The above is what I am seeing when tracking my parcel. I have never been contacted by EKart and have certainly never rejected this parcel which has prepaid items worth Rs4097/- purchased on 27/09/2023 from Ariazistore, order no. #8423
Am totally unable to contact Ariazistore by emails or the phone contact number on their website.
Request your kind attention to receiving either delivery or refund asap from EKart/Ariazistore.
Please kindly resolve my complaint at earliest.

      I HAVE BOUGHT A SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR FROM Flipkart.Two delivery boy came(one is driver another one his colleague) …
      1/ First they try to manipulate me they are the authorised person to instal the refrigerator from EKART…but they will charge me extra…During my purchase I was informed that from samsung they will send one person to install after the delivery..but the two delivery boy try to mislead me that no one is going to come to install..
      2/ They misbehave with the people of my home as we refuse to pay the extra amount for bringing the refrigerator into my house..it was from ground floor to 1st floor they were demanding Rs. 500 unofficially to bring that up..even We were ready to assist them ..
      3/ it was an Exchanged offer..so my old Refrigerator was picked up by them…But I got a message that the pick up was cancelled…

      Plz do the needful as soon as possible…

        This products has been ordered from Isha life. It was stated to be delivered by 19 oct 2023, but still not yet arrived. Even the SMS with contact number was given [protected]. But no response from the number as called close to 50 times. Even the portal says, Undelivered due to operational issues. Very poor service, Expected to get the product at the earliest.
        Note: If the respective person says Person is not available, it totally not acceptable, as personally very much available on the given address.

          This order has been given from the vendor Isha life and it was promised to have delivered by 19 Oct 2023. The same still not arrived, Even in the tracking it says operational issue. Please look into this to top priority and do the needful by delivering the products at the earliest. Even I have received the number to contact the Courier person.[protected], Called the number close to 50 times. No response at all. Very poor customer service.

              I ordered redmi note 12 pro and I choose mobile exchange and when delivery boy came he told me that the mobile is not in good condition and in sides of my mobile phone (narzo 20 a) is slightly discoloured and he told me that phone screen is coming out which was false.. I argued him about that but he refused.. So I took my order and pay 1900 rs extra cash ( he told me that 1900 will be deducted) . Now when I saw order information it shows that I only paid 999 rs.
              Please do something about it as I am being cheated..

                I used my workplace address and the delivery try to deliver around 8pm. Our working time is upto around 5pm so after that I am not available. To clarify the problems ive made a call to the delivery boy but got a rude response and not able to say a word.He just hung up...

                  Hi, I have ordered pantaloons shoes from Myntra, but they sent different product to me and delivery boy from ekart logistics delivered this product to me . After that I filed complaint regarding this .On 20 oct I received message for Out of pickup but delivery boy didn’t came he said I will come tomorrow on 21oct but he didn’t came, i registered complaint again . now today I received message for out of pickup but today again he saying the same as the last time as I will come tomorrow… 🙏 please I am requesting you. Please look into this as soon as possible

                    I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding a highly unsatisfactory experience I have encountered with the delivery of my iPhone 12 order, which I placed on Flipkart with Tracking ID FMPP[protected]. The entire ordeal has been marked by significant inconvenience and a severe lack of communication and accountability.

                    I ordered the iPhone 12 on the 15th of October, which was subsequently shipped on the 16th of October. The initial delivery date was scheduled for the 21st of October. However, I was dismayed when, at the last moment, Flipkart unilaterally changed the delivery date to the 23rd of October. This change caused significant disruption to my plans, as I had waited the entire day for the delivery.

                    Furthermore, I was informed that due to an "operational issue, " the delivery could not be made on the rescheduled date of 23rd October. It is indeed frustrating to note that even though the status of my order indicated that it was "out for delivery, " the product did not reach me, and no explanation or notification was provided.

                    My concerns have been compounded by the lack of information available on the Flipkart website. It does not display a revised delivery date, which adds to the uncertainty and frustration I am currently experiencing.

                    I have attempted to contact the Flipkart customer care team multiple times, and each time I have been assured that my complaint has been registered and that I will receive my product "as soon as possible." However, this has not translated into a concrete resolution, and I am left without my urgently needed phone.

                    I have now received three different delivery dates, and as of now, my order has still not been delivered. This situation is highly unsatisfactory, and it is imperative that I receive my order promptly.

                    I kindly request your intervention to help expedite the delivery of my order and to ensure that I receive clear and accurate information about the new delivery date. I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Flipkart, and I hope that your involvement will help rectify this situation promptly.

                      I ordered a mobile phone with exchange ( order ID - OD[protected] on 15th of this month and delivery date was 20th. It reached near my location timely but didn't get delivered till now. It's showing out for delivery for 5 days but they are avoiding my calls and sometimes they pick up and says they are on the way, but it's been 5 days and I don't know what to do.
                      Same thing happened twice 2 months ago and both time I had to cancel the order.

                        I placed an order on Flipkart with the order ID, and the delivery was scheduled. The Ekart delivery person asked me to come 500 meters away from my home at night around 7 pm to collect the parcel, even though it was nighttime. I explained that only my mother and sister were at home, but the delivery person and his manager Mr. Santosh Yadav, refused to deliver to my doorstep. He claimed that they wouldn't go to the doorsteps and for record they mentioned that they haven't found the address. To my surprise, the same delivery person had delivered two other products to the same address earlier. He canceled my order, which caused me a financial loss due to EMI charges, processing fees, and GST. Additionally, I ordered a Prestige cooktop, and Ekart didn't contact me for address confirmation, marking it undeliverable. I escalated this issue to Flipkart, but it remains unresolved, and they closed the suitcase case without a satisfactory resolution. I lack confidence that they will address my induction-related complaint. The delivery address was Post Bankar, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.

                          TRACKING ID FMPP[protected] ordered by my wife. ITEM NOT DELIVERED BUT SHOWN AS DELIVERED ON 20 OCTOBER 2023 AT 02:14 AM.
                          Please provide the details of the delivery person and aslo the reason why he was sent at night (02:14 am) and as per the update he has delivered the item. Otherwise I shall be compelled to file an FIR against ekart for trespassing the diginity of woman at night on the pretext of delivering items.

                            I order one product from filpkart the product is damaged but and my old product is rejected so your executive said that pay 1300 rs then he open the box. So i paid that amount and after opening the box the product is damaged so i returned but my concern is when you will refund my 1300 rs. If it is scam i will go to the costumer court and file a case against ekart and flipkart. Tracking id fmpp[protected].
                            Refund my 1300 rs as soon as possible. Because you know who is your delivery executive. If not i will go to consumer court and file a case against ekart.

                              Exchange shampoo from Myntra showing delivered when it's not

                              I was to get my exchange of dove shampoo from Myntra on 19.10.2023. The delivery guy came in the morning while I was away from home and my mother was there to receive the order but he didn't delivered the product saying that it requires some authentication from app. When I was back home I tried to reach the delivery guy through phone which wasn't connecting again and again. In the evening I received a message of the product being delivered....

                              When contacting the customer saying your order would be delivered. But when contacting the Hub the response from them is that the order has been rejected, whereas i am receiving the message from the flipkart that the failed delivery attempt as i was not available but i was at my home whole day waiting for the product. Need to get it resolved asap as i have been waiting for my laptop from so long but no resolution even from the flipkart or the ekart side.
