I ordered a saree from the website nallisarees.in recently and recieved a fake product. I am not able to contact the seller or ekart now. I demand immediate action against this. Such courier and delivery services should not be supported in any case. Ekart works for trustable websites such as flipkart. If this service is becoming party to such fraudulent websites then in which services would the consumers trust??...

address pin code mismatch

Ordered an item from mi.com and awaiting delivery to happen. Tracking data says it has an address pin code mismatch. But its at my place and nearest hub. There's no way to contact the person or no information or calls have been made informing me of the same.

The scheduled delivery is 6th sunday, and today being 5th, i see this error.

Is it going to be returned as i ordered it during offer period.

reference to change my feedback regarding the undelivered order

cancelled the order and want refund please

I ordered asus zenfone Max pro m1 yesterday i.e 30th august 2018 from flipkart and it was supposed to be delivered by today i.e 31st August 2018.
and today morning before the delivery of my phone i got a message from Ekart in which i was given a link to pay the price of my Mobile through Phonepe app .
and i paid Rs. 10999 through my bank account linked to the phonepe app.
I also got confirmation message of my payment...

Product dispatched to my nearest hub yesterday but still not delivered why is that, and why they keep products with them for 2 days and deliver. There is not hard and fast rule to wait till expected delivery date, they can give early so that customer is happy. Other shopping site delivers fast. Ecart team should really work on this,...

Flipkart and their delivery is a BIG JOKE & FAKE.

Hello,

I am raising an urgent complaint regarding my Ekart delivery.

Tracking Number: [FMPP[protected]]
Order Date: [Sun, 3rd Aug '25]
Marked Delivery Date: [Thu, 7th Aug '25]

The shipment status shows “Delivered, ” but I have not received the package. I have checked with neighbors and building security, but no delivery was made to me.

I have tried contacting Ekart via:
• Emails ([protected]@ekartcourier.com, [protected]@ekartlogistics.com) – undeliverable.
• Phone numbers – not connecting.
• Website – no working support option.

This is a serious issue and suggests either a delivery error or possible package misplacement.

I request:
1. Immediate investigation and proof of delivery (POD) with receiver’s signature or delivery photo.
2. Clear explanation of where my package is.
3. Urgent resolution and delivery of my order or a refund confirmation.

Please treat this matter as urgent and respond promptly.

    I placed an order on Myntra, which was scheduled to be delivered by 12th June 2025. However, I did not receive the product, even though the delivery status was updated as "Delivered" in the app.

    When I contacted the logistics team, they claimed that I had received and confirmed the delivery over a phone call, which is not true. I clearly explained the situation and informed them that the delivery agent marked the order as delivered without actually delivering it.

    I have been trying to get in touch with the delivery agent, and from the information I received, the product is still at the hub. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no resolution.

    I request an urgent investigation into this issue and expect the product to be delivered or a full refund to be processed at the earliest.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      I am writing this letter to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-delivery and continued delay of a product ordered through your platform.

      I had placed an order for a Samsung 653 L, 3 Star, Frost Free, Double Door, Convertible 5-in-1 Digital Inverter, Side By Side AI Enabled Smart Refrigerator with WiFi (Model: RS76CG8003S9HL, Silver, Refined Inox) on 14th June 2025, along with the exchange of my old refrigerator. The original delivery date was 15th June 2025.

      On the scheduled delivery day, the delivery agent visited my home, physically verified the exchange item, and confirmed its value matched the one declared at the time of purchase. He informed me that the new refrigerator would be delivered within 1–2 hours. However, to my surprise, the delivery was cancelled abruptly, with the reason cited as “heavy load.”

      After that, I was unable to reach the delivery agent. Upon contacting Flipkart customer care, I was informed that even they were unable to connect with the delivery agent or the delivery hub. The delivery date was then arbitrarily shifted to 18th June 2025.

      Meanwhile, the escalation department of Flipkart contacted me 3–4 times, each time making fake promises that the issue would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours, yet no resolution was provided. I also reached out multiple times to your customer care for updates regarding the status of my product, but received no specific or helpful information.

      Adding to the frustration, I was informed that Flipkart’s service representatives, escalation teams, and even higher escalation support do not have any provision to escalate the matter to a senior authority, nor do they have any contact details to connect with a senior official to bring the matter to their notice.

      Despite several follow-ups, no concrete solution has been offered, and after 18th June, the delivery date was again changed to 22nd June 2025—without any explanation or assurance.

      This ongoing issue has caused significant inconvenience, particularly as the refrigerator was urgently needed for an upcoming family function. The lack of accountability, poor customer support, and repeated delays are completely unacceptable and damaging to the reputation of Flipkart and its service partners.

Despite assurances from Flipkart's escalation department—who contacted me 3–4 times and promised resolution within 24 hours—no action was taken, and I still received no update regarding the actual location or status of my product. To my dismay, after 18th June, the expected delivery date was again pushed to 22nd June 2025, without any explanation or assurance.

      This entire experience has caused considerable inconvenience, especially since the refrigerator was urgently needed for a family function. I am disappointed with the lack of transparency, poor coordination, and failure to honor the committed timelines, which reflect poorly on the service standards of both Flipkart and its associated delivery partners.

      I kindly request immediate intervention to:

      Expedite the delivery of my purchased product without further delay.

      Provide a clear explanation and written response regarding the reasons for the repeated failures.

      Ensure accountability of the delivery personnel and local logistics team involved.

      Please treat this as an official complaint. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further, including lodging a grievance with the appropriate consumer forum.

        I placed a prepaid order (Order ID: [#1249927]) on May 27,  2025 via Big Muscles Nutrition’s official website for a protein supplement. The expected delivery date shown at checkout was June 2,  2025.

        Courier: Ekart Logistics

        • On June 5 around 6:19 PM, the status changed to “Out for Delivery.”
        • It is now [7 june], and the package still hasn’t arrived—more than 24 hours since it was “Out for Delivery.”
        • I have called Ekart’s toll‑free numbers (1800‑208‑9898 & 1800‑420‑1111) without any success.
        • I emailed Big Muscles Nutrition on [5 june] demanding either immediate delivery or a full refund, but they have not replied to that email.
        • It has been over 10 days since I placed the order, and I remain without my product or any resolution.

        I request:
        1. Either immediate delivery of my order OR
        2. A full refund of ₹[1397.97] to the original payment method

        Additionally, I seek a goodwill gesture (promo code or discount) for the inconvenience caused.

          Today delivery person called me for receiving the item, soon I came down from 2nd floor but to my surprise he left the place, called him many times but he did not take the call. Tracking shows item delivered. Please note my order id 272907 order date 26.05.2025.

          The last delivery also he did the same thing created the trouble in office.
          Please see the issue and make the delivery fool proof with code while delivery.

            I am writing to formally report an issue with the delivery of my cancelled order FMBC[protected]. On [23/05/2025], I provided the delivery agent with the cancellation code as per the required procedure. However, instead of taking the cancelled product back, the delivery agent demanded ₹700 from me, which is completely unacceptable and against standard protocol.

            As a customer, I expect professional conduct and adherence to proper cancellation and return policies. This incident has caused undue stress and inconvenience, and I would like immediate clarification regarding:

            Why the delivery agent attempted to collect money despite my cancellation?

            Steps Ekart Logistics will take to ensure such misconduct does not happen again.

            Assurance that my cancellation request is processed without any additional charges.

            I request you to take swift action against this unethical behavior and provide me with an official resolution as soon as possible. Please confirm that my cancellation has been successfully processed and that no further issues will arise.

              Hi, I had ordered some Medicines from Tata 1mg and they delivered them through Ekart logistics. The delivery agent called up to ask the OTP which I shared with him assuming that he must have had arrived at my doorstep. But, later when I came back home and asked for the parcel, it was nowhere. Nobody at the given location had recieved anything. Even they told that No delivery boy had come at that address so far. Those medicines are very important and needed urgently. This order had Already took almost 1 week to get delivered, now I m not in the state to wait for more, moreover unfortunately those Medicines are not available in local medical stores. Now the patient's fate is in Ekart's hands, Because I have tried many ways to trace the delivery agent who asked me for the OTP, but neither Tata 1mg nor Ekart logistics is sharing any contact details of that person so that I could ask him where and with whom he had dropped the parcel.
