[Resolved]  Aquaguard Enhance Ro — Aquaguard very bad customer support

Eureka Forbes has the worst customer service ever, SO PLEASE AVOID THEM!!!.

I'm Mohan from Bangalore... I called the customer care on[protected] on[protected] and asked for new water purifier.. the very next the sales person named Arun called me and came to my place and suggested me to go for Total Enhance RO after testing the water. I agreed and later he took an advance amount of Rs.2000 and left the place saying the product will be installed the very next day. Next day no one showed up and after repeated calls to the sales guy.... finally got the water purifier installed after 2 days and the same sales person came and collected the remaining amount. That was the first time i got bad impression on this company. The purifier worked fine for about 2 weeks and later it stopped immediately. when i switch it on, the motor tries to start but goes off immediately... again tries to start and goes off... this keeps on repeating as long as the power switch is on... this is the first time where i started to believe that all the negative reviews about Aquaguard products on mouthshut.com, https://www.consumercomplaints.in and few other sites is true and started to regret buying such a pathetic product from Eureka forbes. Next day i called customer care and registered a complaint and they told me that within 24hrs they visit my place and get it repaired. Again no one showed up for 2 days, once again i called the customer care and requested them to solve my problem, again they made a fake promise saying that they will send the technician within 6 o'clock... no one showed up within 6 o'clock and for the next day too... Now i had only one choice.. that is to call the sales guy and ask for help... When i called the sales guy he told he will personally talk to the technician and send him to service the product the next day... again no one showed up... from past 5 days (since[protected] I'm frequently calling him and asking for help but in vain. I also asked him to take the product back and refund my money for which he replied he would email the head office and ask for it. He always tells me he would call me after checking the status but never he called me...

Anyone who is planning to buy any products from Eurekha Forbes please think once again that their customer support is very pathetic and they never care for their customers after selling their product. You may also lose you hard earned money as i lost Rs.13990 by buying this product.

Finally after repeated calls to the customer care, a technician came today and serviced the purifier.. But still i'm not at all satisfied with Aquaguard. I wonder why such a big company would make products that get repaired within 2 weeks after installation? I would highly not recommend Aquaguard to anyone...
