Six items I have ordered from shopsy on 12th Nov 23 a phone call received from e cart delivery boy by that I was out side Bangalore I told him to go e to by brothers house he asked top I have send it after I came home I asked my brother to give the items which the delivery boy gave he told he hasn't received any items .The delivery boy took all the items back after receiving the otp...Please do necessary arrangements to get those items back from him or from your logistics

    I have raised an complaint in Myntra also on Sunday regarding this same issue .

    Please help me recover my money from these fraud delivery agents

        I got a call for prepaid order and !
        asked the delivery man to kindly leave it in the shop near my house because
        was out of town. I trust the shop keeper and since I had to wait for a long time for the order to restock, I did not want to cancel my order. He said he will do it and he will call after some time for otp. I waited for his call the whole day but he did not call. In the evening around 6 pm he called me and suddenly started saying "give me the cancelation code, I will cancel your order" I was surprised.
        As a customer, isn't it my right to decide whether I want to cancel my order or not? I said to him politely that ! had asked him to leave it in the shop nearby but he said he did not because he does not trust the customer. That I will blame him afterwards. Then I said that I will not blame him for anything because I genuinely respect his job. I am a grown up person living in 21st century and i am well aware that serving the public is not an easy job, its harder than all of our jobs but he started to talk about his salary. I told him that it his his personal information and I did not wish to know that but then he started asking me about my job. I felt like he was questioning my character. When I asked him the reason why he cannot deliver my order, he said 'because I don't want to" I tried to understand him and told him whether I could have anyone else's number so that they can deliver my order but then he started saying that I can call the CEO and all and he will resign from tomorrow. At this point I thought he was drunk because he said it in a very rude manner. He further started saying that I work a government job so I would not understand even when I tried to understand him and spoke to him politely. He said he is going to cancel my order on his own and I can do anything I want. Never in my whole life I had come across this kind of behaviour. This is not the first time. I don't know if I should blame the company Ekart or the person's character but please Ekart do not
        hired these kind of staffs. We don't order things so that we have to face this kind of behaviour.
        VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. ESPECIALLY THE WAY THE STAFF TALK TO THE CUSTOMER. PLEASE take strict actions. This staff is from the gangtok branch. I understand that he didn't want to leave the order because he has had a bad experience with the other customers but he should know that all the customers are not the same. He should not judge the customer, it is disrespectful or he should not have agreed to deliver it in the first place. Why call and say that he will deliver but then again refrain from his words? I have lost the trust. I no longer trust Ekart. If the customer service continues this way and if you do not wish to improve then please withdraw from all online platforms because of these kind of behaviour from your staff's, other online services/platforms are getting bad reviews. PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION and if you need the phone number of the delivery staffs then I have it.

          Description: When i called the delivery guy to know about the delivery time since it is OFD, he was very rude and then disconnected the call. This is not the first time; he is continuously doing the same. I want Strick action agist this delivery guy. people are stopping ordering the product from Flipkart because of this kind of delivery guys.

            I have ordered HP laptop from Flipkart.The tracking ID is FMPP[protected] supposed to deliver today. At 6.33 PM one person called and told that the person deliver your product is on leave.He will come tomorrow to deliver your product.I accepted. But 21.15 hrs your company sent a message that shows the delivery address was unable to locate. This is 100% lie. The person called from [protected]. Find out that person and asked the reason for his lie.

              Missing product showing delivered

              Sir/Madam,

              With reference to the subject cited above and Order ID - OD[protected] regarding Tupperware classic 1000ml, I am filing a complaint that my above item was not received by me or my neighbours but marked delivered in my Flipkart account. I have contacted the Flipkart support team but from their end also they have informed me that the delivery person has delivered the item to me.

                Product Stuck on "Out of delivery and Unsuccessful/Undelivered" for a week

                I have ordered a Product on 4th November 2023, and the same day it reached the Nearest HUB. On 5th November, at 3:30PM I receive an update for 'Out for Delivery' from the app as well as SMS. At 7:00PM I tried reaching out to the delivery agent and he did not pick up my call. Later that night at 11:00PM I receive SMS from Flipkart, that my product will be delivered on 6th November.

                I also checked Ekart's website, it also informed...

                Delivery boy of ekart is rudely saying that he will not deliver product in my Village and threating that collect your shipment at the point where he stand which is about 4 km far from my Village or he will cancel the shipment.

                    The product they have packed is different from what I ordered. I have ordered model number WAJ20069IN from Bosch with a 7kg load capacity, and they have delivered me the WAJ20065IN with a load capacity of 6.5 kg. They are trying to convince me that it is the same product that you ordered. Now they have told me to cancel without replacing the right product. Now if I order it once more, I am not getting all the one-time offers, and I am having an opportunistic financial loss. It was not my fault at all. If they didn't give the right product, I will take this issue to consumer court with my personal lawyer. Either way, please give me a solution. I have been very dissatisfied with the service of Ekart for a very long time. Urgently do the needful. My tracking ID is FMPP[protected]

                      Even though I got a message that the item will be delivered today, I did not receive. The delivery boy is not picking up the call

                      Showing delivered on 27 oct 2023 but not delivered till 13 nov 2023 .called the Flipkart support but they cannot resolved my problem they told me that my product was delivered. It was a prepaid order but I did not get the product till now and flipkart does not refund the money.

                        I have ordered NCERT BIOLOGY BOOSTER volume 1 to the address of my daughter who is staying in hostel in VIJAYAWADA through FLIPKART and the delivery agency is EKART LOGISTICS by tracking ID FMPP[protected]. The delivery agent misleaded me as if he is at the college hostel and asked for OTP for delivery. He did not deliver the product and updated the delivery status as DELIVERED. The delivery agent is not responding nor the FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE is taking any responsibility of contacting the agent. This is ridiculous in part of EKART LOGISTICS and FLIPKART.

                          I am staying in Proddatur and my daughter is studying in a residential college in Vijayawada. I have ordered NCERT BIOLOGY BOOSTER VOLUME 1 to the college on FLIPKART and the deliver partner is EKART LOGISTICS with tracking ID FMPP[protected]. The delivery agent misleaded me by saying that he is at the hostel campus and asked me for OTP for verification. He did not deliver the product but the product is marked as delivered. No contact information of the agent is available nor the flipkart is taking responsibility on tracking where he delivered the product.

                              Hi,
                              I have purchased IPhone 14 on 1st of November and we haven’t received our Product yet. Delivery date was 3rd November and it got rescheduled to 6th november after that it again got rescheduled to 8th nov and still I dont have the Product. my product is showing at near by hun(College road hub). I had multiple call with flipkart support team but no effective update regarding the product they're just responding same on every call that they're looking into it. I visited ekart college road hub but no effective responce
                              This is not correct way to respond to customer
                              Hence kindly request you to look this issue and we need delivery as soon as possible.

                                  Dear Flipkart, I have faced an issue that my order was cancelled and returned due to the lethargic behaviour of the delivery agent(MIZORAM 796001 PIN CODE) One of my experience is when they tried to deliver my order they said they dont even know the location and I keep on telling them and trying to navigate the route, yet they never tried to comprehend the very common location which is near a College but later they called and asked for the 4 digit in the message then blendly told me that they will deliver the item the next day, I was too busy at the moment and dont read the other letters, I gave them the digit later I realized that it was a cancellation request which i never tried to, but it was too late. They lied and return my item because they refused to deliver it to me due to the item I order it was kitchen sink it might be heavy but they should just asked to come pick up the item if it was a burden to them. As you can tell that kind of behaviour seems to be a norm in the system and have been practised many times to many customers. So please, i kindly request the team to monitor the courier and delivery agent this is very unprofessional I ordered in many sites I had never face this kind o[censored]nprofessional issues before. If proof needed i have a call record in our native language (Mizo). Order no 429534472945568100000.

                                    Ordered product through flipkart on November 1st and expected delivery date is 6th November, but didn't get an updation even after 10th November from ekart. Track order using order ID but it seems error. Not showing any details of my order or live location status. Called flipkart and they don't also have no idea about my order status. Order ID::FMPN[protected]. At least give an updation on this one and its not possible to cancel my order because of ekart management this kind of behavior. Kindly give us a updation.
