Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard gold nova

Further to my email dated 23 April 2016. The service contract was renewed with effect from January 2016 for a period of four years with Eureka Forbes and the amount Rs 4500/- was paid vide SBI cheque No 990468 debited 0n 16 January 2016. The Service provider Biren Das was informed about the complain on his telephone number [protected] and complain was also intimated to the office on their land line number [protected]. The Service technician Pabitra was also informed on his mobile number [protected]. But surprisingly NO action has been taken which warrants breach of contract case to be initiated against the service providers.

Eureka Forbes — Acquaguard Gold Nova

I have a Four Years Service Contract with Eureka Forbes for service/repair of the Aquaguard. The Acquaguard did not function on 20 March for which I had lodged the complaint with the service centre, But till today they have NOT visited my house to check the defects. In the meantime I had to avail services of some mechanics on payment who cleaned the connected pipes and we got water from the Aquaguard. I feel this lapse is NOT acceptable in case of such an emergency servic e like water and the matter may please be investigated at your end as to why the service provider failed to give me service in spite of my servic e contract with you.
