AQUAGUARD NEO RO+UV+MTDS
Purchased in March 2022, the purifier doesn't turn on, raised a complaint regarding this and nothing has happened for the last 2 weeks now.

The tech believes it's an adapter issue and is awaiting the spare part for the last 2 weeks.

For such a brand with a new product not having spares is absolutely disgusting

Eureka Forbes your water purifier has been a pain to deal with.. I have been raising customer requests every other month for issues with this.. the least you can do is replace my product which is under the 1 year warranty and get me CC a simple water purifier product that’s been tested thoroughly

    Purchased a Aquagaurd Water Purifier in the Month of May 2022 and while installing they have fitted a Valve on the waterline at additional cost. After one month the water filter started leaking and I have raised a service complaint. Their technician attended the complaint and told that the valve is broken which will lead to leakage again . I asked them to replace the valve at free of cost as their product is substandard.

    They refused the replacement and demanded again money to replace their faulty product. Which I want them to replace at their cost.

      I have recently purchased Aquaguard from Eureka Forbes from their official salesman. The salesman said that he will provide the bill once the product is installed. But it's been more than 5 days now. He has been making excuses everyday to not give the bill. Called him multiple times in cell and messages but no responses. I have complained to Eureka Forbes customer care as well but still no resolution. This is complete harrasment.

        I have taken AMC on my water purifier .Due to some reason my purifier is not working properly and when i called the customer care, they received my call and took the complain but later when i tried calling again many times, they have not received my calls.Later i cam to know that they are a 3rd party services providers and they dont have any link with Eureka Forbes.

        Now i got a question on my mind.If there is no link between Eureka forbes and the 3rd party (Ion Exacense Pvt Ltd), then why do i see their label on my water purifier (the tag has a contact number as Helpline :[protected], SMS "CUST ID" to [protected]) ?
        I have this label since the beginning of the time i bought the product.I am totally disappointed as i have paid money for 2 years AMC to them but i didnot get any response from them.

        If really ION Exacense has no relation with Eureka then why do we see the tag/label on the water purifier???

        Could Eureka Forbes answer this question ?

            Loged in complaint for issuing us the receipt for filter & Tap both amounting for rs. 750/- which was paid in cash to the service guy but he did not give us the receipt On 7 th July'22 complaint was raised on Deepa customer care & also on whtsapp but today till 21ist July '22 it has not being resolved neither did the co bother to contact
            My xperiance has been very bad with Eureka Forbes, I shall never recommend their products

              Through Various channels the compalint for Filter Change Aquagard Geneus was initiated after their service personnel came during mandatory service under warranty service and informed that Filter needs to be changed and will be changed free of cost under AMC and hence AMC OF Rs 6100/- was taken in May 2022, but no result till now hence complained under the above Numbers and still no response.
              Kindly arrange for refund of AMC amount of Rs6100/- and buy back of water purifier by the company as I can go for other options with other water purifier units who have a better track record of after sales service.

                Dear sir,

                Our RO is not purifying water so we have raised service request no.CM[protected] on 09/07/2022, after lot of wait finally your technician came to our home for service on 14/07/2022 then they started telling our product is out of warranty.And they tell your filter consumables kit is not working so they can replace on chargeable basis it will cost around rs.5175/- since it is out of warranty.But i have purchased this product on 6/8/2021 and its warantee is valid till 5/8/2022 then how could they tell wrongly that my product is not under warranty.They left without completing the work. If it is under waranty how they can charge.You have to look into this issue and resolve the same at earliest.Since 10days we are facing this issue.

                  Dear Madam,
                  We had an "Inova" machine earlier.
                  We had taken an AMC for the machine which was valid from 04.12.20 to 03.12.23.
                  This machine stopped working hence a new machine "Classic" was purchased (sales order [protected] dated 29.07.21) was purchased
                  from Aquaguard.
                  The New machine was delivered to me 'online' through your service personnel Mr Amansinh (mobile [protected]).
                  He had promised me that the AMC would get transferred to my new machine.
                  Amansinh also had promised one spare new carbon candle for new machine.
                  Now the warranty is over and my new machine is without an AMC contract.
                  Please inform me about your action plan or I will go to consumer court.

                    Dear Consumer Forum,

                    This is mail I am writing after getting frustrated with the services of Eureka Forbes. The detailed of complaint as Below.

                    I had purchased the product 2 Year back Last year I have renewed my AMC services but so Far the Vendor of Eureka Forbes has cheated me by giving only 1 services in the complete year. and when i tried to contact the with vendor the vendor owner is also misbehaved with me. For this i had registered a complaint with Eureka Forbes on May Month and this complete team is making me fool by simply copy pasting the same reply with different complaint number. After completion of 2 month still no one from Eureka is supporting me the same. I had asked them 2 times for providing me the substitute vendor for renewing the AMC but there was not update from them. In last today my R.O stop working and when i raised the complaint there is no proper response from them. Kindly accept my complaint against Eureka Forbes all the proof of misbehaving and providing only services is available with me.

                      Absolutely regret buying eureka product and will not suggest any of their products going forward to anyone

                        I have logged an online complaint on the Eureka Forbes app on 11 July for change of cartridge and scheduled the visit for 5PM on same evening. At 4.30 Vinod Khairnar called me but I was busy in a meeting so I returned his call after 10 mins. He rudely informed me that because I did not pick his call earlier he will not visit that day but will call next day 12th July, which he never did. I wrote to the customer care email of Deepa but no response so I called Eureka Forbes India customer care number and informed the lady that I want to cancel the technician visit since he never came to change the cartridge.

                        The customer care lady Chaitali told me that she is CLOSING my complaint because Service Request and Complaint are the same whereas I told her to cancel the technician visit. But still Chaitali insisted that she will close the complaint. So basically I have realised that Eureka Forbes maintains false records of complaints closed even when are not closed. The company makes a fool out of customers when their complaints are not resolved but in their system records they show false closures even when the customer has cancelled the technician visit since they got fedup of their technicians arrogance.
                        Further I insisted on speaking to a senior and she flatly refused to do so saying the senior was busy on another call. Even after 15 mins the senior was supposedly on another call and refused to attend my complaint.

                        I am now buying packaged drinking water since last two days due to negligence and arrogance of Eureka Forbes. If customer has to buy packaged water then there is no need to buy Aquaguard because buying it means falling into their trap and being treated very badly by the company. And the money is ours and not theirs.

                            I purchased an ro in April 2022 from Amazon with customer I'd [protected], but till now I have registered complaints many times in just last 3 months, everytime it stopped working. Now from last 1 week I raised req again for service as Purifier is not working, but still no one called to come. I called technician names Sohal pal assigned, he said he dont have time to come. This is ridiculous. How a person can be so casual in attending services. Even I complaint in Aquaguard to replace the product, but no response is received. This is a fraud and should be banned . I suffered loss of 11000 with this. Even at the time of installing the product, I.e free as mentioned, but the technician charged 1000 rs and refused to issue slip for it. Perfect example of corruption even at every level in aquaguard.

                              I have renewed AMC on 5th July 2022 and booked service for water related issues with time slot 5pm to 7 pm on 6th July 2022, my complaint no [protected].. I got a call from technician on 6th july and he said that part is not available so i cannot come, i told him that my slot is booked for 5.00 pm to 7 pm and evening time i cannot come and he was very rude..
                              I have followed so many times for servicing but no one has visited yet.. Got calls from customer care also that servicing will be done within 24 hours but no action has been taken yet..
                              I am buying water bottle from outside from last 4 days.. There is no need of buying AMC if theses kind of behaviour and service Eureka Forbes teams are providing.

                              If this kind of Customer service and behaviour will provide then no one will buy AMC and product of Eureka Forbes.

                              Kindly escalate this matter as i am facing problem from last 4 days..

                              Also very bad experience with Eureka Forbes earlier Customer service.. Technician had charged extra amount once he has visited for service and AMC renewal..
                              I have escalated this matter to Deepa.[protected]@eurekaforbes.com but result was not satisfactory

                                Sales man Mr Manoj Kumar B M (Emp Id:[protected], Works in Eureka forbs Bannerughatta road office bangalore. He came to deliver Vacuum cleaner which we bought from Eureka only and insisted/forced us to buy Aquaguard water purifier by telling some good offers.
                                Offers told are:
                                1. 750 rs cashback
                                2. 2000 rupees coupon which we can use in amazon/Flipcart
                                3. One used W/D vacuum cleaner - From employee quota
                                4.One gift watch worth 1000 rupees
                                5. And more tempting one was 5 years free service from employee quota

                                On Warranty card he wrote his name along with text "5 Years service"

                                And so we decided to buy.

                                Once device is delivered and installed. Our so called sales person stopped responding to calls and he blocked my number

                                  I have bought a vaccum cleaner worth 10000 from them on April 22 and within a month it stopped working it has 1 year warranty. I have called the customer care and registered a complaint on 29th may, after many calls their executive came he saw the product and left but did nothing. When I called him back he said the spares are not available. Then I wrote an email to ceo desk, after many mails someone came took the product but no update till today, seeing their bad service I don’t want their product becos everytime when the product has an issue I don’t want go through this experience again so I told them I need my refund but so far I have not got any update from them. I have attached screen shot of few of the emails and also the bill to. Pls help me

                                      When I purchased a new aquacard I had exchanged it with my old aquaguard and at the tiem of purchase the asles man said the money will reduced of your old aquagard after submitting to the company it has been 1 month since the amount has not been refunded and nor he sales person or any other authority is tellign us anything. He has the aquagurad and havent givent the 100rs as he said you wil get.
