In order a saree for my mother, delivery boy... deliver 2 packet in the name of Flipkart..and take double payment by my mother...and the other packet contain garbage inside ...it's totally fraud...to take money

My tracking ID is MYSC[protected]. I put my office address for delivery. And today i got msg that parcel is out of delivery but bcz of some personal reason i was not there at office today to receive my parcel. So I called executive that please come tomorrow but he was start abusing me. And said u have to pick today otherwise i will cancel. Is this the way he talked to me. How u guys trained your executive to talk your customers. He was not ready to tell his name. I want my parcel tomorrow.

This is to inform you that my Flipkart order of SAMSUNG Galaxy A34 5G with tracking id: FMPP[protected] was not delivered to me today by the Ekart delivery.
I tried calling the delivery partner 10-15 times but they never responded, maybe they have black listed the customer’s phone number.
Every time same thing happens, the delivery person never calls the customer for delivery and automatically in the evening message comes that the customer rejected the order. But in actual they never called for delivery

Please deliver my order.

Disappointed by Ekart & Flipkart, writing regarding Flipkart grocery order no:OD[protected].

This product I got notification out for delivery on 10-feb-24 and I have contacted the delivery boy on the same day afternoon and he informed me he will deliver it. Then the evening delivery boy call me I told him the home address but the delivery boy kept me waiting and did not deliver the product on 10th-feb.

Then on 11th-feb again notification came for our for delivery and same I have call delivery boy for deliver the product and same as yesterday he told he will deliver the product, but not came to deliver in the mentioned address and I have call multiple times to deliver boy but not delivered the product to my doorstep.

To cross verify the things, you can check the call records.

As per Flipkart promised date of delivery is 11th-feb, which is crossed. And delivery boy keep me waiting from last two days, We also have important work to do in daily life.

Very very pathetic service from Ekart, this is not the first time I have experience. Every month facing the same issue only on grocery delivery.

I hope authority will take strict action against it.

I have order I phone 15 from flipkart on 9 feb 2024 and also pay the full amount and the product expected delivery date is 10 feb but product not received yet from ekart logistics pune pimpri hub. I continually taken follow up with flipkart support team but they state that this is delay from ekart logistics team.

In the recent week, I ordered bagpack via Flipkart having order No. fmpp[protected]. The delivery agent asked for OTP details and said that he shall deliver at the Hotel Reception as I was not available at the location. When enquired about the delivery at the Hotel reception, the Hotel said we did not receive any courier.

Requesting your intervention in this regard as the Delivery agent might have delivered the product at some wrong location or place.

Have orderd a different product from a website but have got a whole different product. have orderd hand made italian shoes worth 1389 but have got different shoes

Recently I ordered dress from instagram site worth rupees 550/- and got fooled by getting one hankie inside it. I paid online to ekart delivery guy. Requesting you to please help me with this scam. I’m attaching bill screenshot for your reference.

Ekart team if you can’t help me, at least please contribute from your end to stop such scams by blacklisting such companies to use your services.

Why do Ekart courier services sometimes expect us to pick up our products from their hub/office- reasons- staf[censored]nwell, understaffed, vehicle not in condition for delivery, and other xyz reasons? What is the benifit of door step delivery if we are expected to keep adjusting, accomodating on humanity grounds? If we fail, the chances of products getting returned.

I am placed the my order on flipkart site date 31-jan-24. and my order delivery date is 31-jan-24. But till time my order is not delivered.

Also my one order cancel without my confirmation.

Your delivery boy doesn't have to come to the address given in the order, he asks to pick it up from his office. And to cancel the order he asks for OTP on the phone itself and for the payment of the order he asks to transfer the money to his personal number.

It's highly disappointing that a delivery agent behaviour was so rude. He was literally threatening me to cancel the order. This is how ekart provides services to their customers. This was so shocking that he was shouting before everyone. A big disappointed with ekart. I want you to take a strict action against that agent.

Product reached destination on 1st feb and was out for delivery. But he just gave 2 quick missed calls literally for 2sec and when called back didn't receive call. On 2nd feb he came with tampered box. 4kg ON whey jar replaced with2kg and bcaa, creatinine jars missing. When called back he asked me to come to office.
