Received sms from your call center that service is done. Technician
Has not yet come to our place and given service and i have received

Them, they informed that i should complaint against them. Do let me
Know whether customer court needs to be involved to get the service
Which is pending.

If not received any response to the complaint in two working days,

    My Filter Enhance UV is in contract which I renewed by paying Rs.4000 but when the service engg came after contract for 1st time he said that only two filters need to be changed out of the four coz rest are good & we said Ok to that now its been 7 months when we changed the filter now my service request was to change all filters but a guy at service center in Kondhwa, Pune named Nitin Enterprises talks so rudely that 2 filters can never be changed he claims 7 months ago all 4 filters were changed. When the servicing & changing of filter is done right in front of my eyes this service center stays stubborn & says filter can't be changed now. My Complaint No now is 87660580. So the conclusion remains that the service engg or the service center do a contract take money from customer & instead of 4 change 2 filters & sell other 2 filters to other customers. Customer care does nothing but says talk to Nitin Enterprises. Pissed of at treating customers like this. If this issue isnt resolved I better I buy a new filter or I will never get service.

      From the past one month I have been calling and lodging a complaint from Eureka Forbes, am having a AMC service for the period of 2017. The service center people is just telling that surely today we will send the technician, but there is no one from Eureka Forbes has attend the complaint. We are buying the water from outside and drinking. Very worst service from Eureka Forbes.

        Dear sir,

        We have a acuaguard nova water purifier and have a maintenance/service contract with eureka forbes. The machine has not been working since may and hence lodged a complaint as per detail above. We live in mulund (West) and the service provider is akhand enterprises. First of all the response to attend the problem was late. When the technician visited, he was unable to rectify the problem.In fact the technician went on tell us that the person who used to repair this machine has joined some other company. This guy gave his number and was asking my wife to call that person. We then escalated the issue with the area manager of eureka forbes. The contact was mr. Pravin of eureka forbes located in bhandup. We explained the whole problem again.Instead of visiting us, they ask us to explain the problem over phone. Despite explaining it to them in detail, the complaint is not attended to.Instead of resolving the issue, this man stopped taking our calls. We again got in touch with customer care and they gave us another no. Of mr. Santosh saying that he was a regional manager. He promised of action but after a week, he too stopped responding to our calls. I once again got in touch with the consumer care call centre, they have again gave me some other no. Of mr. Manoj mishra, who they say is the regional manager. No one is taking responsibility and no one seems to be responding. I have written numerous emails, tweeted & called but it is of no use. It has been a month now and still the problem persists with no solution in sight. We are forced to drink tap water despite having a water purifier at home. Even my son fell ill during this period. My wife keeps waiting for someone from eureka forbes to come & attend the machine. But she just keeps waiting on a daily basis. Even today i have lodged a complaint to the customer care. Again they have asked me to wait till monday. This is the routine they have been following.

        We are under stress following it up with your company repeatedly without any solution.

        Hi, I am a Mulund resident and I would like to make you aware about Akhand Enterprises. Apparently I was told that this person is a fraud and it is true. He duped us.the Aquaguard service was due in March and the technician visited the house and he only took out the filter, rinsed it and put the same back in the Aquaguard while they are supposed to be replacing it with a new one. He then renewed the contact and took away 4.5k from me He Never made us aware that he is not an authorised service centre under Eureka Forbes anymore.
        I would like to make a special mention about this Akhand that he is an ### and even the company Eureka Forbes SUCKS cuz they had no responsibility to inform us about this fraud. YOU GUYS SUCK !

          Product name: eureka forbes trendy steel vacuum cleaner

          Eureka forbes is proved once again for the worst service and worst response ever.
          I have given many many complaints but there is no one to respond

          I have purchased the trendy steel vacuum cleaner on 23rd march 2016
          And as soon as i received the product the power cord system not seems to work as when i pull the cord it automatically pulls in without pressing the button.
          I have given multiple complaints nearly 30 times i have called the service people to get it repaired but no one seems to reply nor call me back

          Recently a month ago i have given a complaint in the consumer forum.
          And i got a call a month ago from the service guy and they came collected the product and seems to go well.

          But since a month they have been delaying the repair and every time i call them they say it takes a week more
          Now its been more than 1 and a half month and the repair is not done yet

          2 days ago i have received the product back in the same condition as it was before. It doesnt seems to work

          I donot know how careless these people are to make me call every alternate days and plead them to get it done

          I havent used the product not even once and no one repairs it nor replace with a new one

          I wouldnot suggest any friends or cousins of mine to take any of the eureka products

          This cheap service i havent seen ever

          This time am very serious
          I will sue this complain if this problem doesnt resolve in a short time

          The office manager venu gopal is very careless to know whether the repair is done or not.
          He sent me the product in the same not working condition after requesting him since more than a month

            This is bring to you notice that we are facing an issue will the faulty equipment, We have bought the Aquaguard NEO on 3rd May15 via Bill no 14611
            (Franchise Mark Enterprises Near JMD Garden, Sonha Road, Islampur, Gurgaon, 122001, Ph.[protected] and installed on 25th May 2015. We have faced
            the issue in Mar'16 (Cut-off not working, hence water is not dispensed). We have complained to their call centre and complaint registered.
            after continues follow-up there was one visit and it was identified there is fault in the cut-off chip. Since then we are struggling and running pillar to post
            to get the chip replace. We have been told that chip is not available, its now more than 3 months. Following are the complaint number register.

            Follow up discussion on call centre with Kaveri on 28th Apr. She told us that request is closed, we have insisted and got it opened.

            We have called Arvind the technician, Kapil Aread head of Aquaguard Gurgaon. We are continuously following up with them but not response
            Today when we have followed with Arvind he clearly told that he will not be able to help and cannot able to do it.

            We as a consumer are stuck, to whom we approach and get it fixed,

            Pls help in getting it fixed or replaced the faulty instrument.

            We have also written this complaint on Aqua guard complaint email id, but no response.

            Yesterday the technician came and the machine was started working, but today when i started the machine the water flow was very slow and machine started giving beep sound.

              I have registered a service request with you from 11th June, till date no body has bothered to even call me.

              My initial complaint no is[protected], after 4 days they changed in to 87641608, but still no body tried to contact me or call me.

              somehow i managed to get the number of Mr. Joseph from Mumabi (area manager), his no. is [protected]. But he stopped picking my calls after taking to me once.

              My issue is still unresolved, kindly help.

                Such a poor service attending customers. I raised issue several times in last 5days still nobody attended for services. They call daily with new excuses like door number missing, street number missing... I am really frustrated using this company's water purifier. Even the person who sold me reviva ro model, has not even given original bill. I have only transaction bills of 14500 rupees. He is picking calls now. I am writing against eureka forbes to cheating and misguiding the people.
                Raised issue : 12-june-2016 pending till now.

                  My consumer code number for the service contract is [protected] (H. C. Pradhan). My contract is for 3 years since 30/12/2013. No technician from you visited us since 12/06/2014. Further i phoned up your contact number[protected], who promised me to send a technician within 2 working days. They gave a complaint number [protected]. Today i got a message that one mr. Nitin pawar will be visiting us. The person never visited us, in stead i got a message that he has competed service at our place. The phone number of the technician given is also wrong. All this is amounts to cheating.
                  Please, redress my grievance immediately. Not only my complaint should be attended, but i should be compensated for the period for which i was not given any service and for the mental harassment your system has caused to a senior citizen (I am 69 yrs old).

                  On Saturday 19th a technician Mr Nitin Pawar visited us and completed service to our satisfaction. Thanks are due to him.
                  We would however like you to see that extension be given to us for the period of our three year service contract ([protected] (H. C. Pradhan)) for which we did not get any service (June 2014 to June 2016). Also, kindly see that when a customer enters into a service contract with you periodic reminding messages be automatically be sent to the customer. Further, your call centre service is hardly effective. Even after waiting for more than 15 minutes there is no worthwhile communication with them. It is frustrating and a waste of time. Please, correct the situation early.

                    Complaint :
                    1. Contract started on 01.03.2014 same day new candle changed.
                    2. As per log sheet done on 17.3.2015 (Dummy entry created saying that door locked) no call from service engineer.
                    3 dated.31.3.2016 evening 5.00pm service engineer came for renewal of contract without knowing 2nd year service contract not done 2nd candle not changed.
                    4. Complaint booked by me on 31.3.2016 at 7.05pm against complaint number no 86404405 dated 31.3.2016 closed without our knowledge.
                    A) complaint was lodged saying that 2nd year service not done.
                    B) candle was not changed f y 2015-16 which was suppose to change by
                    March 2015.
                    No response from service engineer just closed the complaint by his own
                    5. Again complaint lodged on 15.6.2016 above said same matter
                    6. Same was attended without any candle.
                    7. Dated 15.5.2016 i spoke to service head of andheri branch mr anil trilotkar (Mob: [protected]) regarding this matter
                    A) extension of contract which was missed for 2 nd year f y 2015-16
                    B) no action from mr anil trilotkar till 16.6.2016, service engineer came to our house as a visitor without candle, without any further action,. Without any communication with mr anil trilotkat.
                    C) again i have called mr anil trilotkar, when he took on conference to your franchisee incharge mr krishna yadav. He is shouting at me and saying "are you sleeping last year?"
                    "we will not renew your contract"
                    "wherever you want go you can go and complaint"
                    "whatever complaint attended on 16.6.2016 it will chargable"

                    What a surprise when mr anil trilotkar on conference he is not responding to all this conversation of mr krishna yadav

                    Question
                    1. Whether mr anil trilotkar is involved with your franchisee man?
                    2. Whether mr anil trilotkar after knowing all the fact keeping quiet. Why? It means he is supporting franchisee man
                    3. Don't you think that customer is neglected totally from eureka forbes side?

                    I want to have personal discussion with top authority who is having decision power along with mr anil trilotkar and your franchisee person mr krishna yadav who is rudely behave with customer.

                    I want to know who has given authority to mr krishna yadav to behave bad manners with customer.

                      Pls go through the below points, even mark compliant as a high priority no one called or visited my place

                      I am really unhappy with service providing to me, i have decide to return back the product. Please go through the detail e mail and give me proper solution.

                      I have booked my product on 02.06.2016 morning after long follow up i received the product on 09.06.16 again for installation follow up it happened after 2 days on 11.06.16.
                      As per service engineers instructions follow the producer unit work for one day. From next day it’s not working called up to the person who had come for installation he told me to call service center to raise the compliant.

                      From monday i am trying reach right person noting happening, today i got the ticket no 95758383, he assured me service will done before 3 pm dt15.06.16. Till know nothing happened i don’t which door to knock now.

                      Know i have decided claim the charges again m/s eureka forbes for mental tension given by them.

                        This is to inform you that the brush of srubbing machine is spoiled. it is difficult to identify the model number as it has become invisible. Its a six year old machine. The service office at Bhubaneswar says that the item/accessory is not available in the market due to machine being out-dated. Since we are regular customer ( Educational Institute) of Eureka Forbes and even purchased expensive machines and in in bulk, we would request to kindly look into the matter and suggest us what necessary in order to make the machine operationable.

                          I'm Neena Barnwal, a resident of Faridabad 766 Sector 28. We bought a water purifier from eureka forbes on 8 June. Before installing it our water purifier was giving a TDS of 650 which was too much and had a bad taste. Buying Aquaguard we were assured of one year warranty with free replacement of all parts including the filter membrane. On 12 June the water still had a bad taste. On 14 June I registered a complaint in which the aquaguard serviceman, Santosh came on 15 June. He checked the water TDS of aquaguard. It was again 650. He checked the new aquaguard membrane and found it to be choked and not working. Now they are saying that they have to take special approval to change the membrane which will take time. I'm still drinking the same bad water which was before installing aquaguard, even after spending 14, 000 rupees on buying it. We bought it through Chawla Electronics.

                            On 29th september 2015 i bought the dr. Aqua gaurd water purifier ro+uv model from eureka forbes seller mr. Kamlesh gupta [protected]. After 2 months from the date of purchase there was a regular problem that the water was not comming in my water purifier every week the service boy of dr, aquaguard came he used to clean all the filters and the machine worked properly for a week and after one week again the same problem occurs i have complained abour 10-15 times for this problem but every time the service boy came and cleaned the filters but the same problem came again and again every week when i called mr. Kamlesh gupta for telling him this problem he said that this is ro+uv madel that is why this problem will occur every now and then. Now the problem is how can a customer use this type of machine whenever i complained about this problem by calling eureka forbes customer support the person who attended the call was unable the register my complain as every time there was a problem in their server after my complain is registered the service boy used to take 2 or more days to come at my site now please tell me how can a person live without drinking water for 2 days. Once the service boy told us that you can get permanent solution of this problem once you replace the pre-filter of water purifier with that of original aqua guard purifier. At the time of sale mr. Kamlesh gupta said that he is providing us the original filter and also charged for it but he didn't. Once they told us that there is problem in our water system but 2 more water purifiers are there in my house of different companies but there is not a single problem in those machines till know' mr. Kamlesh gupta and eureka forbes cheated on us. I am actually frustrated from this machine and want it to be replaced with original aqua guard filters. I have never expected that a big company like eureka forbes will cheat there customers.

                            2 days have past still no solution or enquiry from Eureka Forbes Team.This is the actual problem Eureka Forbes is not providing any after sales services on time and the weirdest part is Eureka Forbes team has contacted me 3-4 times for sales enquiry and I am fed up of them telling that I dont want to buy the machine.I want my complaint to be resolved.

                            THEY SAY THEY WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AT THE EARLIEST WHEN BUT WHEN????

                              We are using aquaguard for past 20years . we regularly make AMC for it. Three weeks back our machine has got complaint when we filed the complaint they didnot make any effort to repair it. After 1 week one person came and told that machine has got some problem and need repair. He will come after 2 days but now it is two week there is no response from the company . Both the company and the technician is not even taking phone . when we call the customer care in Banglore they are talking very rudely

                                We took amc for water purifier aquaguard (Inova model) for 3 years duration from 1st june 2013 till 31st may 2016 and paid Rs 3770 for the contract; our customer id is [protected] (It is in name of my wife Ms Mithu Kundu). During the 3 years of AMC contract, we got replacement service of carbon filters and candles just once on 25th aug 2014. Beyond that in next 1 year 10 months of contract period no replacement of carbon filter and candles was done by eureka forbes. We called up eureka forbes several times and raised service request #87283954 on 25th may 2016, again raised service request #87403802 on 31st may 2016. The service boy from Eureka Forbes came on 10th June 2016 and replaced the candles, but the back side hook of the set that clamps it on the wall was broken for long time and as we have been in AMC, this also should have been replaced. The service boy asked me to call up his manager, so I called up Munnaraj (Eureka Forbes manager - contact: [protected]) and informed him about the problems. The manager told he would get hook from warehouse and then replace. During my last call to the manager in current week, he informed he already got the hook from warehouse and would send someone to fix the problems - but still now he has not sent anyone for providing the services. As the hook is broken, we had to tie the set with rope so that it is not falling on ground from the wall, but anytime it may fall down and get broken. We need the replacement of hook immediately.

                                  I have bough eureka forbes water purifier reviva in 5th june 2016. It never worked properly for two days. Then day three it stopped working. Then i have called "pani enterprises" (Who have delieverd and installed this) to correct my problem, but they have never turned up. I have registered the complain in customer care, their people also never turned up to correct my problem.
                                  I have calling them past five days. Pls do the needful for me.

                                    I am pooja anand, a frustrated customer of eureka forbes. I raised one service request on 7th of june this year. I have been following up with customer care people daily for this request, infact calling 4 times a day, and had an argument as well

                                    But i guess no one is interested in resolving my issue. I have called and called and escalated to senior executive but to no avail. This is second service request in two months and every time i have to call several times to fix the issue.

                                    Such a pathetic service. I have talked to known people and everyone say that the service is problematic.

                                    My complaint was again escalated and another number was given which was #95738830.

                                      We had booked a Dr aquaguard booster model worth 10490 on 6th June 2016.it was supposed to get delivered on Thursday...as per your salesperson Mr nibhaya rajput. But after so many calls made to him which were unanswerable...N to ur Mumbai lowerparel office, we got delivery on Monday afternoon.
                                      But still no plumber guy has cum for fitting the machine...such irresponsible behaviour by your staff.
                                      After being called for n number of times, they give vague answers.
                                      We are highly regretted ant your service support before using it...wat can we expect the after sales service frm you.
