Hii Mam/Sir,
It's my humble request to you that please deliver my order as soon as possible because it's already too late and i am very consious as well as anxious about this because after 7th october there is no any further update in the shipment details. The promise date was 10th oct. but it was not delivered on that day then after it was said that it will be delivered in 2 business days but again it didn't. Now it's 23rd oct. dear and still there is no any update regarding my product i received, this was not expected from the backend team you people broked my trust and never try to contact me atleast once a time... Please team i want this product to be delivered ASAP or atleast you people reach me with a proper resolution...I tried a lot to contact with senior and concern team but no one gave me a satisfiable answer...Am i mad dear? please try to understand na... you people are my last hope please don't broke me again as well as don't loose your loyal customer.. I m at the last stage of my patience level dear plzz cooperate with me and try to deliver it ASAP!!!

I have not received my order but the delivery status is written as successfully delivered. Where have you delivered my order to? The delivery agent did not even call me beforehand. The delivery agent should atleast call before delivering. No calls, nothing and it is written successfully delivered. I don't have the order, just where in the world did your delivery service take it. The ekart delivery executive of the area is not even picking up the calls. I want my order to be delivered immediately to me you irresponsible delivery service.

The undersigned has ordered Cotton Half Sleeves Polo T-Shirt for men. However, today the undersigned has received the order and surprise to note that the packet does not contain the required and ordered product but it contains certain shirts which are totally damaged one. The undersigned request you to take back the product and immediately return the amounts. In case, the packet is not taken back and amount of Rs.999 is not refunded, the undersigned will approach the appropriate forum and take required steps as available in law including seeking damages etc. The undersigned has already sent an email in this regard on [protected]@palkstreet.com.

My order from optimum nutrition with id ANSP[protected] was shipped 10 days ago via Ekart.
Since then it is not moving from Gurgaon hub and there’s no response from ekart....

I m raising this complaint against delivery boy who came deliver my order and denied to give.His behaviour was rude blame me to be drunk and denied delivery asked me collect it from ekart hub I want you to take strict action against it.also deliver my order as soon as possible

I received a SMS on 12th October that my order is out for deliver. with delivery agent phone number and pin that is ( [protected] Pin 175 ) But Agent never call me.. but I called him to ask till which time hi will come so that I will be at home for receive that order. Hi said I am not going to deliver your order and I am not coming at your location to deliver...

Am not getting my product and not getting any pickup because one day when I cancelled the order at the time of delivery he is saying that you will not get any order now onwards is the company work on behalf of that employee they don't have any other employee for delivery. I am very suprised with that words and but am seeing that this is working I think you all are working under that delivery boy. I will wait 2 more days if I got my courier on time otherwise I will go to consumer court for harrassing me and for wasting my time.

Friday 20th oct i got a call from ekart delivery person and asked to drop the parcel with watchman as i was in office but after coming back when checked there was no product delivered and also the number from which he called also was not connected again when i tried to call

I ordered Google Pixel 7A and the charger on October 11 from Flipkart. It was out for delivery on October 13 and nobody contacted me an it was updated as 'Unsuccessful Undelivered. (Rescheduled to:[protected]'. I waited again and it was out for delivery again on 18 October along with my charger. I connected the delivery agent and he delivered only the charger. When i asked for the phone he said he doesn't know about that. Again later that evening when i traacked my product in E-kart it was updated as 'Unsuccessful Undelivered. (Rescheduled to: __dd-mm-yy__)'. Now I don't receive any about the product. Very bad service by the delivery agent. I can't even cancel my order.

As per the location mark I was standing on the location and I have said to the delivery guy also. The delivery guy passed off the location and didn't told me about the location that i said to him. He called me after and said I passed off and cut the call. I called while I see him passed of but he didn't took the call. After few minutes he called and said he won't deliver the order which I have made payment and he was talking abusively and misbehaved to me.

Its being 18 oct 2023 its shipped but no one is reaching oit to delivery

My order number FMPP[protected] was not delivered, the delivery boy asked the OTP and he didn't deliver the item, i was asked him to deliver to a nearby shop but he didn't delivered

I have placed an order on Isha life order # [protected] and the products are sent through delivery partner Ekart logistics ILIP[protected] . on 18th october, the shipment reached Habsiguda Hub, hyderabad. on 19th october i got a message that the product is out for delivery but in the evening, i got a message that it is rescheduled. but i didnt request for rescheduled....

Please faster delivery . ekart couier dealy problem.please fast delivery.

Very poor service and because the parcel arrived with the wrong postcode by the delivery person. I asked for your office address so that I can come and collect it in person but he didn't answer properly. Asking mobile number and OTP number in last four digits without parcel delivery is wrong
