I have ordered a product from Flipkart, the actual delivery was yesterday,[protected], but it is not received yet as due to delivery issue. I need a proper update on the product and its delivery time. FMPC[protected] is the order number.
it is showing it will be delivered to me in[protected], but while tracking there is no furether update on the product after[protected]

    My consignment no is FMPP30297... and they attempted delivery on 10th . But i was not available at that time. So, i rescheduled it to 11 but . After that no body has called me yet. So i request you to kindly ask the Ekart delivery to deliver the parcel immediately...

      I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a delivery attempt logged falsely for my shipment.

      Tracking ID: SPOP[protected]
      Merchant: Tensor Logistics Pvt Ltd
      Expected Delivery: 06 May 2025

      Status Update: “Unsuccessful Undelivered. Rescheduled to:[protected]” on 05 May 2025 at 08:52 AM

      This update is incorrect and misleading. There was absolutely no delivery attempt made:

      I did not receive a single call from the delivery executive.
      There is no log of any delivery personnel attempting to enter my residential community (which is monitored via MyGate).

      No one from Ekart visited my address on the said date and time.

      This is a clear case of delivery personnel falsely updating the status, which is unacceptable. I urge you to take strict action against such behavior and ensure this does not happen again.

      Please arrange an immediate and genuine delivery attempt and ensure the delivery agent contacts me before arriving.

        I received a call from your representative at 12:13 PM and arrived at the location by 12:25 PM. However, he was not present. When I contacted him again, he informed me to cancel the delivery as he did not have time to complete it. I waited for another 30 minutes, but he did not show up and continued to insist that I cancel the order.

          My name is Shravan, and I am writing from Mumbai.

          I ordered a Clapbox on 27th April, and the product was delivered on 29th April via open-box delivery. Unfortunately, I was not available at the time of delivery, so the delivery executive left the package with the watchman.

          After checking the product and using it for about two hours, I found the sound output and overall quality to be unsatisfactory. I therefore initiated a return request. However, since then, I have faced repeated issues with the pickup process managed by Ekart.

          Each day, I receive a message saying that the product will be picked up, but no one actually visits. At the end of the day, the pickup is simply rescheduled without any real attempt to collect the product. This continued until the return period expired. On 5th May, I was informed that the return was canceled, stating that the product image did not match.

          I immediately raised another return request on the same day (5th May), but the same issue with Ekart continues—daily messages and no actual pickup attempt. This lack of accountability is extremely frustrating. As a loyal customer, I did not expect this kind of service, and I am deeply disappointed by Ekart’s negligence and lack of communication.

          I request immediate action regarding this matter. Kindly ensure the product is picked up without further delay and process my refund at the earliest. I also urge Flipkart to look into the poor handling of customer service by Ekart to prevent similar issues in the future.

            Hello

            i am not able to track a parcel with AWB
            SRSP[protected] .
            Ekart Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            i have ordered this product through facebook with AWB SRSP[protected] and i have taken lot of follow up with seller and seller has shipped from chennai and i have placed this order on 22nd April 2025 . i still have no update regarding transit details of parcel. ekart website and customer care is pathetic. customer care numbers and emails are invalid and website says there is issue with tracking number. i want urgent update regarding this parcel delivery. my only hope is consumer complaint website now

              I received the incorrect item from Ekart Logistics today, and it doesn't have a delivery address. For delivery, I paid Rs. 1000 in cash. I called the Ekart delivery lad again to retrieve the order after realising it was a scam, but he denied it right away. and the website where I placed the order has no information. They sent me the incorrect item without providing an address.

                  I ordered a product through STYLESTRY online shopping site. The expected delivery is 13th april.but i don't get that product yet. STYLESTRY team told me that it's the issue of their courier partner ekart.the courier team didn't call me yet.its almost one month

                          I ordered my grocery from filpkart and delivery boy came on Tuesday but in box has wrong product after see that I denied to receive and he making a vedio of wrong product and send to his senior and his senior ask we will deliverd on next day but after 4 pm on same day he marked deliverd without giving product to me I did not share any otp to his and after that I complaint on same day and filpkart promise to me provide solution but not give and not give any information about dilvery boy or hub address even if I tried to connect it is fake delivery attempt by delivery boy please help me otherwise I have video proof then I go with consumer court with this proof

                            I ordered an apple watch on 13th April 2025. My order shipped on time and came to my nearest hub on 16th April. The delivery date was 16th April. I received a message from Flipkart to confirm if I am available for delivery.
                            I confirmed that I am available. The Ekart changed the delivery date on their own to 17th and 18th April. I did not authorize the change in delivery date.
                            Ekart should not change the delivery dates of the orders when I have confirmed that I am available for delivery.

                                        I am writing to formally report an issue regarding a delivery mishap that occurred with one of your Ekart agents. On 30.4.25 (first delivery FMPC[protected]) your delivery agent requested an OTP at the time of delivery. However, I later discovered that this was not the delivery confirmation OTP, but rather the OTP required to access my Flipkart account.

                                        Following this unauthorized access, on 3.4.25, second delivery FMPP[protected], FMPP[protected] sameagent wrongfully received the parcel meant for me. This fraudulent act has caused me financial loss and a breach of my personal information security.

                                        I request immediate action to:
                                        1. Investigate the matter and identify the delivery agent involved.
                                        2. Ensure that my account security is restored, and assist with any necessary protective measures.
                                        3. Take strict action against the responsible individual to prevent further incidents.
