I recently recieved a ordered on 21 August 2024 from e kart logistics which I have not ordered.

The package does not contain any company name so I am unable to apply for refund for that package

I request to that please resolve this is issue and refund my money that I have paid...

Hello.. Please help me out here.. I ordered 2 products on 4th of August and still it isn't delivered yet and the expected date was on 10th August.. I don't understand why this is happening. It's has been 12 days since I have ordered. Whats wrong with the Ekart services.. if you courier partners are doing your job as per the customer services.. The delivery agent who supposed to deliver me the parcel by 14th august, refused my calls more than 15 times and at 10pm called and simply said that he cannot deliver the parcel tonight.
