Dear CEO, This our third water purifier we have purchased from your company, 1st was a simple purifier 2nd was Aqua Flow 3rd your top of the line product GENEUS WP purchased on 22nd Oct'2014. First I would like to bring to your notice that your company is giving franchise for providing services and I think you don't keep track of them. They just come to us when AMC is due and do not come during the year to provide the service. Your franchise Mr.D.N.Singh came to visit me twice during 2014 when I complained about improper services given to us for our Aqua Flow model. He told me it's not a good model and company has already discontinued it due to which they were unable to give the services.He told me to buy a RO but of some other company for which he is marketing and said Eureka Forbes is just charging for the name and their is no good quality anymore. To which I felt something fishy and told him to go. After that I sent a direct enquiry through web site and your marketing executive Mr.Bhupendra Parasar (Mobile no.[protected]) contacted me and assured me that Eureka has discontinued all franchises and have started providing services themselves. He suggested me for GENEUS model and I also liked the product and paid Rs.22, 990/- (customer Id [protected]) in which he told me that we would be given additional AMC for 1+1 year which will be up to 21st Oct' 2016.. During the last full year I kept calling Mr.Bhupendra Parasar to send me the bill. He kept telling that they have sent the bill and if I have not received it he will send it again. I think I must have called him up not less that 30 times. Once he told me to come down to your office at Sapphire House, A.B.Road, Indore and give him a call and he would send the bill in the parking only. I agreed for the same and as I reached in the parking lot and called him up he said there is a problem with the computer and he himself will come to my place and deliver the bill but until today I have not received the bill. Almost one year has passed not a single person from your company called us up or came for any kind of service I also didn't call up because I was told by Mr. Bhupendra that this Geneus model is very smart and it would give us a alarm if service required. Yesterday 30th Sep'2015 morning a person from your office came to my home saying that today we have received your details and have come for the service / AMC renewal. He said there is a chip inside this model which needs to be replaced every year and I should have been given at least three services last year. He also asked me pay Rs.4000+ some amount for the AMC for which I called up Mr.Bhupendra Parasar they both had a conversation for about half an our argued with each other. In the end service engineer went back doing nothing and told me that he would come today and do the service. Mr.Bhupendra told me that he would talk to his senior Mr.Lokesh Mudgil Mobile no [protected] and will arrange for the services free of cost and straight away refused that he had not made any such commitment for 1 year extended amc. I told him I have this thing in writing from him to which he said let first arrange for the service tomorrow then we will discuss about this. I also reminded him about the bill he told me send him a email id and he would send the bill in 1 hour. Today 1st Oct'2015 Mr.Bhupendra is not answering my calls. I have not received the bill. Services engineer for your franchise Mr.D.N.Singhs office also did not come. Now please tell me what should I do go to polices station / consumer forum or call Mr.Shaporji Palonji. Your staff called me up yesterday he was asking me all the questions like my name, address, mobile no.etc etc but had no clue regarding the complaint.
Then without listening to me completely he said thank you for giving us your valuable time.

That's it.
With this kind of service how am I supposed to get a solution.

Today your service engineer Mr.D.N.Singh came to my place changed the candles and the chip which he said needs to be replaced once a year and asked me for Rs.4580/- towards the maintenance of Geneus model. For which I asked him to give me the mobile no of the service division of Indore. He gave me the mobile no of Mr.Lokesh Mudgil[protected]. I called him up and briefed him about the commitments he said he cannot do anything since he is in service department and commitment was made by the sales team hence I should pay the money.

I asked Mr.Mudgil to give me the mobile no of the sales head of Indore so he gave me the mobile no of Mr.Sonone [protected]. I called Mr.Sonone he said he will find out the details until then I should no pay anything to Mr.D.N.Singh.
Mr.Singh was not ready to listen to anything to Mr.Sonone . Mr.Sonone said give me two hours & then we will decide. He said I just want my money & I have nothing to do with Mr.Sonone and got wild.

So Mr.D.N.Singh took me to Vijay Nagar Police station and said he would file fraud case against me since I have taken the service and not willing to pay. Sub Inspector Mr.Raghuwanshi also told Mr.Singh that why are you not listening to your Company employee Mr.Sonone and wait for two hours.

So Mr.D.N.Singh got agreed to it after hot discussion with the sub inspector.

Finally after 3 days I received a call from your Sales Executive Mr.Bhupendra Parashar he made a conference call to Mr.Mudgil the service head, himself and me and convinced Mr.Mudgil that since it is there fault that they have not given a single service to me in the whole year so I should not be charged for the next year to which Mr.Mudgil agreed and finally told me to pay Rs., 2695/ towards the parts replaced and will provide the 3 service next year up to 25th Oct'2016 free of cost.

Then I called up Mr.Singh to come and collect the money.

Now I have a doubt since Mr.Singh got so wild today and as such he is promoting his own local made purifier and also have a bad past track record.

What is the guarantee that he would provide the services.

Now my second problem that you sales executive had committed me 1 year extra amc what about that.

I sincerely think that Eureka Forbes make good products and also may have good intentions of providing the quality services but is your staff / team also up to that mark to maintain your good reputation.

    I have raise Service Request No 83231677 on 31st Aug 2015 for servicing the product which is under warranty. The request is still open and every time I call in service no [protected] I get false commitment that engineer will visit asap. Its more than 2 months now and with same status. Request body don't go for Eureka Forbes product. As company don't bother to look into 2 months long pending request. Don't wast your money by investing in Eureka Forbes product. This personal experience which I am sharing. Think 2 months is not small time. I am writing this after losing all my patience.

      Hello, It's regarding my Auaguard Magna HD RO+UV, I am using this product last 1yrs 3 month. My experience is very bad with your company, product and service. Till now I understood that your sales person reaches quickly, service person never come on time and don't take care of customer's pain. After this product was delivered, installation took 7 days, but my warranty started since the day product was delivered by courier. This is first weird experience I got, for other vendor warranty starts from the day of installation. For warranty service, technician never came proactively, when problem occurred that service counted as part of 3 warranty service and last warranty service never provided, instead your service person forced me to make AMC contract. That was 1st year experience during warranty period. Now when it's under AMC contract the service is more worse and the product giving problem frequently. 18th September filter was completely down and I registered complain #83497330, I was told that technician will visit within 24hours but no one called me within 24 hours. I had to call customer care again and after that technician visited and resolved the problem by cleaning first candle of filter and suggested me to purchase an additional filter. I understood that it is your business strategy. Within 10 days problem appears again and filter started unusual noise; once again I called customer care and logged complain #83676335 on 29th September; In my call I clearly mentioned that filter will stop working it seems. But till now no one came, it's around 48 hours and by now my filter is completely down. I got a call from service center yesterday 30th Sep and the person told someone will visit within 2 hours, but it's almost 24 hours from that call, no one attended. In this busy schedule it's not possible to call customer care and your support again and again. This is really becoming painful. I want a permanent resolution of this problem and filter should not give any problem in next 6 month. Also ask your technician to provide proper service and support. You guys don't know the commitment and you claim you are leader in this business!!

      Repetition of Problem, Filter making unusual noise, not filtering water. This problem is there since 18th September, not resolved by Service [protected]@ 83497330, 83676335, 83724353. Technician ot able to resolve the issue since last 15 days even not vising on time.

      Your technician asking me to purchase pre filter which is worth Rs.700/- or purchase candles once again. As part of AMC Renewal 3 candles were changed 2nd July 2015. I cant believe that I have to purchase Prefilter or replace candle within 2.5 months. This is nothing but business strategy not customer care.

      Don't use this kind of good English unless you can address customer problem and resolve it completely.

      If you really understand the meaning of words you have used I should not face same problem repeatedly.

      Once again today which is within 3 days of service facing same issue. Registered complain# 83770761 and you guys will attend after 2 to 3 days, why you should care if customer not able to drink water, right?

        Myself Dr.Nutan patil, purchased two Aqua sure on[protected] from thane ShriJi shop.for few months we get clear water. but after that we continuously getting impure water with impurity at the bottom of water container. we complaint for that. after so many times your person come for 1st servicing. he also notice that water container was with impurity. he cleans filter and assures for good service. but even that we observed impure water. now we are calling to your service center, also the person who had visited for 1st service, but no one has visited for this problem. this is very bad experience we are facing from such company. if you cannot give service or satisfies my complaint then there is no use to use Aquasure for me. your service is not good. hope you will look into this matter seriously. my contact no-[protected]/[protected]. one aquasure is at Kalyan, and another is at Bhiwandi.

        7 days are passed. but still no reply or feedback from Eureka Forbes. Just because it is in warranty period. now i am sure that it was a faulty equipment.
        your customer care service is worst. if you cannot provide service then refund my money.

          Sir, I purchased vaccum cleaner named as Quick clean Dx of Eureka Forbes company in January 2015 from big bazar, vasant Kunj, New delhi. That vaccum cleaner stopped working after 2 months, then i made complaint about it in month of august wherein the assured me about the repair of the said product as the same was under warranty. then after few days tecnitian came to my residence to see that cleaner and said that it's motor is faulty and they will replace the same. but 1 month passed and i made several calls to customer care and area technician but they didnt chang that motor nor they replaced the product. every time they kept on giving me fake assurances. i want the concerned authority to take strict action against them and ask them to replace the product and pay me damages for causing mental agony in terms of RS 10, 000/-. regards Advocate Puneet Gaba r/o D-6, 6078/8, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi-110070 mno.[protected]

            Hi..I purchased "AG ENHANCE RO WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM" previous year in September 2014 and now its Sep 2015 at which it stopped dispensing water and when I got it checked, I came to know that the candles need to be replaced which are so hefty in amount...PATHETIC piece of System made by Eureka Forbes...so designed that one year after they get the amount what thy want, Absolutely pathetic company and thoughts by the management

              Eureka Forbes Executive came to my house, tested the water sample and suggested to go for DR Aqua Guard magna RO+, i also purchased the product for around 19000 on July 18th 2015, within 2 months problem started, water is not getting filtered properly and the water is also had a smell i have raised 2 complaints, Complaint 1 raised on September 21, engineer came to my house and he told dust formed hence water is not getting filtered properly, i have cleaned going forward you will not see any issues, with 4 days the same problem started i have registered another compliant(Customer service guys are having lack of skills and they are telling lies to the customer) with the customer service, this time the executive said they will send a senior engineer to resolve this issues but the same guy came(Junior engineer, Customer executive lied) and cleaned the filters and said your filters are very week so recommending to replace, my question is withing 2 and half months and very less usage how my filters are weak, t his guys gave us a poor quality filters, i am not sure, still fighting with with Aqua guard guys either to replace the product or money back, .                 I know eureka Forbes is not going to reply but I wanted to keep this Company as far away from potential CUSTOMERS. i was amazed to find that there are other people also being told of different numbers listed in their database which does not belong to the customer.

                My case is my machine not getting serviced on time and SADLY I had hoped the customer care would help. They are a bunch of do no gooders. Believe they are outsourced or poorly paid.pity.rqst# 83639170.

                  Hi, We have raised multiple issues to resolve the issue. The service person came to our place on Aug end Sep 2015, Immediately after he left the system stopped working, we raised the issue again however another person came and he told someone else has attended so he is not responsible. The customer voice message tells that this will be attended and solved within 48 hours, Very poor response from customer care or service person. I dont understand when they cant provide the service and good product why you are promptly taking money and fooling us. The customer care gives multiple numbers which are invalid and tahy play around It too irritating, No one has solved /serviced my equipment inspite of contacting the customer care and any complaint cell. We have raised multiple complaints and the service persons are too rude, Latest Complaint number available with Eureka forbes lodged on 21/09/2015: 83545711 (Raised lot of complaints previously as well)

                  The ivr system gives number as [protected] and when i try to use this number to escalate in the eureka forbes website they tell its invalid ticket...hope atleast god understand there process and service and commitment towards society water processing being essential service in this ages

Money deducted but till date I have not received the product. Complained & requested for refund of money several times through mail & call but of no use.

                      I’m Sathyamurthy and My customer ID is [protected].
                      I have an Aqua Guard iNova water filter for which the AMC for 3 years was paid on 17th September 2014.
                      3 months once service and filters replacement on every 6 months was the agreement made.
                      Once your people got the money no one came for service.
                      I had launched a complaint on your customer care and the reference number is 83535604.
                      So far no one responded from your Customer Care.
                      Why the company collects money for AMC if they cannot do that?
                      After multiple calls to the customer care one person came and replaced the filters.
                      But they do not want to talk why they didn't come to service the machine for one year.
                      I expect my money to be reimbursed immediately for the one year service missing or the AMC extended to one more year.
                      The email which I sent to customer care was deleted without being read and please find attached the image.

                      Please advise what to do?

                        Shame for Eureka Forbes Pathetic service post delivery of product, improper and poor service, irresponsible attitude and harassment of the customer - Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO by Forest park ground floor, bharati tower Bhubaneswar Orissa Hi Eureka Forbes, Customer ID [protected] : Order No[protected]. The equipment arrived on 21 july 2015 from Agent Forestpark groundfloor, bharatitower, Bhubaneswar.Executive name Akhila kumar Behera his contect no. is [protected]/[protected] It's very sad to say a very bad service from your end. Our experience is very bad with aqua guard. TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND SERVICE ISSUE wrong commitment at the time of sailing which has not fulfilled even after three months of sale. Eureka Forbes is surely the worst company in this segment in products and services. I had never ever experienced such kind of Fraud. I am following up with them since then but didn’t get any response till now and whenever I call the customer care I have to describe everything from the beginning. Every promise they did it was wrong First the common things about the service - yes it is so bad that you will bang your head that why did you buy this! I wanted to buy aqua guard RO+UV because I heard good feedback from aqua guard sales guy from bhubaneswar he recommended me to buy Dr Aqua guard magna. He said that it’s very successful model with latest technologies then I decided to buy Dr Aqua guard magna exactly before three month july 2015. As our family is using Eureka Forbes products many years without any problem in the past we thought to replace the old one with new latest model for getting a good quality water, we selects a good brand for our house . But I have been left with a very bad experience and poor customer after sales service. We purchase blindly in a good faith that it’s a old and reputed company and we will get good product and service from this company. I was very happy with their prompt service in sales and product installation but it was my delusion when it turns to after sales service. Felt really very bad about the product and services. We have faced innumerable problems with this model ever since. The sales person told if you face any problem you call me I will come and solve. Till I agree to buy the product the sales person speaks like anything he was showing very helping behavior with lots of commitment I got all positive response but after I paid the full amount and just after installation the sales person forgot everything he didn’t pick the call. Before and at the time of saling the product they promise to give cover on this, purifying bottle, TDC check has to be done which has not yet done and along with the product it has not delivered.Rrepresentative has been reminded number of times on mobile no [protected]/[protected].Now he has stopped attending the phone. We gave the full payment. More than 3 months passed and still they are committing the same statement every time. I called sales person and called Customer care several times but they are harassing me just like anything that it will reach within this week. Be careful about this company and his products, service and sales person. Representative no[protected]/[protected].The product is under guarantee period. Within in two months it started creating trouble. This affects a victimized senior citizen and his family to water born diseases during monsoons. Do you have any service center in Bhubaneswar? No information for us about local service .We have to call Mumbai call center and repeatedly give complain. I have made numerous efforts to reach sales and customer care so far no one has reported to check the issue and worst part is sales person stopped responding. Most of the times I get answer like" 0.I have registered a complaint twice that the product I took is not working and every time we got an irresponsible answer they told that technician will visit in next 48 hours. It’s been 20 days now and still they are saying technician will visit as soon as possible. I have raised a request 4-5 times for a service technician to visit. Nobody has turned up, and it's been more than 20 days they haven’t yet responded. There are no responses from company. I think the company is not having any responsible person for service, no skilled technician and only focus on sales no after sales. it may have given to any careless third party’s In a span of one month, machine worked only 10 days. We are a small family and usage of water is less. In these two months we have made service requests 2 times. How much suffer and struggle after paying money to your company and struggling in the guarantee period within our two months purchase experience. It is now almost a month and in spite of repeated calls and reminders, no response at all. This is pathetic service especially from a reputed company like Eurekaforbes. Previously they took more than a week to attend it now the time has increased to unlimited period I have never seen this much pathetic service anywhere and no one is bothered from the company to rectified the problem although everyday i call to the customer care and people say they will send the senior technician with in 24 hrs which they have been saying from past 20days People came on time to collect the money and sale the product... after that no one has followed up regarding the complain... Could you please return the money & take you water purifier back... I know you cannot. We are stuck with your company best product Aquaguard which is of no use now. But unfortunately till now there is no response neither from the sales person we called nor from the customer care. I am still waiting for a permanent fix to our issue. in spite of paying the full amount and waiting for more than a week with a defective one, you are just making false promises is it good on the part of a reputed company like eureka forbes. we need a water purifier at an urgent basis for our daily drinking purpose. If the dealer or company cannot provide the service in proper time with immediate effect whatever commitment they did at the time of sailing products, we made the entire payment and struggling with after sales service and follow-up with your commitment by your sales person and customer care it is heart paining. I request you to refund my money back. We don’t require this product The company is just fooling customers by making wrong commitments. There is no use of their warranty as you will never get a chance to even get your product serviced by them. I will never recommend anybody to buy a product of this company .No one has come and even they are not bothering to attend customer complaint and don’t care for after sales service. We are thinking of disposing it off because Eureka Forbes seems to be not interested in customers after the product is sold. I had a good impression on Eureka Forbes before. This company is turning fraud for the love of money. I'm just fed up of following up please do the needful on very urgent basis. Do revert in case you need further details. Very disappointed!! Hoping for a quick positive action from your side. i request the concerned authorities from the eureka Forbes to look into this and help me for a solution immediately.                           We purchased Aquaguard Enhance Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes dealer. When their technician came to install and give a demo, he informed us that the purifier cannot work as it doesn't have enough pressure for the purifier to work. When we called customer center of Eureka Forbes, they too said we cannot help. When we asked the dealer to take the product back or give us another technician he too denied it. Now we are stuck!                             I have done online purchase of Magna HD RO+UV on 06-Sept-2015 & following are my details: Customer ID : [protected] Order No :[protected] The product is defective and also the service from the company is pathetic. Even after frequent calls/follow-ups no one turned up to fix the issue. I wanted to return the product & hence raised the refund form as on 22-Sept-2015. I have not received any confirmation email from the company so far & also upon calling the ECOMMERCE HELPLINE[protected], the person is not been able to help me with my cancellation/refund request. Right now I am left in Dark without much help from the Aquaguard Company as such. So request you to help me in getting this resolved and provide me with refund amount at the earliest.

                                I have never seen this much pathetic service anywhere, what you guys are providing. It's been more than one month registered a complain regarding water leaking from machine and no one rectified the problem yet... although everyday i call to the customer care and people say they will send the senior technician with in 24 hrs which they have been saying from past 1 month. We have paid the money for AMC at that time people came on time to collect the money... after that no one has followed up regarding the complain... Could you please return the money & take you water purifier back... if you can not respect your customers... Really Disappointed and Pathetic experience with Aquagaurd.. Friends i will suggest please don't go with Aquagaurd.

                                  Free purifying bottle did not come with Purchased Dr. Aquaguard Magna HD RO UV . Have mailed and called Customer care several times but they are harassing me just like anything that it will reach within this week . Every week they are saying the same thing .Worst after sales service from uereka forbes . Still have not received the purifying bottle, more than 2 months passed and still they are commiting the same statement everytime .

We are thinking of disposing it off because Eureka Forbes seems to be not interested in customers after the product is sold.                                       Misbehavior of Eureka Forbes technician & non compliance.. Aquaguard un-attende & non functional for a fortnight Under contract, a victimized senior citizen held to ransom by exposing him & his family to water born diseases during monsoons CONTENTS OF THE DETAILS ALREADY MAILED TO [protected]@eurekaforbes.co.in on 21.09.2015 MAIL 21.09.2015 A EUREKA FORBES CUSTOMER FOR 4 DECADES This senior citizen and an active journalist has been a Eureka Forbes customer for over 4 decades despite fierce competition, exciting incentives and ignore-able unpleasant incidents. SEEKING MR. NAG'S INTERVENTION Seeking intervention of Mr. Nag, a responsible Eureka Forbes official before the ugly incident becomes uglier, blemishing the fair name of Eureka Forbes carefully built over several decades. THE INCIDENT SEQUENCE (16.09.2015) I) against a customer care call, your technician 'Tony' called on 16.09.201= 5. ii) Inspecting water purifier 'Aquaguard', he left saying, =E2=80=9Che shal= l submit his report that iii) Its circuit and transformer need replacement (iv) By Monday, the 21st Sept 2015, some technician possibly should come over and make Aquaguard functional again.' I resorted to writing the time-bound article for Times of India. (v) About 10 minutes later, 'Tony' disturbed me again for having forgotten customer cards. (vi) About 10 minutes thereafter, to see him on the door again wanting to collect his screwdriver was irritating. I wondered, how Eureka Forbes could employ such careless & irresponsible persons in customer care, his retort surprised me; "you should have handed over the screwdriver along with the customer cards"! Does their technician mistreating 4 decade old customer conflict with Eureka Forbes conscience? Would Eureka Forbes not feel uneasy learning that their technician expected a senior citizen customer to track and retrieving objects irresponsibly left! To my retort, =E2=80=99 how difficult it is difficult to deal with such '', he warned me not to be abusive and suddenly forced his entry pushing the door, causing painful hurt to my toe. Before I could regain my composure, he left with his screwdriver professing, =E2=80=9C'you will see what I can do=E2=80=9D. DISSUADED MY SON REPORTING TO POLICE I dissuaded my son from reporting the=E2=80=99 trespass=E2=80=99 incident t= o the police. CUSTOMER CARE ATTENDANT CURT This morning when my son called customer care around 12 noon, the person responding being extremely curt disconnected asking how can you be abusive to our technician? RUDE ROHINI Nonplussed, he called another customer care no. notifying curt behavior of customer care attendant. One Ms Rhini probably, was not curt but rude! She refused to listen. VIOLENT BEHAVIOR SUPPORTED BY CURTNESS & RUDENESS Tony's violent behavior supported by dismissive behavior of Eureka Forbes customer care attendant and a responsible Ms Rhini, made me wonder, having painstakingly built its reputation over decades how is Eureka Forbes employing SUCH persons eroding its name!                                       POST CHANGE OF CIRCUIT ON 30.07. 2015 @ 19 HRS, AQUAGUARD FUNCTIONAL AFTER 15 DAYS

                                      As a responsible senior citizen, and a journalist, I feel concerned about a possible similar or worst treatment that may be accorded to other gullible customers by Eureka Forbes' mauling Tonys, rude customer care telephone attendants and dismissive authority projecting Revatis.

                                      I feel pressurized to seek feedback about what action taken against:
                                      i) Tony
                                      ii) Customer care telephone attendant
                                      iii) Rohini
                                      iv) Revati
                                      v) The Supervisor taking no action against circuit-failure report by Tony; who was virtualy forced to take delayed action consequent to my follow up.

                                      If I do not get the sought feedback within a reasonable time, I MAY HAVE TO EXPLORE THE MATTER WITH MR. NAG OR MR GANGULY.
