Ive order a high pressure car washing machine and they delivered some other items ...other...

I've ordered magical high pressure car washing machine and have delivered some rubbish items so please make it correct by picking up and replacing whatever mentioned on the bill....

I've ordered magical high pressure car washing jet pump and they delivered a powder multani meti and green holder . Which i never thought of and labling was correct but inside some cheap rubbish items . Pls change it without delay. As i got it yesterday only....

As per order number[protected] and e-kart FMPC [protected] The above order was delivered on 16/10/23 but unfortunately it was not updated in your system it shows cancelled due to this I am unable to claim 1 year extended warranty. So request you to please update delivery report in your website....

Without a single message and call my order was cancelled....

As the order is about to reach my address, the order got cancel automatically without giving any call or msg prior to it . And while tracking it told that RTO order rejected....

My order is not yet delivered, it has been 15 days, the tracking page showing that order is RTO rejected. No update or no one called me till now. It is terrible. My order id is SRTP[protected]...

I'm going to take this matter to consumer redressal forum. Product ordered 40 days back. Still not delivered or amount still not refunded ANSP[protected]...

I have order Thomson 8 series tv on Flipkart on 20th oct they promise me delivery on 30th Oct but till date, Flipkart Ekart did not deliver it. I am waiting for a long time I have complaint a queries to Flipkart customer service but no use. I am very angery because the delivery boy call yesterday tomorrow delivery the tv 8.30but still time not delivery....

I've received a message from Ekart about an order then the delivery man called me regarding the order when I asked him to open the parcel before paying he didn't let me before paying. when I opened the parcel later it was just a empty bottle of body wash and some garbage. I want my 899 rs back...

I order t shirt from myntra I'll return it. One of the delivery boy come and collect the parcel and not updated yet it's been a week and it's not updated yet. And was not also credited yet. They don't update their phone number on internet and delivery boy was not also receiving call....

My order was delivered on Saturday(28/10/2023) via OTP( orderid:OD[protected]
I was unavailable on that to collect my order, the delivery guy said he gave my order in my PG. But today (2/11/2023) when I came to collect it my PG people said no such order came in.

I had ordered a neck and shoulder massager on COD. Today i received a message from ekart that is out for delivery with tracking ID NMBC[protected]. I paid 999 to the delivery guy as he was not allowing me to see the product before paying. After I paid, when I opened the product it was a bubble gun. There is no number mentioned in the package. This is fraud by Ekart. They dont take responsibility, neither seller name nor contact was there....

My return Parcel has been siffoned off...

Order Placed on PayTm and shipment was expected to be delivered on 22nd October 2023.

The same has not been delivered till 1st November 2023 and the tracking status says "Received at Hosur Hub" as on 19th October 2023

There is no contact details available for Ekart Logistics. Issue was raised with PayTm app and there is no further update yet and their chat bot is saying technical error if we try to followup...

The product that I have ordered has to be delivered on 24th October 2023 but still not delivered. They even dispatched for out of delivery but after few minutes I have received a message stating that unable delivered the product due to operating issue.
