Dear Sir/ Madam,
It has been nearly one month since I have been requesting you to replace my water purifier as I am required to change the filter costing Rs. 2, 550/- every 4 months. However inspite of repeated assurances my water purifier has still not been replaced. I had therefore vide my mail dated 7th June 2022 informed you that if my water purifier is not replaced in 24 hours I shall go out and purchase another water purifier( which obviously would not be from Eureka Forbes) in which case I would expect you to take back your water purifier and refund me the amount of Rs. 12, 990/- paid by me.
Since you have not done the needful I had no option but to purchase another water purifier as I could not risk the health of my family.
YOU ARE THERFORE REQUESTED TO TAKE BACK YOUR WATER PURIFIER AND REFUND ME THE AMOUNT PAID BY ME AT THE EARLIEST.
