I've been trying to get my water purifier (Aquasure Amaze) in warranty repaired from 1 week. Water is not getting filled in the tank. All I get from customer care is the assurance of resolution in 24 hrs. So far I've wasted almost 1 hour talking to the customer care, but no action is taken. This is the 4th time I'm facing issues with the product, and as per current experience and prior instances, if given an option I would prefer to return the item and opt for a refund and go for a better brand giving decent after sales service.
