I had order Dressberry nude-coloured, pump toe heels from myntra which was delivered to me by ekart delivery agent on 22nd October, 2023. I received defective item (discoloured sole, used item). Moreover, the shoe was oversized. So, i instantly applied for exchange on the very same day, 22nd October, 2023. The exchange was supposed to get delivered to me on 30th October, 2023. The delivery agent came, but didn't deliver, citing that the shoes' quality wasn't upto the mark (which is obvious because i received used item at the very first place). I raised a concern on myntra customer care, and my exchange of the defective item was approved today, afternoon. Another delivery agent came to deliver today, but did the same thing, didn't deliver my exchange, created rukus by saying the same thing that they won't accept a used product, whereas, Myntra themselves approved my exchange of defective product after verifying the pictures i was asked to upload. Ekart delivery agents are creating unnecessary problems, not delivering my product and lying that i rescheduled the delivery and that i was unavailable, which is totally false claims. I want my exchange. When Myntra doesn't have any problems, who the hell these delivery agents are to deny me my products. Product ID MYSP[protected].
