I made a complaint regarding the servicing of my purifier and i received the call from technician after 2 days, the time he called up i was busy in the office with a client and i disconnected the call and called him back within 15-20 secs but the way technician reacted was awkward he said, " madam phone utha liya kariye warna apka kaam nhi ho paega ab to maine ladke ko dusri cal p bhej diya aap phir se call register karwaiye".After his words he disconnected the call and i was shocked is this the way they treat their customer.I don't know the name of the technician but the number from which he called up is [protected].

    Extremely distressed that my complaint has not been attended to, its 5 th day today!!!
    The Aquaguard is not working. Blue light comes on but purified water is not filling into the tank.
    Since I m still in guarantee period I would like to return the filter, Since I cannot trust the company anymore where prompt response to complaints is concerned .
    I'm sure going to advise people to think twice about buying .

        Hi, i have purchased a vaccum cleaner. paid full amount on 31st oct. sales person by name Pratap confirmed me that by 2nd the machien would be delivered to me. I have been calling him since 3rd. he is either not picking the call or telling that it will next day. I have rasied a formal complaint in cutsomer care today. this worst from Eureka forbes. You need to understand the customer problems. If this is not sorted out immedialty, i am rasing a formal complaint in consumer court on 9th.

          Hi, I purchased Eureka Forbes Dr. Aqua guard Eternity water purifier but nobody had come to install it. I had purchased it online. The product was delivered 5 days before and still I am waiting for the installation. I have called the customer care guys multiple times and every day they say that the technician will call back in half an hour. But their half an hour is never ending.               Since the purchase of Aquaguard Magna in December 2014, on an average 2-3 complains per month have been registered from my mobile no-[protected]. Thanks to this forum, part of the problem for unrelaibilty and disfunction of machine was taken care off by replacing level sensor. but it is still disfunctioning and every now and then complains are registered. since few times, intermittently machine is not filling up water and "Green" indication glows showing some problem.TDS level is also high. Aquaguard service persons visited and said since warantee period is going to expire so such problem will continue and "Green " indication will keep on glowing. Hence to rectify the problem, some components need to be replaced. But they are not showing any willingness to rectify and accordingly replace the defective components. On enquiring about it, their answer is that since it's warantee period is going to expire soon in Dec 2015 so no parts can be replaced. Such answer and action of Aquaguard is completely against the consumers interest.

I have contacted the customercare number in the aquaguard carton but nobody has lifted the phone and all my attempts are in vain. I do not understand why the ser vice of aquaguard eurekaforbes is that much poor. After a long try the lady who lifted the phone told me that they donot entertain installation for online purchased products.                     Sir, two years ago I buy one eureka forbes (Easy clean plus )vaccum cleaner The vaccum cleaner is good but after an year the filter of the vaccum cleaner is damaged and the replacement of filter is needed.first I called customer helpline number they told me to contact service centre . Fine . Then I contact service centre they told me that part is not available on our centre, You should contact customer care. Then I again call customer care they again told me to contact service centre. Instead of providing assistance they are making fool of me to contact here and there and the part is not available and without part the cleaner is useless . So why did company manufacture products which donts have there service facilities just once you buy a product and then after it will be throwed out when it is useless.

                        I had purchased a eurovigil i-see 200 two years back. date of installation- 14/4/2013. there is slight problem in connection as the lock is not opening on pressing the button the 1st time always. while other times its working ok. the service man who came without checking said whole circuit has to be changed and when we refused he charged Rs500 as inspection charge.he didnt even touch the device and said that there is no alternative but to change the whole lcd unit even though its working fine except for a glitch now and again. he said he cant repair anything and whatever happens we have to change the whole unit. so what is the service that he provided for which he is charging Rs 500?? i would like to lodge a complain against eureka forbes regarding this. its just plain extortion of money without providing any genuine service. complain no. 84207640. serviceman- indradev roy, icr no.18110190.

                          I Installed Eureka Forbes - Aqua guard on date 12/04/2015
                          I have made the contract for Eureka Forbes - Aqua guard Service for 4 visit every year . They collected Rs 4000 for services from that day onward I have never heard from them whenever we call they make some reason & don't give any response.

                            Hi Eureka Forbes Team,

                            On friday morning your engineer came and he repaired the water leakage from the back side, but again in the evening the water start getting leaking from the bottom of the front side and i found that the screws which are tightened in the bottom side of the purifier is missing.

                            What the hell service you guys are giving, you guys are not at all behaving professionally. Fedup from you guys. Within one week of purchase i have faced same water leakage problem 4 times. Seriously you guys need to hire a professional engineers.

                              In July the main circuit board of my Aquaflo DX water purifier was replaced as the machine was not starting (it was charged and I have the receipt). In Sept I again called the local service center as the machine stopped working again. Their person came to see the machine and told that the main circuit board again needs replacement and that same would be done in 3-4 days. Now after calling them multiple times for about two months they are not sending anyone to replace the main circuit board, which I was told was on 6 month warranty. I have also made a request on their helpline[protected], ticket no. 84185912, on 1st Nov, but still there is no response.

                                Magna RO, that I purchased in Nov 2014, is not working. It's within warranty period. I booked the complaint with customer care. It's more than 35 hours and no one has come to attend the service. I had been told that it will be attended within 24 hrs. I had called 2-3 time today again but no one seems botheres. Pathetic service. I will be escalate this issue with the higher authority.

                                  The worst Service by the Customer Care and the Local Agency in Visakhapatnam.
                                  I have registered a complaint barring with complaint number 93375777 dated on 30.10.2015. For the replacement of the product as it was delivered with the minor damage, and none of them had turned up till date i.e[protected]. When ever I call up to the call centre simply they say that our technical people will get back to you within 24hrs and I really dont know which standard time they follows. Thereafter I tried calling to the Local Authorise Dealer i.e Eureka Forbes and the always excuse by saying tomorrow every time I call. So I suggest people think before you go for Eureka Products. And more over after delivering the product none of them have come to fix.


                                  Note: I brought the product directly from the Local Authorised Eureka Forbes dealer. Not from the agencies/online.

                                    My Customer ID is [protected] i applied for refund on online purchase of aqua guard classic no one is giving response after this now, everytime i call customer care only getting answer we will call you back and i called 10 times atleast. looks like they dont have any backhand team to work these kind of matters you will stuck if you buy for them NO SERVICE AT ALL. looks like fraud company now 8000rs are stucdk for month :( DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM THEM

                                      We had taken AMC of 3 years for Aquaguard - Infinity model (Contract receipt no.20749292, Dt. 05/05/2012), Eureka Forbes representative have not completed total no. of service required during AMC, they have not visited even after given reminder for due service. After giving many service request calls Eureka Forbes representative visited, but denied to complete the pending service as per AMC. He was just talking about expiry of service contract. After his visit leakage problem has started. After giving complain Eureka Forbes customer care representative informed me that Company representative will be visiting and completing pending AMC service. Few days back company representative visited but he also denied to complete AMC pending services, even he was unable to stop water leakage.

                                        I bought one water purifier on 03rd august 2015 from aquaguard for rs 24, 235 and paid rs 10, 600 and rest in 3 equal instalment of rs 4, 545.
                                        My customer id is [protected]. After 7days of installation of the machine the adapter has stopped working. After repeated complain one service engineer name, ravi patil came and change it with an old and used adapter and told me to replace it with new adapter within 2days. After that i follow up the sales representatives, field engineer but no one bother to resolve the issue.Initially they were telling that the company has not issued the new adopter but after two/three follow up they stop picking up my phone.In the mean time i lodge a complaint but without any result. By that time i paid my first instalment of rs 4, 545 on 3rd september 2015.

                                        When i saw, they are not willing to change the adapter with new one i ask my bank to stop the cheque payment for my second and final instalment.

                                        I am really frustrated and mentally disturbed the way they are just dragging the case without any result. I purchased the brand new water purifier to have safe and pure drinking water for me and my family but every day i am living with the fear whether the purity is there as they mentioned or not.
                                        As a consumer i am really disappointed with the service and above all i am forced to drink water from a defective purifier. I am not at all getting the value of my money that i spend to purchase the machine from aquaguard but spent some sleepless night.

                                        I bought the dr aquaguard geneus + on November 2015 for rs23000. My customer id is [protected].
                                        The machine was fine but after one week, powedered like substance and fungus was floating on my water.
                                        Several complaints were lodged and the service engineer Srinivas Reddy suggested to install another external cylinder for rs1100. But it was of no use as I wasted my money. Please refund my money or i would soon launch a police complaint against this harassment.

                                        I puchased through online direct from the complany and got it installed on 1st sep 2016. After instalation the thank was filled within 1 1/2hrs... After first service done it became 3hrs. after 2nd service it became 4hrs. Now it stopped working for want of membrane replacement, which is costing rs.3000.. The company disowns by way of consumables. It is health related products and handled in such a embarassing way. So far no responsible person can explain me what is waranty then.
