I am Satyanarayana.Ch, Manager operations at State Bank of India purchased a water purifier, Aqua guard Enhance UV+ from Eureka Forbes in the month of June 2014. On the third day of purchase itself it started leaking, which on reporting to the representative that had installed, was rectified. On the seventh day the valve fitted to the water tap was pumped out which spoiled my kitchen totally. Again the representative, Mr. Vasu from Visakhapatnam, regional dealer office of Eureka Forbes turned up after calling for around five times on the day leaving the water continuously flown upto an hour to drain and finally forced to stop by closing the total apartment's water connection. Further a technician was sent by Mr. Vasu, who fixed the problem and said that the valve got broken because of pressure and its fixed. After that the water purifier starts working slow as the purified water which accumulates into the tank of water purifier is not being collected soon as before. Now since a week, the water purifier stopped working totally. Power indicator is showing the unit is getting power on. But water is not being purified, not being accumulated into the tank. My trail of intimating the representative Mr.Vasu to arrange for a technician gone vain as he had not attended to me promptly, Resulting a total loss of time and money I had invested in the water purifier. Further to this, I was informed that my invoice of purchasing the water purifier will be sent by the company soon which I had not obtained and even no intimation of the fate of the same till date. Expecting that my queries be answered soon and the problems may got fixed through this forum, which if not, I may be constrained to file a suit against the company and the people related for leaving me and my precious time along with my money at loss.
Please arrange to resolve at the earliest.
