Order/Item is not delivered from past 10 Days

I have ordered Samsung Galaxy S21 FE on Friday 7th October on Flipkart with Order ID: OD[protected], the Shipment got dispatched on 8th and reached to Nearest Hub to my location Surat on 9th October. eKart Shipment ID: FMPP[protected]

On 9th Oct I received Out For Delivery SMS saying it will be delivered to by to End of the Day. I waited for the order entire day, even tried to reach out to delivery guy but no response....

I placed this order on Flipkart on 08/10/2023.
It has been out for delivery since 11/10/2023.
I am even unable to cancel the order as the status for the delivery is always out for delivery.
Whenever I am calling the assigned delivery person. He casually says that he has the parcel with him and he will deliver it the same day. But eventually, he does not.
Please resolve this matter as soon as possible

    My tracking id is FMPP[protected].
    This product delivery date is 16 Oct 2023 but this product is yet not deliver to me. delivery boy misbehaving with me. Please take action on delivery boy otherwise I go to consumer court regarding this matter.

      Subject: Urgent: Unfulfilled Order and Lack of Resolution

      Dear Flipkart Support Team and ekart,

      I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding my recent order, placed on October 8th for an Apple iPad (9th Gen) 64 GB ROM 10.2 inch with Wi-Fi Only (Silver) tracking id FMPP[protected] order id OD[protected], which was initially promised to be delivered by October 14th.

      Regrettably, as of today, October 16th, I have yet to receive the ordered item. Despite my numerous attempts to seek clarification and assistance through phone calls and chat sessions with your customer service team, I find myself without any satisfactory answers or resolution to my issue.

      The lack of transparency and concrete information has led to growing apprehension on my part. The tracking information indicates that the package is currently in Agra, but the repeated assurances to "wait" have left me increasingly frustrated and dissatisfied with the overall customer experience.

      I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise in the delivery process; however, the lack of timely and effective communication is disheartening. I am reaching out in the hope that you can provide me with a detailed update on the status of my order and a clear timeline for its delivery.

      I value the reputation of Flipkart and have been a loyal customer for an extended period. Hence, I believe in the efficiency of your service and expect a prompt resolution to this matter. Your attention to this issue is highly appreciated, and I anticipate your immediate assistance in ensuring the timely delivery of my order.

        Expected date of my order was on 15th, order reached local hub at 3 AM on 15th but wasn't delivered. Next day, on 16th it was out for delivery I called the delivery agent twice, but he didn't. He told me he would come after 6 in evening, but the person switched off his phone. Tried calling multiuple times with no result.
        Next day Flipkart says due to unforeseen problem the order could not be delivered and this will be solved before 21st.
        For a next day delivery product, they are working inefficiently with no answerability.
        Highly unprofessional behaviour by them, E-kart shows that I have refused to take order whereas the delivery agent never called.
        Poor service, fraudulent agents and no date for redelivery yet.

          Had booked a consignment vide FMPP[protected] on 08th October 2023 and till date not delivered and from 12th october 2023 it is showing out for delivery

            My name pratik .
            I ordered a mobile phone on 11 Oct 2023.
            I have a problem with delivery boy that is he is not up my call. The delivery boy not picking up my call I tried many time. I have an urgent work so I tried many time but at present time he is not picking call . And the delivery date of my order is today (17th October) please solve my problem and said to delivery boy for picking up my call
            Please said to delivery boy.
            I tried many time.
            I want my product before 6pm please 🙏

                I ordered one levis jeans but I have to return it due to size issue.But after applying for return no one came and then they rejected my return due to quality issue and I talked about it to myntra help centre and they helped me to apply for the return again but then same thing happened again. Help me with this problem urgently.

                    I was purchase product from flipkart on 9 october and 14 th october product recieved near me and 16 october product was out of deleivery but they did not deleiver product and after 17th october same thing happen product out for deleivery but they did not deleiver when i was calling him they reject my call

                      Order not delivered yet due to misroutehub

                      I ordered iPhone 14 on Oct 7th.. but still it was not delivered to me.. It reaches misroutehub on Oct 12th.. yet it was not taken into out for delivery by the ekart courier...

                              This is regarding my flipkart Order having tracking ID FMPP[protected].

                              My order reached the nearest Ekart hub - Vyasarpadi on 13th Oct'23 and it was out for delivery on 15th Oct’23. I have still not received my Order and the status of the tracking id shows still Out for delivery, On physical visit to Vyasarpadi hub the person-in charge of the Hub informed that the Order was returned back to the Ekart Mother Hub “CSK”. There is no proper explanation being given for the returning the order back. The nearest hub is just 4km away from my location and the product is still not being delivered.

                              Kindly request you to assist in delivery of the product or scheduling a slot for me to pick up from Vyasarpadi courier centre myself.
