E kart is worst logistics ever . This is the second promise date of delivery if you can't handle the delivery please sell your whole business. I don't wanna e part of the Flipkart and Myntra. You and your ### logistics.

I had recieved an parcel on 19th december which i havnt ordered, still delivery boy forced me to recieve it as it was on my name and address, after opening parcel, some old and torn clothes was inside it. Within half an hour, i returned it to EKARTs OFFICE, situated at OMKAR NAGAR, NAGPUR. They had collected that parcel and commited a refun as early as possible. As i had paid COD through GPAY, they said it will take 4 days to refund the amount....

I have placed an order via flipkart on January 3rd with the order ID - OD[protected]. I was given an Ekart Tracking ID - FMPP[protected]. When I tried to track it, it seems it's a invalid ID. On reporting this issue several times with the flipkart customer care no actions were taken....

Today 10.1.23 still the product not delivered, there is no update on the shipment. Otherwise pls tell me I'll come to the hub and collect it. Why should I wait till. are you fools? Apply your mind. Give me a solution. you're taking everything for granted. I have seen your tracking status that, customer not responded, big irresponsible fools are working in your company so that you're blaming customers for your mistake....

I have ordered my mobile phone and delivered but it was not mobile inkept and I keep returned they took phone returned to your delivery boy today on 10jan 2023 .but ididnt get any message returned.the Flipkart saying not get return.i want full refund amount of money on return phone 2000rs....

I have booked a product delivery for a customer order via Ekart vide AWB No. SRTP[protected].

This has not been moving since last thursday and its quite a trouble to us.

Can I please have the exact status of my consignment and by when can i expect the delivery.

Just FYI - the delivery was scheduled for 6th Jan and we are sitting on 9th Jan today...

I have placed an order and it has not been delivered and yet is says it has been delivered..when i tried to call the ekart executive he said he will deliver it by the same day and when tried to contact the next day the number is not working....

I got a message that flipkart rejected my return because of mismatch. Even the delivery boy not collected the item. I need refund. I returned it becouse of the size issue. Tracking id:FMPR[protected]. Rejected by E cart...

I recieved a product on 6 january which i did not even order. It was due to this i faced issues as neither did i order the product nor registered. The message recieved is as follows:
Out for Delivery:Black Anarkali Kurti - S with tracking ID SPYC[protected], will be delivered between 10:30AM - 02:30PM today by an EKART Service Partner (call [protected], PIN 120). Please pay Rs.1499.0 by cash.....

Ordered for multipurpose kitchen rack from a website link advertised on Facebook delivered by ekart logistics. Item specified on the box is also multipurpose kitchen rack however item received is a cheap pancake pan. Paid rs. 1700 for this item and the website we ordered from is now on another name and there is no way to return this product...
