I have bought a vaccum cleaner worth 10000 from them on April 22 and within a month it stopped working it has 1 year warranty. I have called the customer care and registered a complaint on 29th may, after many calls their executive came he saw the product and left but did nothing. When I called him back he said the spares are not available. Then I wrote an email to ceo desk, after many mails someone came took the product but no update till today, seeing their bad service I don’t want their product becos everytime when the product has an issue I don’t want go through this experience again so I told them I need my refund but so far I have not got any update from them. I have attached screen shot of few of the emails and also the bill to. Pls help me
