I returned my parcel from Myntra on
11 03 24. As my product is not eligible for returning. So I decided to get it back.
But it's been a week, I haven't get any call regarding my parcel. So please return my product( parcel)

    I want to Infrom You that My Tracking number is STOC[protected].
    And I cancelled the order already but the Delivery person Keep coming to My house and Behaved rudely to everyone.
    This is Not acceptable to me.

      I ordered a Product on 12th Of March 2024, It reached nearest Hub on 14th, On 14th Delivery person, assured me that he is going to deliver the product that day itself, after not receiving the delivery I called him around 8:20 Pm and the Delivery person told me he would not deliver my order, he told another delivery guy will deliver my order next day, on next day again its showing out for delivery on 2:45 PM and it will Arriving before 11 pm, i waited and again i call to another delivery person, and he was starting abusing me without any reason, i was just asking when my product will be delivered. please help me..           Wrong product received and taken money

          I ordered a shirt and received two pairs of jeans pants which I didn't order.
          the incident took place on 13/03/2023
          I tried to call the customer care number but nobody received the call and I tried contacting the delivery boy but he also didn't pick up the call.
          I want to request you to refund my money as take away the parcel....

            I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company regarding the non-delivery of my order.             I have made several attempts to contact your customer service department through phone calls and emails, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance regarding the status of my order.                       On 26 Feb 2024, I received an old, dirty, and crumpled piece of apparel that I've never ordered. Delivered by eKart and INR 299 cash collected on delivery by eKart delivery person. By using eKart Tracking ID: TRSC[protected], I see that this product has been shipped by Trendystyles, Delhi.

                      Today, on 27 Feb 2024, I received a call from Rahul from Trendystyles, Delhi. His mobile number is: +[protected]. He asked me to download an app to proceed the refund, which is appeared fraudulent and rejected it.

                      eKart Logistics, please refund my money and take back the dirty piece of apparel that i've never ordered.

                          Recived a message on WhatsApp and service message with Tracking id number TRSC[protected] ekart delivery men made a call for receiving a parcel on cod so i went to pickup the parcel but seeing at a price i was bit confused whether this parcel maybe order by my friend behalf of my name and address so i made cod of 299rs and picked up the parcel but went i opened the parcel i was really amazed to see a damage used product a kurta top with crushed colour fade and threads are all out i was really helpless when I contacted the delivery men he told I wouldn’t help you out and now i am not able to return the product so i request you to please look it this problem abd refund my money back ..or Track and mention who ordered this and how can return this product.

                              Received a product from trendy styles on 26/02/2024 which was not ordered. since i was not available at my address i was not able to collect it personally to verify. the person who called me at 11:53 also did not mention that it was cash on delivery. he collected rs 299 from a store person where i had told him to hand it over. the product in that package was a dirty worn dress and a kids dirty salwar. the call was made from ekart delivery bangalore jio number [protected]. i need ekart logistics to take away this filthy package and return my cash of 299 rs and also want to know how my address and phone number is leaked out. need compensation for giving out my information.

                              Despite it being more than 3 weeks since ekart has been notified of my complaint, no one from ekart has contacted me regarding the same. Looks like ekart itself is doing some shady business. I hope this is a disclaimer for people willing to do business with them.

On 22.02.2024, I placed an order through Flipkart for the product spin cart 3 in 1 Screen Cleaning Set for PC, Laptops, Monitors, Mobiles, LCD, LED and despite the confirmation of the order the delivery was not made with the stipulated time frame. He had attempted to make a call and once i had picked it up he keeps quiet to prove his side. Furthermore the behavior of the delivery executive is completely unacceptable. Not only he was rude and disrespectful in his language he has also asked me to collect the product from the hub and he wont deliver the product for me.
                                communication through google pay, but he also used harsh language which is highly unacceptable and uncalled for. such behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of your company but also creates a negative experience for customers like myself. his google pay number through which he had sent inappropriate messages is [protected]. It is imperative that action be taken to address this matter, or else i would have to expose the messages he had sent on social media which would affect your reputation also.
                                i trust that you will take this matter seriously and do the necessary
                                as soon as possible
