Your Service Request Number: E3B5372381 Thanks & Regards, Eureka Forbes Team I had purchased the aqua sure expert water purifier in the month JAN 2014. Installation took almost 15 days. I had requested for additional filter right from day one, which I got it only in may. We had water smelling problem in the month of April . I had raised may service requests regarding that. Even though it was under warranty, the service person told that I had to pay RS 1500/- for replacement of the filters, in order to set right the smelling problem But even after that the problem was there. Again raised a complaint to set it right, service person come, set it right, but he had not checked the water inflow into the machine. When contacted the same service person over phone, he says it is a torture to him attending to issue. When contacted the customer care over phone, they give assurance that the service person will attend by day end for the past 20 days, but in vain. I am believing in there words and staying at home not going to office, facing loss of pay. This is the worst customer care service I have ever seen.there is neither TURN AROUND TIME nor QUALITY OF SERVICE for the customer requests.moreover this aqua sure xpert model is a failure product, having too many drawbacks.a few of my complaint numbers are:76841294, 76781203, 76767131, 76731338, E3B5372381.     Respected Sir / Maam, 1. I have placed a request for servicing of my Aqua Guard (Aqua Sure) on 21 Jun 14 (Complaint No:[protected]. I made 03 phone calls to your customer care, requesting to send across a technician and for all the three calls I made, I was assured that a technician is on the way. 2. At last I rang up one of your service centers at Madipakkam, Chennai where the individual was too rude and offensive in his approach and gave me a number of a so called technician and he was kind enough to let me know that, now it is my head ache to reach out for the technician and it was my lucky day and my calls were unanswered. 3. I think its time for you guys to check up your logo 'Your Friend For Life'. Seriously its time for you guys to rethink, when you guys cant even sent across a technician or afford a customer friendly executive. 4.       i have a Aquasure RO+UV which is under AMC for which i have paid around 4700/-.since 10-11 days i have filed a complaint with the customer care about its disfunction but inspite of my repeated requests and calls nobody is there to take care of it and to resolve my issue.4-5 days before a person came to see it but he said that there is a problem in the adapter and will be resolve the next day but no response after that, ...no body is ready to take responsilbilty .i dont know how such a big company is running with so careless customer support ...they are just taking money from customers and running away...

        My Aqua guard Total RO silver is under AMC. This machine have gone out of order and compliant was lodged with customer care vide compliant No.76813867on 18/06/2014. From the day itself I am reminding the customer care telephonically thrice a day and their sterio type reply is that the technician will be deputed immediately. Customer care was requested by email as well as by phone. Even after 4 days no action has been taken by them to repair the equipment. This is a clear deficiency in service by the company. Will the company look into the matter immediately.

        Thanks for your reply, but sorry to state that as on today nobody have attended. I was waiting for your tehnician from morning to evening, but evenafter 9 DAYS nothing has been happened.

            Sir/Madam, I am very sorry to put forward these lines. I am Doctor working for ISRO at Sriharikota. I have lodged a request on 26th May 2014 for replacing the filters and servicing the AQUAGARD-NOVA located at my residence. I have lodged the request thro; toll free No.[protected], the Gentleman who spoke to me received my request, took all the details like address contact no. and told me to note down the No.76487011 and told me within 24 to 48 hrs I will be receiving the call. After 10 days again I called and I was told within 24 hrs, the service person will attend the call. On 17th June again called toll free no. and enquired about my service request quoting the complaint No.76487011, I was told within that working day service person is going to attend the call. On 19th June one again I called (called twice) toll free No and spoke to service executives Ms.Saranya and Ms. Salini and told that I going to complain about this issue. I have asked for any esponsible person who can answer me. The gave me phone no. of Md.Faisal [protected]. Same day I gave SMS request to [protected] twice. I called MD.Faisal, but a lady received the call and told he is not available. When I asked about my service request she gave me phone No. of Mr.Murali [protected]. I called him on 19th and 20th June and enquired about the service request. I also asked him the reason for not attending the call. Mr.Murali told me that he has recently joined and he does'nt know anything about this issue. He assured that he will attend the call and told he will be attending the call on 21st June 2014. Mean time I lost patience and really want to bring this issue to higher authorities. If any one of you are really concerned about the customers, please call me to my mobile [protected] or contact me thro' e mail [protected]@rocketmail.com. I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM EUREKA FORBES AND WILL TELL ALL MY PATIENTS ABOUT THIS ISSUE.               My Aquaguard Sensa is not working since 6th June 2014. I raised a complaint and was given complaint no. 76654294. Despite 2 weeks and calling several times to the customer services no. [protected] no one has come. The lady who answers the call each time is only promising same day service every time i call to find out the status. I have been recording all these conversations that I have had with the service no. My father very cleverly threw his aquaguard away and bought a Pureit RO filter instead and is very happy with the reliability and service. I would do the same if my aquaguard was not quite new. I dont know how the company Eureka Forbes survives. I have now put reviews in just about every website online. If everyone does the same soon they will have to go out of business. Eureka Forbes is forgetting that the new generation is on the internet most of the time and they can learn from others experience. Its just a question of time when they will pay dearly for the poor service.

                Permanent customer code No. [protected]. On 13/6/2014, I made a complaint which was registered at No. 76745183. The problem was not solved. Thus, I again lodged complaint on 17/6/2014 and 19/6/2014 vide No. 76797414 and 76833764. The problem is still not solved. But today morning, I received a message that AC BLOCK(P) MRP 450.00 AND PF CANDLE SLEEK (AR) (P) MRP 375.00 are replaced free of cost. Immediately, I contact on helpline No. to intimate that my complaint is not yet attended. The official on customer care assured me to check and inform me on my cell phone after one and half hour. But, I am not informed up till now.

                  Complaint Number: 76782368. Very disappointed with your service. Water purifier is not working from past 4 days, raised this complaint on 16th June 2014. Until now they haven't sent any personal. This is pathetic service you people are providing. No proper communication. The customer adviser says they will send someone the same day but none turn up. Bad choice to have purchased your product.

                    i have call to customer care in 16/6/2014 and on 19/6/2014 and registered my complain but till now
                    no one from your end had responded for resoving my problem .
                    Every time i call to your customer care number 3988333 it only say our executives are busy and please be online,
                    How long we have to wait to register our complain?
                    You Eureka Forbes are interested in selling your product and taking AMC money but not interested in attending customer problem.

                        purchased AquaGuard - R O @ hyderabad . we transferred from hyd to tirupathi in Feb 2014. with in four months time we got problem around four times .Again we got problem and registered my complint on 16th June 2014 . But till date nobody visited my house. These people very much interested on new connections but they least bothered on old customers. Please take an immediate action to clear the issue

                          I'm very much disappointed with the eureka forbes service actually its horrible.. My aquaguard is not filtering any water.. i raised a complaint on 10/06/2014 complain no 76706140 its been 9 days but still no technician visited my place. On 15/06/2014 i called the customer care and they gave me Mumbai's some manager mr. chandrakant's mobile no. When i called mr. chandrakant he said your complain is already closed. i was wondering nobody visited my place then how come the complain is closed. Then he told me "let me check and i'll make sure technician will visit you today" since then its been 4 days but no response from eureka forbes. Today also i called 15 times but he is not picking up my calls. Now either they refund my money and take their aquaguard back or else i'll have file a case in consumer court and ask for refund and compensation.

                            i m s.logeshwaran. i buy a new water purifier on 29.11.2013

                            now my purifier is not working properly due to some reason...
                            i contact customer care ...they registered complaint ..on 15.06.2014
                            till now 18.06.2014 there is no service reply from that company service man ..
                            i didnt execept such worst responce from them...

                            this is way to treat the customer ??????

                              Sir with the above mentioned subject i am compelled to inform you that my complaint which was registered on your customer compliant no. [protected] on 10 may 2014 was attended only after i approached you on 29 may 2014. It was attended on 3 june 2014 by a technician known as milind. He found that a plug had to be replaced. That particular item was unavilable and he promised me to sort out the issue within 3 days (72 hrs.) that is by 6 june 2014. As of today 17 june 2014 the complaint is still pending. With the onset of monsoon my & my family health is at stake. If anything happens you would be the first person who would be held responsible. Attend the compliant at the earliest.

Eureka Team, I think the CEO Mr. Venketesh should read this e-mail. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AXonkCvsYx4 Behind all the big dreams and numbers, it all boils down to being able to deliver timely SERVICE. Since, Eureka Forbes is a PRODUCT + CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY! Excuse the capital letters, cause the service person is incompetent and misleads customer by giving appointments which he cannot keep. Person, committed to come and service for the request number: 9DBF569309. on Saturday 14th June. I waste the whole day and not a single response. He receives my call today and says will get back in 1/2 hour. This guy's cell number is +91-[protected]. Track him down and ASK HIM TO DELIVER. OR HIRE PEOPLE WHO CAN!. Customers can seriously expect better peace of mind buying Eureka products. Aggrieved Customer

                                  I have purchased your euro clean wet and dry product on line, i have received the Eurodiya 200 last week, 1st june2014 and as per instruction i put the same for charging for 6 hrs in sun light.

                                  But issue is diya not charging or some issue due to which its not working and same has been raised as complaint to your customer care, i.e on 2nd -june 2014. With complaint number as[protected].

                                  But sorry to say this till today no one has responded, even after continues follow-up with sales executive nothing has happened so far.

                                  Please let me know what is your SLA for service.

                                  I am extremely unhappy . Please request you to take some necessary step and resolve my issue ASAP.

                                  Even after speaking to so called concerned person Mr. krishna.dasan [ manager for bangalore area] nothing happened.
                                  Even I sent couple of reminder emails but the people are so that they even don’t bother for emails. They are not bothered for updating the details or replying for the email or receiving the call.
                                  All this journey happened to me with eureka sales team [ Mr. Raju.] I am really repenting on this. As I made a mistake by becoming a customer for such a hopeless team .

                                    I had lodged a complaint no. AC8AE70296 on the 13th of June 2014 regarding a malfunctioning tap in my Aquaguard Sensa model. I have an AMC no.[protected]Prerna enterprises) valid till 21.9.2014. My free service is long overdue but I have not received any reminders. Despite putting in a telephonic request for a free service and tap replacement, the response was as follows: On the third day, the service boy came, not knowing that service was required. He dismantled the RO and placed it on my kitchen counter. I gave him a spare filter cartridge I had which he replaced and declared that the tap needed replacement. He said it would be done in about 1-2 days. However, every time I call I am told by different people that the problem will be sorted out soon and requisition for tap has been sent. For the past 5-7 days I have been put through inconvenience with no end in sight. Please get the needful done asap.

                                      Hi, I raised a complaint for non working of Eureka Forbes water Filter ( Classic Model) on 29th May, 2014 at call centre for problem in Aquaguard mounting..I was given a very polite respose and a ticket no. 76482540. However, there was no resolution of the complaint. A ticket with the no. 76571856 was again raised on 2nd June ( with polite response) but there has been no resolution for the complaint since than. We request you to please look into this matter. Perhaps, the local maintenance agency to whom the work has been outsourced is not heeding to customer problems.

                                        I placed order for, Video door bell, CCTV & Water purifier. One Mr.Charan & Gangadhar came to me collected cheque on 9/4/2013. But still material not received. I tried to call many times.They gave many dates finally not delivered. I tried to call many of branch offices but no proper response. Is it the way of treating customers. People who collected money are your employees or who?????I am fed up with your company wants to lodge police complaint.
