        I didn't order anything but I received an order. Today afternoon i received an order worth 770rs. I paid in cod inspite of not placing the order. I want my money back. Fake order was delivered to me. In that some plastic utensils are there. Clear this issue as soon as possible and return my money.

            At 3:46 pm on the 7th of July 2023, I received a message from Ekart saying that my order from Pepe Jeans was out for delivery and will be delivered by 9 pm. It also had a number to call the delivery executive. The number provided by Ekart was dysfunctional when I tried to call them at 8:30 pm. I did not receive any order despite being at home throughout the day. At 10:00 I received an email from Pepe saying that my order has been delivered. I have since tried to reach the delivery executive multiple times, but the number remains dysfunctional. On tracking my order on the Ekart website it is shown that my order has been delivered and received by me, but I am sure that no one at my household has received the order.

            I have emailed Pepe Jeans asking them to ensure that the order reaches me as soon as possible. While correspondence is ongoing and I have shared all the details they have asked, I am yet to receive a conclusive response from them.

            The customer service at E kart has been highly unsatisfactory with there being no viable way to lodge a complaint. The number provided, as mentioned earlier, does not work and automatically hangs up the call. There is no email address or alternate number mentioned on their website.

            I am hoping for either a quick delivery of my order or a refund as my order has already been paid for.

                  The deadline of the product is 7july and the product is not yet delivered. The product is marked out for delivery but didn't received. The delivery agent marked it as no response from the customer without attempting a single call. I have ordered the same product from different account and the same thing happened. Kindly resolve it immediately.

                      We are using your shipment services via a third-party app Shiprocket. We have sent a beauty cosmetics item of our brand but we have received a fake product at our depot. Our brand name is Uniqaya Lifestyle.

                      The shipment AWB no. is SRTC[protected] and the customer's name is Pallavi Vetal. Kindly look into this and approve our claim for the fake returned item and refund us the full item. The customer returned us fake item something like a Chinese item.

                          Hello,
                          I had an order scheduled to be delivered on 3rd of july 2023. Even got a message at 11am in the morning that it was out for delivery. They provided a contact number with protected pin. At 2pm, I called the del;ivery person to check the status of package. He replied rudely that it will be delivered by 6pm evening. I waited till 11 pm, but didnt receive the order. At 10:45pm, i got message that order was delivered.

                              My order was book on 16th june
                              and delivery promise on 22 th june but it was delayed on 23th june but till my order was not delivered on 24th june it was against delayed on 25th june what is this Ekart traking id is WSPP[protected] my order not delivered on time.                                     Recently my old device pickup was scheduled from flipkart to ekart kogistics and it was due on 1July but without any reason they cancelled the pickup when I try to track on website it is showing that I cancelled it. This is horrific
