My service request for water purifier under warranty was not attended for 2 days. After several reminders, the engineer came without instruments and has broken the machine while trying to open it without correct instruments. The purifier is not working now and repeated calls to customer care and mails to deepa.[protected]@eurekeforbes.com have yielded no results other than standard replies

    Worst service..
    Please don't buy this..I purchased water filter on March 2021. Issue arises few months after purchase ( within guarantee period). People treats us very badly. No use of support team. After 20 days of complaint, they came and solved. Again after 3 months same problem arises. No guarantee for the item replaced during Guarentee period. If we have Extended warranty also, no one came to home till 20 days of complaint. Everyone in my home start suffering from water infection. When we asked support people to connect to higher authority, they just disconnected it. Support people speaks rudly. After all these, one fellow came and he doesn't know anything. He just removed all the parts of filter and went. Again we raised the complaint, no use of it.
    For family, i[censored] buy, u will suffer a lot. Please don't buy it.

      I had booked a demo of Eureka EVAC robo, they came n given demo & asked for booking i told i had not yet confirmed told him to wait, then he told no issue make book i[censored] r not intrested then we will takeback the product. Then i had given 2k advance n told him wait untill confirmation then he didn't given reciept for that 2k then next day courier came to home with GST bill, forcing to take the product by paying remaing balance, im keep on telling i had didn't confirmed yet why u r forcing to take the product, very worst interaction, low class marketing, Rowdyism marketing Mr Ravi Kumar n marketing head Mr satish very useless interaction with them. Don't know why such a big product company kept these waste employee's. Im really felt very bad about those.

        It is to inform you that your service engineer Mr. Nirupam Deb, M/no.- [protected], residing at Silchar, Cachar, Assam has done a fraud with me.
        I have lodged a service request online at aqua guard for the servicing of my appliance and soon after my service request the service engineer as mentioned above has visited my home and serviced my appliance.
        While his service he advised me to install a home water iron...

        They collect charge for AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge). But product is not working when i raise service request they did't responds. So many time communicate through web site service requests and call to customer care no use.

            Hi Team,

            I bought my product in April, and the installation happened later. Since then, the product makes a weird clicking noise and the water doesn't come out. Even when it does, the TDS is not correct. This is an MTDS product, so the TDS was set at the time of installation, but the TDS controller valve is also faulty.

            I have made 2 complaints about this, once in May and one on June 11th [[protected]] but the complaint is not being actioned.

            I have called upwards of 20 times and have been waiting, without any resolution. This seems like the Service center knows about the error, and is ignoring on purpose so they don't have to bear cost to fix.

              In the month of April 2021, on the recommendation of the Company's Sales Executive Mr. Satish Pandey, His Super boss Mr. Susheel Patil, Mrs. Suchita Madam, we have purchased Dr. Aquaguard Classic + Ayur Machine, which is delivered and installed at our premises. Please note that we were earlier using an Infiniti model water purifier machine and had an AMC with a validity of contract period from[protected] to[protected].

              Further, while buying the new machine we were promised following:

              - Old machine AMC will be transferred to New Machine and all balance of AMC will be transferred accordingly

              - The machine is less maintenance and pocket friendly when compared with the old one we are using

              - With AMC free cartridge / candle will be periodically replaced

              It's been over 3 months, we have been following up with their team for replacement of cartridges / candles but the team just comes, cleans the machine but never replaces the cartridge. The maintenance team informs us that cartridge / candle replacements are not included in our machine and we need to pay additional INR 4k (approx.) Our request for transfer from old AMC to new AMC has been accepted by the Company but they never adhere to the terms and conditions mentioned in the Service contract i.e. replacement of candles / cartridges.

              Guys please be careful to what sales representative is selling. They have limited objective of meeting the targets that's it

                Changed address and requested to reinstall and paid AMC as it was out of contract.
                After payment also, been following up with customer care about my reinstallation and repair from last 10 days. Getting same answer from every customer care executive that technician will attend ASAP. It’s been 10 days now nobody has visitedt. And moreover AMC also is not refundable even without service.

                Will post this in social media by tomorrow if nobody is attended.

                  We bought Eureka Forbes water purifier from Flipkart and it got delivered in broken condition . They replaced the product and installed the second product but after 1 week of working it stopped working and the indicator turned red. The water stopped coming. We complained Flipkart but they didn’t replaced it as the time for replacement for gone and suggested us to contact Eureka Forbes as the product is still in warranty. We logged service request but after multiple services also, it works for 2-3 days and stops working the next day. I want to know if the product is in warranty and the customer is not even used it then whose fault is this . If the product is completely damaged that it can’t be repaired then whose is responsible for this

                    We have been a customer of Eureka Forbes for a long period. But a deceiving act of your representative named Mr. Vikas has shaken our loyalty towards your company.
                    We have made the request for AMC and he visited our residence for the service. After he finished his job, we made the payment of Rs. 5050/-.( Message received from the company-“Dear Customer, your payment receipt number is AM[protected] for the payment of Rs. 5050.00 towards the AMC order[protected]”)

                    After a few days, we started facing the problem of slow filling of tanks and bad taste of water. So we lodged the complaint about the same.
                    When the next time the same technician visited, he changed the previous cylinders. It was noticed that the previous cylinders that he had changed earlier were having two bar codes. I inquired why these cylinders which he had changed earlier had two bar codes, he replied that the company is providing cylinders with two bar codes. Surprisingly, the new cylinders that he changed now had only one bar code. When this difference was put to his notice, he had no reply.
                    I am a heart patient and my wife is suffering from chronic kidney disease, and your technicians are playing with the life of your loyal customers. Such acts are pertinent to the criminal charge that can lead to a court of law.
                    I understand that your senior employees can understand the gravity of this issue and will deal it with due action.
                    I demand an action that saves your company’s reputation as well as it ought to be dealt with as a lesson to others.

                        Hi,
                        I requested water purifier service and it was supposed be attended on may 29th 2022 and technician didn’t attend. After repeat follow-up with customer care and ceo escalation desk, I here same response that issue will be resolve ASAP. But issue is not resolved and I had AMC until June 23 2021. Eureka Forbes suppose to replace candles in filter for free of cost and they never replaced the candles even after paying them money.

                          The after sales services is very poor. We kept on calling the customer service and registered a complaint and further escalated but nobody has bothered to respond to the concern. The purifier started getting problem within a month and it is still not working. It is the worst product, I have bought till now. The company is cheating there consumers and they are intentionally doing it.

The purifier started getting problem within a month and it is still not working. It is the worst product, I have bought till now. The company is cheating there consumers and they are intentionally doing it.

                          The issue is not resolved till now. Please take necessary action.

                            I have Aqua guard UV + UF device which is now one year old.

                            The company service guys changed the candles and renewed my AMC on 15th May (2 years payment in advance).

                            Few hours after the candle change the device red light started blinking and it stopped working. The serviceman asked me to turn off the main switch and try again. This work around worked for 1/2 days.

                            After a day the device again started showing the same issue (continuously blinking red light and no water). This time around when I complained, the servicemen directly told me that the mother board needs to be changed (without any visit/inspection) and changed my complaint to "More Spares Required" state on the Eureka Forbes App. It is in this state now for more than a week and no progress. First time they replied saying the company has not sent the parts yet. The next time they promised to send a senior serviceman and did not turn up. Multiple calls after that with no reply.

                            What's the point of paying 2 years AMC in advance if they cant fix the problem even after 15 days? Worst service by Eureka Forbes with no commitment at all.

                                I was an existing customer of Eureka Forbes as I bought dry vacuum cleaner in 2016.

                                In the last week of April 2022, I was approached by a Eureka Forbes sales agent in Chennai (Mohan contact number: [protected]) for buying a wet and dry vacuum cleaner in exchange for the existing vacuum cleaner.

                                I had bought the same in the first week of May 2022 and I was promised the following
                                • 750 INR for the old vacuum cleaner from eureka Forbes as buyback/exchange
                                • 1000 INR as voucher for existing loyalty bonus

                                I had made the payment on 4th May 2022 to Karthick (Mobile Number: [protected]) and the equipment was delivered on 5th May 2022 by Mohan. On the day of delivery and Demo, My Father-in-Law thought of retaining the old vacuum cleaner and It was informed to me by Mohan that I need to forfeit the 750 discount for the buyback of the old vacuum cleaner. I had paid that amount to him by Cash.

                                However, regarding the RS 1000/- Voucher, I was constantly following it up with Mohan / Karthick since then but I don't get satisfactory responses .
                                On May 17th, 2022, when I had called up in the morning to Karthick he informed curtly that 1000 cannot be given now and hung up the phone.

                                These sales persons viz. Karthik and Mohan are really unprofessional and unethical in making this false promise about the cash voucher of 1000.TReally pissed with this unprofessional and nasty behavior from their sales persons!!!

                                I have raised multiple complains with their customer grievance forum, but no resolutions provided and on top of it they avoid taking my calls

                                Please help in addressing the complains about providing me the 1000 voucher or take the product back and issue me a complete refund of the amount paid . Never seen such a worse customer service behavior till now !!!

                                  I requested for demo of water purifier the sales person came and explained abt the product and we booked he product water purifier and he collected rs 500 as advanced payment and after 1 day we have cancelled the product and now the sales person is not returning the 500rs advance high we have paid
                                  I have called Cust care and registered complaint but it’s not helping .worst customer service . I’m calling cus care daily from 5 days now. It’s not helping

                                    I had received a message from Eureka Forbes for the gift of Skylar product. So I clicked the link and ordered Duffel bag. I paid with my credit card Rs. 588.82. After that I got a message a that your payment is successful for any further inquiry contact 360inex. I am not to contact them through email or phone. I have not got any communication from 360inex or Spykar.Please advise. Subhashphadke.
