I order my product that is redmi note 7 pro nebulla red 4gb ram 3rd october..the delivery date for my order is 13th of october but still its not came and flipcart executive told me every time wait for 24hr 48hr but still i didnt got my order..when i go to ecom express office that time they told me ur order is out for delivery for 19th oct bt due to some reason ur product is not reach and after that day delivery boy is missing thats why u not receive ur product.they said many times today u will receive ur product definitely but still not came

    I ordered one product on 12 oct 2019 and still product is not delivered.
    Now it show status shipment rto lock - 77.
    Your courier boy did not even call me and reach my home for delivery. And it show undelivered status and i received message like customer refuse to accept but he didn't even called me or reached my home. Now i want my product fast.

    Worst e com express couriers service and no manners how to speak with customers. Very negligence beaver. Rash language speaking with customer. No response from customer care team. I have visited to collect more than 5 times at branch ecil-kushaguda. Wasted hours and hours at service point.. No response from manager mr. Mohan reddy ([protected]) and his team. Every one giving wrong statement.. Always making fools to customer by saying that they are sending..

    Actually i had placer an order via paytm app which was supposee to be delivered on 23 october by ecom express.

    But i haven't recieved any order but it is showing in paytm mall app that the item has already delivered to me.

    Now i want to know where is my order?

      Hi. I am animesh kumar. I have ordered something from club factory. I was given the delivery date of 4th of november. But haven't received yet. So in this matter i called the ecom express office situated in chapra bihar. But the people didn't talk with respect. A person named santosh jha was not at all respective. He abused me and talked that he will never give my order. I want strict action against thi. Or i will definitely go with a legal action with this matter. The way he talked was completely out of line and made me feel harrassed.

          Dear sir,

          I have ordered a product from club factory app my product is shipped in the ecom express, the dispatch delivery date is 2 november 2019. On 3 november delhivery boy had called me but i could not received his call due to i have gone out of station. When i reached my home i visited in the ecom express and i asked to the sells men that kindly track my order number. I had given my order number to him then he told me that your product was delivered and when i told i didn't got my product then he asked to the delivery boy then the delivery boy told me your order is at my home. After that he told me next day i will deliver your product. Next day in the morning he called me and said that by mistakely my child has broken it. And i asked him that it means he had opened my item and checked what is there or not. That's not fair. It's not the right to open other products or thing. Kindly take action as soon as possible.

                My order was to be delivered by ecom express, the worst delivery service provider. I wish i had a choice to choose from whom i want to receive my order. They themselves don’t deliver the product and later write the reason as wrong address. Seriously? My awb number [protected] came out for delivery but never reached me. Didn’t receive any call from the delivery person. When i called him up and he said he’ll deliver. But he didn’t and from last 3 days it’s showing rto lock. I have requested to revoke. What is this?

                      I ordered an item from club factory on 4th october 2019 and your express was supposed to deliver my item on 22nd october 2019, but i haven't received any item till today, and the status shows that it was due to some wrong address and call failures.                         Dear sir,
                        I ordered a product from myntra.com. It's tracking id is[protected] and order no. Is[protected]-3007903.
                        My tracking says that the product has delivered on 20 october 2019. But my order has not arrived yet. I raised a complaint with myntra. So, they sent me a signature as proof that someone has received your order, which was not my signature. It was a fake signature. Please solve this problem.

                        Please deliver my order as soon as possible. I even called on customer care service number, and sent an email but no response.

                        I will be waiting for your immediate response.

                          I ordered some products from amazon... and was delivered by ecom... but later 2 of my product was returned without even trying to deliver or contacting me... again I got a message for delivery of one product I ordered on amazon (awb[protected] I wait to be contacted but nothing happen so I went to the place of delivery in our area at about 3:35pm but was told that the delivery boy has already left... when I track my order I saw a msg o[censored]ndelivered because o[censored]nlocatable addrress ... if it is so then how on earth did they delivered five of my previous product to the same addrress????... kindly arrange for early delivery of the same..

                            My product has reached the delivery location on 24th october, 2019 but it has not yet been delivered to me
                            It is showing that i have been given wrong address
                            But the last product which i have ordered on cash on delivery was delivered to me on the same address within 8 days
                            But this order was ordered on 13th october 2019 along with the online payment of rupees 1237/-
                            But till today (3rd november, 2019) the product has not been delivered and it is showing a rto lock on my product
                            And now the snapdeal is messaging that your product has been cancelled and it has returned back from the courier service
                            But on my snapdeal id it is showing that it is still out for delivery
                            What should i do now?

                              I have a purchased a product from flipkart and received an SMS yesterday with a contact number and PIN and it was mentioned that the agent will contact - ecom express Rajakumari. I have not received any call from anyone from ecom and received an SMS in the evening 'the package was undelivered as the address was unlocatable'.
                              I have received multiple packages from amazon and flipkart in the past through ecom and now the address is vanished into thin air? If your guys can't deliver packages, just mention the same rather than giving unreliable excuses.

                                My order details have been showing delivery attempt failed due to not being able to reach me. But i haven't even been getting any calls from the delivery guy. I don't even know where my package is and where to contact. I had just once received a call but i dont know whether that was that delivery guy because he was not speaking clearly. I have recieved an email saying i have to contact the ec express team soon or i will be forbidden from cod. Please do something as soon as possible.

                                    Hi team,

                                    My awb shipment number is [protected]. On 24th oct i received a text stating that my product will get delivered on that day. However, i did not received any call. After calling the delivery executive, he said that due to rain, will not be able to deliver the product and will deliver once the rain stop (Though it was bright sunny day). I did not received my product. I received another text on 26th stating that the shipment will get delivered on 26th but still no call and no delivery was attempt.
                                    Since then, i have called the customer care on [protected] end number of times and no body is helping me. I called again on 1st nov, where in one executive by the name of devender kumar stated that he can not help me as they are facing some internal issue. I asked him that i need to speak to some supervisor but he refused. After asking almost for more then 15 times, he disconnected the call. I called again on the same number and spoke to imtiyaz stating my concern and also informed him about the previous advisors behaviour. After asking for supervisor, he put my call on hold for 30 minutes and again the call got disconnected. Later i spoke to muskan (On either on 1st or on 2nd nov) and she confirmed that she will transfer the call to the supervisor. However, she connected my call to another customer and the issue was not resolved. I spoke to another agent today and he confirmed that the package will be delivered by today itself by 8 pm; however, still no call and no text.

                                    I don't understand that why my package is not delivered so far and what i need to do to get my package as i have already paid for it. All the advisor in customer service (With whom i spoke) were unhelpful and was not even able to speak proper english.

                                    Please help me in resolving this issue and deliver my package as soon as possible as i have to travel soon.

The delivery attempts were beyond office hours between 8.30PM and 9.15 PM.
