        I ordered Boat Rockerz 255 Pro Navy Blue (Order ID: 4497737) from the website on March 19, 2023 (Sunday). The expected delivery date was March 21, 2023. However, there was a delay and I got a message in the morning today (March 22, 2023) saying it is out for delivery. I got a call from a delivery agent from E-kart at 2:17 pm today asking for the OTP. I gave him the OTP. It was supposed to be delivered to the security guard. However, I went to collect the order from the gate and realized that the package has not been delivered at the gate. It still was showing out for delivery on the tracking link. I called the delivery agent and he said he delivered it in the afternoon. As soon as I cut the call, I get a message showing the package has been delivered. Now, the delivery agent is not answering the call and the package is still missing. Please sort this issue out as soon as possible.

          Product duplication

          Recently we ordered a product from flipkart but it got cancelled due to unknown reason 4 days later suddenly we got a call from ekart delivery boy for a parcel and we paid him and collected the order when opened it was completely different product but he collected the same amount from the original flipkart product which got cancelled....

              Package to be delivered in same city misrouted 5 times in a week

              The package (SRTP[protected]) was picked up on the 10 of March from the seller and I was given an estimated delivery date of 11th March.

              While tracking my order on Shiprocket and then on the Ekart website I noticed that the package was sent to the wrong Ekart hub(Chembur) and was misrouted. On 11th March it was updated that the package was being sent back to the Ekart Mother hub. I assumed that it would be then redirected to...

                    I would like to share that I had a return requested on 17th March 2023 return ID MYNR[protected] but the delivery boy refused to take the product he said that the price tag is missing but I got the product without the price tag so I connected to Myntra as the order was placed from myntra and raised a complaint against it, they resolved the issue and rescheduled the pickup date on 20th March 2023 but the delivery boy didn't call me for any kind of pickup related information nor came for the pickup instead he kept cancelling my return request again and again with any proper reason from 20th March to 21st March.
                    So, I request to kindly look into the matter and do the pickup as soon as possible.
