I have placed an order by mistake from randm, I want to cancel the order .

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the non-delivery for my order with tracking number [FMPP[protected]], placed on (21 Dec 2023)
I request an immediate investigation and resolution. If delivery is not possible promptly, I expect clear information.

Order ID - OD[protected]Undelivered: GREEN TEE Baby Boys & Baby ... with tracking ID FMPP[protected] could not be delivered today. Please take a ligal action against your delivery person Bikram Mandal.

I order some items from electronic spices and the shipping got to the ekart logistics so they told on 24 december it will and now 24 they are saying that delivery attempted in next three days this is not right to do likes this my tracking id-SRTC[protected]

I've ordered RANDM SUNAX 800 from https://97733e-3.myshopify.com . And received detergent soap bar inside the box. The package cost ₹1399. Please refund the amount....

Dear Ekart team. I am really disappointed with your service. It's been more than 10 days i booked a parcel from Kolkata for Mumbai but it has not been delivered yet. The delivery boy did not even tried to contact the person. They are marking falsely.
The following is the tracking number - BGSC[protected]. I have tried to contact the support team for several times but not getting any response. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

I have not ordered anything from snapdeal but one product has been ordered when I contacted snapdeal they say it’s not able to cancel it bcs it’s been already shipped. I’m try to contact ekart for cancel the order but they are not responding to anything:

After assurance from the pick up office that the parcel will reach destination in four days it took seven days and after that the delivery men obstensibly marked delivery failed due to non acceptence of parcel. They pressurises the receiver to receive to get it collected bt themselves. And there is no proper grievance redressal mechanism customer support number or escalation mechanism, i am more than willing to divulge my parcel tracking id if ekart wishes. It has the worst service in b2b segment.

As discussed on call reference of[protected] order number we ordered " Girls blue embellished sleeveless LED party dress. While tracking status i called on [protected] Flipkart ecart service for update the status but they revert as our executive will call as they are busy.I got call from [protected] number replied me as pincode number not updated for re-registration send us 2rs through your registere what's up and UPI account number.
Today morning i have received message as 3900 debited from my account.

I want to report fraud request & investigate with your legal team to take action.

Attaching my order & transaction details along with contact details from fraud team.

One of the worst services, it has been 3 days now I am following with the team for my delivery. The package arrived near my location on 18th December 2023 and I get the delivery would be today message till 21st December 2023. Everyday I call the number and I get the message it would be delivered tomorrow. Now today when the checked the tracking found that every day even when I followed up the message was Unsuccessful Undelivered. (Rescheduled to:[protected] and today (22nd Dec 2023) it is mentioned as Marked RTO: ORDER_REJECT.

If you guys are not capable enough to deliver, you could have at least informed me when I called to come and collect the package myself. There is not even a proper Contact Us in the official website to call or Escalate.

I ordered some products worth rs 2680, two days back ekart agent came for delivery, but i didn't got any otp, so he refused to deliver it, the guy attempted for 2 days it doesn't worked, i talked to their manager he also says its not our policy with out otp we can't do anything, we cant deliver if they return it i will lose my courier charge i payed around 300 for it, pls pls stop doing like this, deliver my parcel, my phone don't receive any otp i dont know why, pls send it to my email id instead.

I order hoodie but I received 2 old pants order was completely changed please resolve my concern as soon as possible

I had ordered a product from Flipkart which was supposed to be delivered at my home. The delivery guy calls me and ask me to come where the place where he standing. Was five minutes away from my home so I told him to come near my home so he said me, he was not able to locate. so I asked him to come near the address and I’ll pick him up so I went to pick him up and he says that he won’t be coming to my home to deliver it since I am already here also it was an open box delivery and he started opening my product, my delivery on the street itself. I requested him to come to my home so I can check the product according to my convenience at my home if it’s working or everything how am I able to check the product on the street itself if it’s working on not working or everything else is fine also what he said me is, we do the same for everyone and if you want then take it or I’ll cancel it. My order is not received SRTP[protected]

I Received product from flipkart and i Pay for that 1609 Rs via Gpay to delivery agent but delivery agent not updated delivery status online and now i wanted to return my product but online not showing my delivery details and the fill lost the product and now i they not give me any answer. i short they sold the product in black.

please look this matter

My product what i received is totally different, it is old clothes, full of damage, pls take back the order. don't do it again pls . it fully disapointment. thank you .
