    Hello,
    My name is sumit jain, my sister purchased an aquaguard ro water purifier for my brother wedding from
    dial tone electronics, 17 MTH compound indore
    As i got it fitted perfectly but it came as a defective piece. I tried reaching out eureka forbes’s customer support but they only giving me dates to fix but no one was coming.
    Ro membrane of it was not sending pure water to the reserve.
    I am helpless from their end so i came here as an alternative kindly help me with this pathetic company.
    My product is under warranty as i am also attaching the original bill for the verification purpose.

      Timeline of Issues
      7.07.2021 - Product delivered and installed almost a month later after constant reminders.
      Product stopped working post installation, there was red light blinking and water flooding from the due to faulty installation. After complaining instead of refunding or getting a new product they began changing all the parts. The machine still did work.
      23.03.2022 - Finally almost 6-7 months later instead if refund they replaced and delivered another product
      27.03.2022 - The product was installed by Mr Krishna Murthy. He also insisted on installing a pre-filter (Rs 1200) which was paid via google pay.
      30.03.2022 - The product ceased to function again
      1.04.2022 - Complained to the customer care, nobody reverted.
      4.04.2022 - Complained again and got a refund number - [protected]. We were told someone from the sales team will get in touch but there was no follow up from their sales team
      23.04.2022 - Again called to enquire regarding the refund, spoke to someone called a s Naved. Again no one followed up post that.
      25.04.2022 - Called again but to no vail.
      Again kept trying to get in touch with them through calls and emails but there's been no positive response whatsoever. They say the sales team will get in touch but that doesn't seem to be happening.
      Its absolutely unprofessional and unexpected for a company such as Eureka Forbes to have a horrible customer service.

      Water is a basic necessity and to have problems with the purifier and not having it resolved is appalling. Since I've been a customer for long decided to go for your product again. But because of your faulty machine and an incompetent team of officials its been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. Additionally, had to constantly purchase purified bottled water because of this.

      I will never suggest this product to anyone and would request you to resolve this matter at the earliest. It's been almost a year and this is absolutely preposterous.

      The same happened to me. Issue is not resolved for me and everytime I call customer care they are keep on sending same message repeatedly. People please dont buy products from Eureka forbes. Nothing work and you will be cheated after paying money.

        Hi,

        On 20th June I had registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes regarding my RO which had stopped working. Upon inspection the service agent informed that the filters need replacement and will be chargeable. Upon enquiring I was told that filters are not covered in the AMC which in the first place was never informed neither verbally nor through a written contract. The AMC contract renewal was done on 20th Oct 2021 after payment of INR 6350 and stands valid till 19th Oct 2022. No copy of the same was handed over as it was communicated that a msg confirming the same will be received from Eureka Forbes and details of AMC can be checked online. Apart from the basic AMC details of Date, Phone no, Product and component No. no further details were shared.

        so hereby I wish to register a complaint against Eureka Forbes for non performance of AMC

          I bought this water softener in 2021 from pure sales & service ujjain. Within just 4-5 months, it stopped working. I called the service manager multiple times to solve the issue. He finally came and repaired the softener and reinstalled it saying it's working now.
          When I checked the water quality, I realised we are using hard water since so long, this softener is a fake product.
          They did not even care to give us the right solution. I invested 45k for this. They costed for the softener salt as well, still not giving proper service. I am fed up of this eureka. What should I do now? Please get it resolved.

            I bought a product from Eureka forbes, it has been 1 months, it is in warranty, but company is failing to provide service since 10 to 14 days only saying today tomorrow.
            They are not returning product neither refunding money or providing service.

              Water purifier was installed on 28th April 2022. It started leaking in 10 days. I raised a complaint. It is a month and no one called or reached out to me. I called 6 times last one month and got same answer that tecnician will call in a day.
              I asked them a denial letter that they cannot service so that i can atleast get replacement from Amazon.
              They are not servicing nor providing me a denial letter. I dont know what to do with this purifier now.

                I am give a series request for my aquaguard glory water purifier on 12 Jun 22 what I purchased in 22-04-23 with Rs 13999 was not working. But they are not assigned my job for last 10 days. Many times i called them but they said "with in 48 hours we complete your job" every time. But up to date my problem was not solved.

                  I have Aquaguard Enhance NXT UV + Hot water purifier (Goa). My purifiers warm and hot water system often stops working and the service provided by Eureka Forbes is absolutely pathetic. Every time a service engineers comes and say a part is bad and it will come afyer 3 to 4 days. I keep calling them but nothing get fixed before 7 to 10 days time.

                  I have to say that I have never seen such a worst service handling system from any other company. Really makes me sad and frustrated.

                    I paid AMC to my Water purifier for two years by online payment but I have not received the assured gifts so far, already as a part of new AMC eureka forbes people came and replaced the candles on 19-6-22, but I have not received, I spoke with customer care people several times and also I raised my complaint by sending mails several times but no response hence I expect to receive my assured gift as early as possible.

                      Free gift after renewal of AMC for 3 years

                      I have renewed AMC for my water purifier for 3 years on 5th June 2022 but till now the link for free gift says your number is not registered for free gift redemption. I have contacted customer care services and wrote emails several times and also contacted the person who assured me for it when I have renewed my contract but no action from company side. The time mentioned to claim is 60 days from the date of renewal of AMC....

                      I purchase water filter Pride brand on 18.06.2022 in kanpur it's water locker pats was damaged ( broken ). I fix with quick fix but it does not supply water down word. . I could not get water from it please repair or change this part and provide us service.

                        It has been nearly one month since I have been requesting you to replace my water purifier as I am required to change the filter costing Rs. 2, 550/- every 4 months. However inspite of repeated assurances my water purifier has still not been replaced. I had therefore vide my mail dated 7th June 2022 informed you that if my water purifier is not replaced in 24 hours I shall go out and purchase another water purifier( which obviously would not be from Eureka Forbes) in which case I would expect you to take back your water purifier and refund me the amount of Rs. 12, 990/- paid by me.
                        Since you have not done the needful I had no option but to purchase another water purifier as I could not risk the health of my family.
                        YOU ARE THERFORE REQUESTED TO TAKE BACK YOUR WATER PURIFIER AND REFUND ME THE AMOUNT PAID BY ME AT THE EARLIEST.

                          Our water filter has not been working since 12 days and hence we logged a complaint with the company service center. We contacted and did follow ups for 4 times now. Each time they have promised to send a technician on the very same day or the next day but till now no technician has come. AMC is valid upto August 2023. We have to purchase water from outside on a daily basis. Kindly look into this matter immediately as we are facing issues due to water change.

                            code is-[protected].after some month of purchasing my 1st breakdown
                            is coming that is water not filling in tank, so your service engineer
                            attend the problem and resolve it. again some days the same problem
                            comes. Your service engineer comes and charges money for repairing
                            that time i will show him still your system is under warranty.so he
                            resolves it again same problem comes from yesterday onwards
                            I want to know IS IT EUREKA FORBES WORKING POLICY.? IF you go past
                            when your side is asking for rating our service i will give every time
                            best service .but i think i was wrong . I assumed that after some days
                            my warranty period was over then your service engineers asked for
                            money.that time what i will i do? pls suggest to me.because i don't
                            trust your system at all so kindly resolve my problem as a
                            satisfactory basis otherwise i will go for consumer forum

                              My service request for water purifier under warranty was not attended for 2 days. After several reminders, the engineer came without instruments and has broken the machine while trying to open it without correct instruments. The purifier is not working now and repeated calls to customer care and mails to deepa.[protected]@eurekeforbes.com have yielded no results other than standard replies

                                Worst service..
                                Please don't buy this..I purchased water filter on March 2021. Issue arises few months after purchase ( within guarantee period). People treats us very badly. No use of support team. After 20 days of complaint, they came and solved. Again after 3 months same problem arises. No guarantee for the item replaced during Guarentee period. If we have Extended warranty also, no one came to home till 20 days of complaint. Everyone in my home start suffering from water infection. When we asked support people to connect to higher authority, they just disconnected it. Support people speaks rudly. After all these, one fellow came and he doesn't know anything. He just removed all the parts of filter and went. Again we raised the complaint, no use of it.
                                For family, i[censored] buy, u will suffer a lot. Please don't buy it.

                                  I had booked a demo of Eureka EVAC robo, they came n given demo & asked for booking i told i had not yet confirmed told him to wait, then he told no issue make book i[censored] r not intrested then we will takeback the product. Then i had given 2k advance n told him wait untill confirmation then he didn't given reciept for that 2k then next day courier came to home with GST bill, forcing to take the product by paying remaing balance, im keep on telling i had didn't confirmed yet why u r forcing to take the product, very worst interaction, low class marketing, Rowdyism marketing Mr Ravi Kumar n marketing head Mr satish very useless interaction with them. Don't know why such a big product company kept these waste employee's. Im really felt very bad about those.

                                    They collect charge for AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge). But product is not working when i raise service request they did't responds. So many time communicate through web site service requests and call to customer care no use.
