Worst service..
Please don't buy this..I purchased water filter on March 2021. Issue arises few months after purchase ( within guarantee period). People treats us very badly. No use of support team. After 20 days of complaint, they came and solved. Again after 3 months same problem arises. No guarantee for the item replaced during Guarentee period. If we have Extended warranty also, no one came to home till 20 days of complaint. Everyone in my home start suffering from water infection. When we asked support people to connect to higher authority, they just disconnected it. Support people speaks rudly. After all these, one fellow came and he doesn't know anything. He just removed all the parts of filter and went. Again we raised the complaint, no use of it.
For family, i[censored] buy, u will suffer a lot. Please don't buy it.
