[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — AMC Service | |||
I have AMC for 2 years and has just started. My Crystal Filter is not working because of power supply problem. Raised ticket 3 days a ago. Every time telling me that they will attend in 24 hrs. Nobody is coming or communicating. Everyday I am buying water from outside to fulfill my daily needs. At the time of AMC, this Eureka Forbes representative said that call will be attended in a day when SR will be raised. But now seems he told lie. I think its waste of money and time by availing this AMC service from this Eureka Forbes. Was this information helpful? | |||
