My Name is Bhaskar Mandal.My contact is -[protected]My machine model is SPRING FRESH RO.I was maked AMC type SILVER in-11 may 2014 valid till 10 may 2015, from Service Person Mr.SONTU SENGUPTA from Baruipur/Kolkata service center. His contact is +[protected].
He also reinstall my Spring Fresh RO in wall again for labeling problem. But after few days my machine fall in to the floor for installation failure. As a proof I have real images and attached with this email.Please download. Before reinstall I told him for safety but he told me I am the best.And his work is very much mess up because he spread lots of water in my apartment during service. Its not small quantity of water its lot of water. When I told him wh
y you spread lot of water in to my dining room . He starred shouting at me. And behaved like bad person.He is a irresponsible, overconfident, bad behaved, idiotic person. He almost destroyed my(Rs-16000)machine. When he told me about AMC he promised me machine installation failure also under AMC.But when he comes again for machine installation failure, he said machine installation failure is not under AMC. So why I invest for AMC. He give me wrong information that's not fare.I am a loyal customer of eurekaforbes. Why that's kind of bad service and bad service Person. My machine falls because of this service person. That's not fare.And he also told me he have no responsibility for installation failure. So who responsible for this ! If he don't know about reinstallation, so why he reinstall at 11 may 2014.It happened in may 2014, now I am complains, because those days between may to august, I was out of Kolkata for PERSONAL MEDICAL REASONS. Now I am back and complained against this bad behavior servise person. And my next machine service date in August so I don't want this service person again. Please send some good behavior authorised service person with proper company I CARD.
