I need to compensation on this case, how come this marked as resolved, this is not write way for having AMC and that to for platinum customer Eureka Forbes respond on there own time, and after raising consumer complain how soon they addressing the issue, is this way to get the service from Eureka Forbes.
why they have help desk to raise the complain and that complain getting close without resolving the issue, , and we need to follow up with them every day to address the issue, this is not AMC service in this case and no system standard eureka Forbes following ...
I have given my feedback on team and they said they will get back to me on weeks’ time, but again same they keep quit,

now we want to compensation form eureka Forbes water filter service for complete payment or extending the AMC for more 2 year
