.. And he has given a wrong update that consignee refused to get the product. Even the customer care service is very very worst to the core
