At the onset of summers, the dear filter stops working. This is the filter which has been serviced three months back and is under amc. Complaint lodged on april 29 and we get a response after two days and told that some karthik ([protected]) is supposed to come to service the filter. No one turns up that day. No one turns up the next day. When we call karthik (Multiple times) he tells us that he is coming. Now after seven days, he is not picking up the phone only. With small kids at home during summers, i also have to deal with apathy of a company. I call the contact center and talk to a rep called bhargavi at 5.15 pm on may 5, who after listening to complain drops the call
I guess i need to find a better company with more relaible product and better customer service
This is the last time i have bought eureka forbes
Since i have paid for amc, i will still demand service and will wait and take the next step accordingly

its a shame that the complain lodged on April 29 is still not acted upon. There are promises on phone and now here, but no action. The complain numbers are [protected], [protected],[protected]Funny that I get multiple complain numbers for the same issue). Customer ID is [protected].
First I was told that technician Karthick will come on April 29 but no one turned up for three days though he kept saying that he is on the way. On May 3 I was told that another technician Thirunaukkarasu will come. It took him two days and then he worked on it on May 10 (12 days after the complain) and said that the water purifier will work when he changes the candles. We paid for the candles though the candles were just changed a few months back. And we were told that the filter would work now. Sadly it still is not working. Any call to the contact center results in promise of technician coming in two hours and now it is two days after we paid for candles and are still waiting for the filter to be repaired. This is the condition when we have taken AMC. Product and after sales service are below par and not even worth looking at when I have the option next

After the technician charged us for candles (which now seems unrelated), the water purifier again has the same issue. So here is summary of after sales service 1. Complain lodged on April 29 and on May 21 there is no resolution. 2. Technician wrongly diagnosed it to be an issue with candles and changed them. 3. As a consumer I end up paying for candles and the issue still remains. This is a totally unreliable company and product.       I have already registered a complaint regarding the service. The service has been very disappointing. Even after applying 15-20 times for a service request, there is no proper and accurate response by the company. My main concern is, even after paying the annual service charges, no one has responded.
      I would hereby humbly request to take appropriate action against the service providers and improve the service.

        Aqua re viva + RO of M/S Eureka Forbes is under AMC with firm. Firm replaced the membrane of machine in month of July 2016 which failed to work after just one month. From that day to till now only firm is giving assurance but proper rectification was not done. I have made many complains on given numbers but no positive step has been taken so far. AMC is going to expire in June'17 and there after firm will not bear any responsibility. It is a clear cut cheating with customer.For a customer it is a very difficult task to move here and there after leaving your all daily schedules.
        I hope with this forum company will show their response.

          -My house has 24X7 residency and no mo call is missed by me
          - Called again last Sunday and re regd complaint after sharing above story

            Purchased vacuum cleaner from csd vide bill no 032630 dated 27/04/2017. While using after following all required instructions, vacuum cleaner doesnot worked.               It is really sad to be a customer of eureka forbes. They try to fool customers with the amc. I have been using eureka nova since it's launch and had a regular contract till 2012. But after that never they turned up for the contract nor did i bother but now wen i called them for the contract they say u will be charged for the service even i[censored] take the contract. And what does the contract include is only 1 time candle change. The amount they are charging for the contract is so high that it's just fooling the customers.

                I have bought a aqua-guard water purifier in the month of september 2016 vide order [protected] dated 22nd sept 2016 by way of exchanging my old water aqua-guard water purifier. The aqua guard was delivered to my house and the sales person mr singh has informed me that the first mandatory service would be taken up after six months. An sms was recieved by me on 22/02/17 that the service would be done by march 2017. Unfotunately non of the technicians have turn up for the sevicing till date. Inspite of my repeated calls to the service centre at shillong the response was very poor and they had also promised that the servicing would be done but was never being done. I request your esteem company to kindly resolve the matter at the earliest so as not to cause further pain & agony to the customer like me. Thanking you

                    Hi,

                    I raised a complaint against the faulty product of yours on april 4, 2017 having complaint number [protected]. This is the second time i have raised the issue in last 6 months. I have purchased the product in november 2016 so the product is also undr gurantee. No action has been taken in last one month even after the false commitments of 48 hours sla as given by the eureka forbes customer care. The technician mr sonu pal who was assigned to carry out the rectification work for the machine but he denied the duty in lieu of the excuse that the area does not come under him. The company was also commited to provide 3 free of cost services but that promise has also not fulfilled yet. This clearly shows the incompetency and unproffesionalism of eureka forbes.

                    I am writing this to you directly because the patience level has been drowned in the impure water your product is giving for last one month. Hopefully after this appropriate action will be taken.

                    I received above through online and viewd demo. On that day we faced a problem with lid of that unit. Your person who shown demo is said it will be solved later. But till today we are facing same problem I.e. the lid is not fixing properly and opened frequently while in use.

                    My aquaguard RO water purifier was installed on 13/02/17. It is not turning on since yesterday. The socket is just fine, so is water flow. The local service number was not reachable.

                      For seven days, every day, I've called up the Eureka Forbes service center in Kolkata to get my Aquaguard machine reinstalled in my new apartment. Every single time, thwy have assured me that a technician will come right away. It's been seven days that we've been without drinking water. Even after daily reminders and repeated reassurances, the team hasn't been able to solve the problem. Can someone please help?

                        Maintenance not done due to shifting of my house (amc is there)

                          My aquaguard has stopped working since 12th april.
                          I had raised a service request [protected] on 13th april and [protected] on 18th april. Follow up [protected] on 19th april, [protected] on 20th and [protected] on 21st. Had to call customer care multiple times too. However till date the issue with my aquaguard is not resolved.
                          On 22nd a service agent came, had a look and said that the pca is non-functional but he doesn't have stock and need to request the same. Now another week has gone by and my water purifier is still not working. Pathetic service by the aquaguard technicians and i don't see the point of having amc when no one visits and even if they do they say they don't have parts.

                          I have escalated this to the escalation team and still it is unresolved.

                              Hello
                              I purchased the aquaguard (Dr Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV) hardly a month back. Since then I am facing trouble with the set. Water overflows/leaks at random time without any apparent reason.

                              I have called up repair & maintenance person through customer care number. The person worked on the set a number of time but still the same problem is present.

                                  In the month of march 2017, the water purifier started leaking and after several calls and messages, the service team from your haripad office, in alappuzha dist, kerala the nearest office from my place, visited and resolved the complaint. But within a couple of days the purifier's panel lights went off and stopped working.
                                  Immediately on 29th march, i contacted the haripad office. Next day a service technician inspected the purifier and told me that the ac/dc adapter was not working and needed to be replaced and asked me to contact your kollam office, which is supposed to supply the spare parts, to supply a new ac/dc adapter. Though it seemed strange i, being the needy, contacted your kollam br and requested to supply a ac/dc adapter to the haripad br.
                                  For the next 10 days i called the kollam office every day to remind them for this. Atlast after 10 days the ac/dc adapter was replaced. But still the purifier did not start working. Then the technician told that pcb also needed to be replaced and asked me to arrange this also from your kollam office. For the last couple of week i have been contacting the kollam branch every day and for the last 2 or 3 days the kollam office stopped attending my phone.
                                  As i am staying in a coastal area, pure drinking water requirement is a necessity, i contacted the your customer care twice one by online and another by telephone. The customer care executive at phone service assured me on 22/04/2017 that a chief service technician would attend my problem with in 2 days. But so far no action has been taken.
                                  It is almost one month since my purifier stopped working. I have made more than 60 calls to various persons and offices in this connection. I hope you have understood the agony and mental strain i have undergoing due to this.
                                  I would request you to resolve the issue at he earliest.

                                  After 40 days atlast after all these numerous calls correspondences and mental tensions my Aqaguard purifier has started working again.If the service partners were more committed to the company and had professionalism in their approach they could have resolved this problem in 10 days.I think they need to be trained more in customer service ultimately to the benefit of the company. I think the people at the top of affairs who interacted with me during this period were very friendly and result oriented and I would like to thank them for their sincere efforts in resolving the problem immediately r k satheesan

                                  The update you received is not true.On 03/05/2017 evening 2 technicians from Haripad office visited and replaced the PCB and after much effort the panel lights went on.But they left before verifying whether the purifier was working well or not as water supply was interrupted after 6 pm.They gave me their number to report any anomaly when the water supply was restored in the night.I checked the purifier as soon as the water supply was restored and found the purifier was working but there was huge leak from the purifier.I tried to contact the number they gave but it was switched off.Next morning itself I reported the matter to Haripad office and they assured that it would be resolved immediately.But till date nobody turned up.Today morning also I contacted the Haripad office to find the phone switched off.Please note on 04/05/2017 at 9.49A M a lady executive from your office(Tel number[protected] and at 7:02 PM an officer (tel no[protected] enquired about the complaint and told them about the present position that purifier was not repaired fully and it was leaking profoundly and they assured it would be resolved soon.
                                  It is a pity that even after 40 days a minor complaint like this is still pending unresolved.
                                  I would request you instruct the service personnel to resolve the issue immediately or else it would tarnish the image of your institution badly due to irresponsible behaviors of your staff.

                                  Only assurances and service request nos and NO ACTION!

                                    I have shifted from chennai (Tamilnadu) to vishakhapatnam (Andhra pradesh). I raised first complaint (No. [protected]) telephonically on 16-apr-17 for reinstallation at the new address and shared the address during call. After a week, i raised complaint nos. [protected] through their website and a couple of days later, another complaint no. [protected] telephonically. Even after clarifying that the request is for reinstallation at the new address in vishakhapatnam, the service request is being assigned to chennai person who is not attending the matter but marking the complaint as resolved. This compels me to raise another request. I tried escalating the complaint on their website which also has not helped.in response to their mail quoting resolution of my complaint, i shared my feedback that the complaint is actually not resolved. I got a call in response to my feedback. I shared the complete scenario and they assured me to resolve the matter in a day. However, it has been a week past then - there is no change in the status.
