    My tracking id is - FMPP[protected]. I ordered product on 16th oct 2023 on flipkart but this logistic team reschedule delivery by their own on 18th, 19th oct for two times, so total 3 times reschedule and at last on 20th my order was automatically cancelled and reason mentioned is unsuccessful attempt reject by customer.
    Neither I didn't receive any call from ekart Or any delivery boy since 18th oct to till date and i didn't reschedule any delivery then how can it mentioned it was reschedule by customer? Means what fraud you done with customer. Even I called delivery boy for early delivery but the delivery boy denied for delivery. Such a worst and fraud to make customers.
    Need to resolve ASAP

    Ekart management is crap while on big billion sales. Flipkart provide huge offers to reach out customers but when customers put orders they failed to deliver products. I saw the refence complaints all were similar like as my complaints.
    The bad thing is that in resolution of my complaint flipkart customer care person told me sorry ane suggest me place a fresh order that's it. I don't need this ghatiya suggestion.
    If Flipkart give us genuine resolution then they should tell us place a new order with same amount and whichever amount exceed, it would be charge as penalty on ekart logistics then after e kart logistics will never cancel the order.
    Flipkart always give first priority to customers while offering big billion sales.

      I order a mobile phone through flipkart on dated 11/10/2023 vide order id-od[protected] and the order confirmed at the same date and shipped by courier partner ekart logistics vide tracking id-fmpp[protected] and scheduled expected to be delivered on my address on 15/10/2023. But my order is not delivered to me after being rescheduled to 17/10/2023, 18/10/2023, 19/10/2023 and 20/10/2023 (today). Today at around 03:48 pm i got notification on mobile that my order is out for delivery but at 04:48 pm it is showing unsuccessful undelivered/unsuccessful delivery attempt (cutomer rejected) but neither any person call me nor the helpline number [protected] taking my call.

        Seller shipped my product on 14th October 2023. Estimated delivery date was shown as 18th October, 2023.
        Latest status shows on 18th Oct morning 9.24AM it has left as Vijayawada.

        Vijayawada to my home (Tenali Address) is 34 KMs.

        It's 2 days, no updates further and didn't receive my product.

        Could you please help my product get delivered to me asap.

          I have order a Mobile Phone dated 13.10.2023 and order was confirmed the same and shipped on dated 16.10.2023, parcel reached at nearest logistics service on dated 17.10.2023 am 07:15 am but they have not attempt for delivery due to expected date of delivery on dtd 18.10.2023. They have attempted for delivery on dtd 18.10.2023, I have recd massage from auto generated massage to out for your delivery on dated 18.10.2023 at 4.53 PM and recd a missed call from Mobile No. [protected] at 7.05 PM as mentioned on massage. i was not able to recd called. But when i was call back to him not get any response from them. they also attempt for delivery on dtd 19.10.2023 at 1:38 PM received a massage for out for delivery but they couln't call or massage for delivery purpose to me. and got massage at 8.10 PM undelivered due to could not get in touch with you. we will try next working day same day. I was visited at mentioned below address and asked for status of of my parcel but they have couln't find the parcel and told me. pl came on tomorrow i will check and same to deliver to you and reached at early morning same place but they have denied for delivery of my parcel and told me your parcel will be delivered on today i.e. 20.10.2023 at afternoon still not recd any massage or call. I have enclosed of some screen shot when recd massage of delivery status. and one more things its happened each and every time of Ekart Logistics only. and today i have got massage at 12.05 am of your parcel out for delivery.

              Ordered Nothing phone 2 on Oct 13 2023, during Big Billion Days. The delivery date was on 14th Oct 2023. It has reached the nearest hub which is 10 min away from my home. Still the item was not out for delivery till 20th Oct. Raised complaint and called Flipkart multiple times, but no help at all. They were not at all concerned about the customers. On 20th Oct the product was out for delivery at 1.14pm, but later around 2.30 pm they marked "Unsuccessful Unable to attempt delivery due to operational issues". I tried to call delivery guy multiple times but not answering the phone. Such a pathetic experience from Flipkart and EKart. I am like spending my time, energy and money contacting them every single day. Still no help

                The delivery agent behavior is so rude he said he will not deliver in the address and told to come near society main gate and not reach yet at the delivery address my parcel is out since 9 am today still I didn't get my parcel, he didn't even attempt to deliver and cancelled the order delivery by giving the reason " order not accepted by me " the delivery agent visit the near area to my address but didn't my parcel and reach to opposite location...

                I have bought IPhone 14 from Flipkart and applied exchange with old mobile, now the Ekart logistics has not pick up my exchange item and not did any call to me. Now I have checked for return in Flipkart app, that is showing as Item is Cancelled.
                Hence I request you to take against the Ekart logistics and do needful.

                  I have book product on 14 Oct and product shipped on 15th Oct. From 17 October my product in my city but no one has came as well as not contacted with me for delivery. when i contacted courier person on 19 oct he said he was ill not able to delivered product and i will delivered product in time he said on 20 oct 11 am in any condition i will delivered product but on 20 oct without any call or not contacting with me my order cancelled by ekart company.
                  Now product price raise 500 Rupees extra for buying. i want this product same rate.

                  This very irritating and irresponsible behavior's from Ekart Logistic and Flipkart team.

                    I ordered iphone 14plus . It reached out to me on17th. It was open box delivery so delivery boy opened in front o[censored]s and there was minute defect inside the front camera which was visible. So on behalf of me he (deliver boy) Requested Flipkart for replacement after that on 18th I am getting message that your order is cancelled from flipkart and your refund is generated like this info after that i called flipkart customer care ... Sweta mam picked the call but she was unable to solve my issue but told me it is mistake of ekart so i choose this option to get my replacement instead of refund or again provide me gateaway for that amount which it was in BBD. I request you to please dilever my iphone and dont want any refund

                      My order has reached my city 4 days back . And i have recieved message that it is out for delivery but the delivery boy did not call me or came to my house for delivery. I have gone to their office for the same. At first they didnt know anything about my order . After some time they said order is at delivery boy’s home . He will take it tomorrow from his home and you can take it from the office. I am calling them daily but they are still saying vague things. Please look into the matter

                        I had ordered a phone from flipkart and it was supposed to be delivered on 19th october. when I track my shipment it has reached final delivery station on 18th of October, but they are showing it will be delivered on 22nd. I am travelling abroad on 20th and I am not having any phone. What stupid service are you guys providing!!! I don't even have a number to contact you guys!!
                        Worst service provided.. I will make sure I take the case to consumer court if not resolved within next 24 hours!!

                            I ordered iphone on 9 October from Flipkart and it's reached to my nearest hub on 14 October. The product was not going out for delivery till 18 October, I registered too many complaints in Flipkart then on 19 October (today) the product go out for delivery in morning 8 Am, I tried to contact the delivery person but he didn't picked my call and the I got message on 12:19 that my order delivery is cancelled by customer but no one is came for deliver and no one's called me, then how can they cancel it without any information, I'm very frustrated in last 5 days, just getting dates and dates and then cancellation message. I'm attaching the tracking Id here please help me on this.

                                    Hi I ordered a gas stove from Flipkart and I have requested it to be returned however the pick up is not being undertaken by Ekart Logistics and I daily get a message that it was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and we will try again. I even called the person and he said he will pick it up but he is not doing it.
