I have purchased eureka forbes aquaguard last year in feb and it is still in warrantee period. The product quality is so low that now i am facing tap issues, it is of poor quality and now broken. I have raised a complaint in customer service team of eureka forbes and they are asking me to pay for the replacement.

Why should i pay for a product which is in warrantee period. Please resolve my complaint and help me in fixing...

Dear Eureka Forbes,
I purchased DR AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO+UV NXT (EA) from your salesperson and they haven't told me about candle cost and that i need to buy an AMC to change the candles every time. Every executives doesn't tell about the product is chip based and it's mandatory to change candles every year and it stops working after consumption of 5000 liters.
For 2 years, I am taking an AMC, and every year you are increasing...

Water is leaking from the bottom side of RO continuously from 2 days when ro is on or off....

Hi, i have been looking for a replacement for hose pipe connector for my trendy nano vacuum cleaner.

The locking mechanism (Latches) are broken and the hose pipe no longer gets fixed to the machine. These latches are too delicate to be a part of a vacuum machine, which gets dragged around during cleaning. While looking through the company's website, i couldn't locate the part.

Please help me with this issue...

We have bought this useless product with order number [protected] water purifier it's a real ###. The useless service cost too much than buying this useless product. My filter stopped working on last month around Jan 16, 2022. I raised a complaint via mobile and contacted customer service three times. Every time they give same response we escalated your issue technician will come today. But no one came today Feb 4. This raises a question does Eurekaforbes service is that great? I've been fortunate to have the Aquarguard RO unit working till about a year ago. Since then, there has been one or the other replacement that had to be done - motor, wires, filters (cheap quality these days, I guess). This is regarding Eureka Forbes RO Amaze which I purchased in December 2021.
After using it for one week it stopped functioning and we registered a complaint.
Our complaint was attended by the customer case executive and was resolved.
Again after a month we faced the same issue where the RO has stopped working again.
It’s been more than a week since I have been repeatedly complaining to get it fixed with no response.br...

I have bought Bravo Vacuum cleaner on 16th Jan. Demo was not successful on 17th Jan. After repeated follow up with Mr.Mahesh and his senior Mr.Faruk, complaint no. [protected] was registered.
No feedback from Eureka Forbes till 25th Jan. After consistent follow up on 25th and again on 27th Jan, Mr.Sandeep Sonawane, Franchisee person promised to send technician immediately. No progress further....

I purchased robo vac n mop from Eureka Forbes in August 2021 and the product is under warranty period. It stopped working now and I logged complaint on 11 Jan 2022. And till now followed up about 4 times through calls and 2 times through email but everytime they say they will send technician within 24 hours but till date I haven't got ant technician to fix the product. They are not replacing the product as well....

Their service agent once came for general service and since then there is leakage. My woodwork got spoiled due ro the leakage. Complained multiple times (atleast 15 times), yet there is no response. I escalate thru mail as well, but there is no response. Irresponsible behaviour....

I have raised the complaint multiple time and my water purifier is under AMC still service is not being provided. Everytime customer support teams says sorry abd assures service but no one visits to resolve it. If Eureka Forbes can’t give service they should not ask customers to take AMC. I want my AMC to be refunded...

I renewed my AMC for eureka forbes water filter paying around rupees 6000 in early november. The mechanic changed the filters etc. Water was leaking from the inlet pipe during November last and I registered a complaint. There was no response from the company. Subsequently the leaking stopped.
My issue is WHY THE COMPANY NOT ATTENDED MY COMPLAINT WHEN I HAVE AMC ? Surprisingly I received an sms stating to RATE THE ENGINEERS PEFORMANCE..!!...
