Hi eureka forbes,
New aqua guard enhance device is not working after installation (Service request:[protected]. The water is leaking and the tds regulator is not working the installation person acknowledged the problem, but said another technician will come to check.
The installation was done yesterday afternoon. We spoke to the manager at that time and assured that a senior technician will come same day itself to check the problem.
However, no one came.
We had to raise a separate complaint yesterday evening[protected], the technician visited our premise today morning and checked the device for 2-3 hours, and acknowledged the problem, but was unwilling to give in writing the defects in the device. He behaved rudely and left the premise.

It is highly shocking the kind of service eureka forbes is providing, firstly there are issues with the product and the service been provided is highly unsatisfying.

Request you to take immediate action and acknowledge the defects in the device for us to take next steps.

    Dear sir / madam,

    Greetings!!!

    We have an aqua guard magna model, customer id [protected] which we have using from long time, and we have registered complaint on 06/07/2016 as complaint no. Is [protected] this machines there is a problem in pcb (Adapter) from 4th july 2016. Your bangalore office service engineer mr. Nagalingana gowda has came and checked and he told me there is a problem in adapter & i will replace it within two days. Due to shortage of material he was not able repaired the machine. Such a wondering you people didn't have spare like a single adapter. & we have already informed your area manager mr. Vallabha reddy (Area service head) of bangalore south. Regarding the same. There is no positive reply & only assuring this will be done by today evening, i have personally called him 3 to 4 times, we really fred up to call everyday in your call center.


    We never expected this kind of service from a company like eureka forbes. Why do you have such irresponsible people, who neither can work properly, nor they have respect for customers.


    Please look into this. And let us know about a solution to this issue.

    Dear Sir / Madam, till date i am not received any call from company or service technician. but i have one message from eureka forbes customer care (Your service request number 0088311504 have been allocated to technician Mr. Nagalingana Goud ph. 7353769411 it will be attended shortly). after this message i call this person again is telling same story.       I am rajendra singh i have purchase eureka enhance ro+uv+uf+tds dtd 17-june-16 from m/s lamba electronics, kalkaji ji new delhi-19. After purchase shop keeper book for installation request. After that i have received the sms from your side request no-[protected] dtd 18-june-16 allocated technician name mr. Namish. After that calling some person he told me installation your ro i am assuming mr. Namish calling that time inform me coming evening. But he was coming 7.30 pm, i have told that person this is not correct time he says sorry. I have checked that person not carrying all equipment like tds checking equipment. After installation cut the bar code from packing box. I have informed not satisfied this installation. He says lock the complaint after 3 day’s and don’t use drinking water. Run ro 2-3 day’s and store water waist on drain. After 3 days lock the complaint no - is missing. 16, received a call from noida office mr. Amit told me wait more 2-3 day’s your water taste is fine ans closed my complaint, after 2-3 day’s lock the complaint no [protected] dtd 25-june-16, that time allocated technician name mr. Nand kishore but without coming & calling closed my complaint same day’s, next day morning will call mr. Nand day’s lock the complaint no [protected] dtd 25-june-16, that time allocated technician name mr. Nand kishore but without coming & calling closed my complaint same day’s, next day morning will call mr. Nand kishore he says this is system error will come 11-30am. But coming mr. Amit from noida service center 5.45 pm, i have informed water taste is very bad and tds is 10-20. Mr. Amit check the ro and told its ok but i told this is not ok bur refused our query. After that i have lock the complaint 2nd day’s complaint no [protected] dtd 28-june-16 allocated technician name mr. Nand kishore but coming mr amit. Open the ok machine and check the roughly continue 20 min set the tds equipment but not success that time tds is 20, after that pack the machine and told me again lock the complaint because complaint is already closed. That time ro machine leak the water inner side of machine, after that i have lock the complaint 2-july complaint no [protected] dtd 2-july-16 allocated technician name mr. Sarvesh attend the complaint carefully and properly and check the ro machine and replace the membrane or repair leakage that time tds is 100 but water taste is not good. But he says wait another 2-3 days, i have lock the complaint 2-july complaint no [protected] dtd 4-july-16 allocated technician name mr. Sarvesh but not coming due to heavy rain. After that i have escalate the case & problem, call from service head mr. Jain mobile no-[protected] he told me problem resolved within week and change the tds equipment. Sunday dtd 10-july -16attend the complaint by mr. Amit with old tds equipment will informed mr. Jain service head & noida service center mr. Upadhyay ji he was send to gr. Noida mr. Sarvesh that time i have refused to stall old tds equipment but all person conveyances me tds equipment is new plz change. After change tds equipment is not working properly and leak, mr. Service again fitted old company fitted tds equipment set the machine. And told me its ok. One of problem is ro machine exit / flash system is not working properly. But mr. Sarvesh saying this process is not enhance model, i am surprise and show the internet, that time he says training time not to cover this model send the sr technician. That time also promised & commitment by mr. Jain mobile no-[protected] coming & visit my home dtd 17-july with sr technician and resolved the case. But last 15-july cant pick the my call till date, after that i have lock the complaint no [protected] dtd 18-

        Premier marketing at hassan, karnataka are dealers and services people for aquaguard products. My experience is their service standard is woeful. Aquaguard people are getting a badname because of service delays. Clean drinking water is an everyhour necessity and if you can't service on the same day of service request what is the use? It is already two days and still they are not coming. Top honchos of eureka forbes if you can't give service on the same day, you are bringing a bad name for tatasky. Please warn them to fall in line or change your dealership.

          Dear sir, i am wg cdr bhatt resident of 20a/286, arjan vihar, delhi cantt. I have been using ur aqwaguard product riviya for the last 7 years under amc arrangement. My customer code is [protected], i would like to bring the following for your kind attention and intervention.
          I am really very disappointed by your service centers giving services to our area.
          For the last one year dispite complaint ur rep never attend complaint on time. I had to make repeated request to attend the problem. My serving was due on 30 june 16 but ur rep mr rajesh didn't turn up dispite several request on 10 july. He did replaced my aquaguard candles but could not resume its functioning. Next day he came again n could resume functioning. The water was tasting very better, he assured that it would be okay in day or two. However, 5, 6 days it did not improved. I complained the same to the branch manager mrs goyal at rk puram branch on 19 jul. She assured me action on next day. Next day i received a call from mr rajesh service engineer, that he is busy n positively attened the complaint on 21 jul. On 21 st evening at 1800 hrs, when i came back from office, the complaint was still attended. I immediately called the branch n threatened for a complaint. Than, thereafter they directed mr rajesh to attend the call, as usual he came unprepared, n said the flusing is not working properly. He would again come with a new set to rectify the problem. Now i have to wait yet another day to make my ro functional.

          Dear sir,
          If i have to suffer like this, why i should be doing amc with ur company.
          Pls take it as a warning n take action, else u loose one customer. Pls revert back with action taken.

            I have taken a service contract with eureka fofoes for two years for my aquaguard geneus ro on 13 november 2015. And paid rs.9050. I made a service request on 06 july that was attended to. However after the technician left, the ro started leaking and so i made another request.. No one has attended to date in spite of registering multiple requests to attend. The ro continues to leak and i have to place a bucket below. They msg that technician has attended and problem solved every time i lodge a request, when actually no one has come. I feel harassed and cheated and request you to guide me how to proceed further. My last request was on 19 july no. [protected].

            No one has attended to my complaint and I have received a message that service request number [protected] has been completed by service technicianMr. ANKUSH NARSING HANKARE. This is unethical and adding to the harassment. Please enquire and take action against the person concerned ASAP and ensure that my RO is repaired and working properly.

              Complaint

              Aguaguard classic waterpurifier supplied in jul 2015 was not functioning to the satisfaction of the customer. many correspondance in the past has not yielded any friutful results. e-mail sent to customer care of eureka forbes on mail id [protected]@eurekaforbes.com and product.[protected]@india.com were not replied. customer care is not at all aware of latest action on this issue.
              frustrated over above problem customer has decided to sue eureka forbes in consumer court because, refund requested has not been given till now. sms coming on my mobile is rediculous because it reads eureka forbes rep sivakumar will visit site for servicing but mr sivakumar came on 20th jul 2016 and taken away the machine for refund : where as sms on 20th reads sivakumar has completed mandatory servicing.
              therefore i request refund of cost of machine in full amount including compensation for inconvenience caused in the last one year. case proceding is held in abeyance for one more week. and if no action is taken by eurekaforbes, customer shall proceed legally with the case in court.

                Dear madam / sir,

                I made a service request ref.: [protected], for my water purifier to customer care couple of days back and on 15jul 2016 an engineer visited my place but he did some cleanup job, but couldn't care to check the refills/cartridges nor open the machine for any malfunctioning, now my water purifier has stopped working and there is no drinking water coming out... we even asked the engineer to kindly do the service properly but he insisted there is no need...

                Further, the irony is, im trying to reach out eureka forbes via tele customer care, online service request, escalate service request but couldn’t got through any of the modes. this disheartening that eureka forbes from whom i have bought 2 water purifiers 2 vacuum cleaners, do not have better customer service even when the product is covered under warranty.

                Request again to kindly attend my water purifier for servicing as during rainy season water borne disease spread easily...

                Since my Eureka Forbes Water Purifier having issues when technician first visited for regular servicing. So far Eureka Forbes has failed in rectifying the issues with the Purifier. Current situation is My Water Purifier is making noise while using and is also giving away waste water... have complained again on the phone to the Service Center on tuesday 09-Aug2016 but they just over looked my complained and has not taken any action so far...

                Have requested Eureka Forbes numerous times and in the month of July 2016 Eureka Forbes Engineers have attended my Water Purifier on 15July2016 and 21-22July2016 but still issues not completely resolved. Though the problem of NO WATER is resolved but now Purifier is making weird noises and even the LED light of Purifier goes off after a while even when the plugged in...Kindly resolve the issues...After spending so much money Eureka Forbes has been providing sub-standard after sales service even in the Warranty period...

The Technician from Eureka Forbes this time has completely shut the water purifier and now purifier is no more functional and we have to make alternate arrangements of drinking water.

                  I am writing to you from salt lake city, kolkata. We had purchased a water purifier through one of your sales men mr. Santanu sadukhan on 22.07.2015 with an order number[protected]. We had been using various models of aquaguard ever since i can remember. Before the date of purchase of this particular model we had been using another aquaguard with amc taken for three years which would have expired in 2017.
                  So during sale, mr. Sadukhan said that he would add on the amc to the new aquaguard along with two years of free amc for the new one. But after repeated calls, he is yet to give us the letter on amc.

                  We only got one year's amc for the new machine. This matter was taken up with the customer care of eureka forbes following which two people came to know about the details. They told that i should have handed over the old aquaguard to avail the amc of the old machine. I did not hand it over as it was not communicated to me. The old aquaguard was thrown away.

                  Within a week of them coming, mr. Sadukhan (The sales person) came and asked to withdraw the complaint as he was temporarily dismissed from job. Also he said that he would adjust free services in amc when i would renew it after june 2016 (If i withdrew the complaint, he could get back on his job and do the necessary).

                  I had complained to your customer care regarding this and the docket number for the same is 95010043. Kindly look into the matter and let me know the progress of the resolution. After repeated follow ups, nobody bothered to resolve this issue.

                  The issue has not been resolved. The salesperson in question called me up a few days after I posted a complaint here and remarked, "you have made another complaint? ", I have told you numerous times that I can only give you the extra srrvice provided you buy the AMC again. This will not cover any change of parts facility. To avail the change of parts feature, I should have handed over the old aquaguard.

                  My point is that 1) I was not informed about handing over the old aquaguard 2) no extra free service as promised. I got only one year of free service which was anyway provided with the machine.
                  3) old amc was not carried forward.

                  You can check the bill of current machine and amc of old machine attached a few days ago.

                      Hi team,

                      I bought one aquaguard ro 4 days ago and requested to customer care for installation of this ro at my home.

                      Now after 4 days, still i did not get any call for installation.

                      I tried calling customer care again and again but every time asked to wait for next 2-3 hours, still no response for this installation.

                      When i tried calling local customer response center, i am getting the same response from the representative that i will be getting call in next 2-3 hours.

                        On 28th june 2016, i have ordered aquasure cartridge at eureka forbes website. The next day i have received an acknowledgement email about the booking with a reference number [protected]. Its almost a month and the product is not shipped yet.
                        Called the customer care 10 times, done chat online 3-4times, written email to [protected]@eurekaforbes.Co.In 3 times, all useless services. For a 500/- product i wasted lot of money and time and till now no one responds over emails or do a call back, as assured by the customer care.
                        Surprisingly, couple of csr said, they cannot see my reference number at all.
                        I have forwarded the acknowledgement email to [protected]@eurekaforbes.Co.In, but hopeless people do not care to reply. Eureka forbes is a thug company, where no one cares to respond to customers. Similarly such small transactions would make them millionaires by cheating common public. I recommend people not to go for the products of this company.

                          I, nitin chaudhary, have lodged a complaint for non functioning of my water purifier on 12/07/2016 (Complaint no. 160-b120030). The representative came on 13/07/2016, checked the purifier and told that the circuit has broken down and needs to be replaced. He also said that this will get replaced in 2-3 working days.

                          It's been a week that my purifier has not been amended and it's still said that it will take 2-3 days more.

                          How can a company like eureka forbes doesn't have such an important component. It's harassing as why would we should prefer eureka forbes over other company if we receive such a delayed response.

                          Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                            Hi, I am writing this email with lot of frustration that has been created by Aquasure technicians.
                            Technicians mishandled and misbehaved with me and my wife in a filthy language.
                            The product fell off on the very first day at my wife's feet hurting her a bit - luckily, she escaped.
                            it took 5 weeks of battle to get the replacement done and today (18/07/16) and it is set to fall down anytime.
                            When called, Suresh dint pick the phone, tried others - Idhris ([protected]) & Ravikanth ([protected]) is brutal and does not have any decency/intimacy towards the customer and he does not have any patience to listen to the problem and started using filthy language against my wife and me.
                            I am looking for proper justice and would like to get my money back.

                              To whomsoever it may concern
                              This is to inform you that we have taken three years service contract from eureka forbes contract receipt no 23670695 for model ivory dx and paid a sum of rs 3630 cheque no dated 284995 on 29/6/2014 which is valid till 28/6/2017.
                              From 2014 dated till today no one has come for any maintenance after our repeated calling on toll free no, kalyan eureka forbes no and the person who made the contract.
                              We have been mentally drained, and our spending our precious time and money by calling eureka forbes numerous time.
                              Being a branded company we are very upset with this service which should be rectified and our complaint should be taken care at the earliest.
                              Each time we call the toll free no they tell us we will send by evening a senior technician who will deal with the matter. Mr rohan pawar came once he told to show the contract paper took a photograph of it and left without informing anything on asking he was very rude. Is this your standard that you cannot train your technician how to speak.
                              On the contrary after he left immediately i have got message on my mobile that your complaint has been successfully dealt which is height of cheating by your company.
                              After that last 3 weeks i have been calling everyday. Yesterday they gave me the area manager kalyan number mr jayant shetty, who put me on con call with the company. He said that by evening 6 pm your matter will be solved but its still not solved.
                              I want immediate action to be taken as its rainy season since 2014 after payment my candle is not changed we put machine for safe drinking water can you guarantee me its safety. If we get any water borne diseases the company has to bear the cost. I also want the contract to be extended for the lost period.
                              From my numerous complaint my last complaint no is 88097315.
                              Please do not cheat your customer they rely on you for their care why should we think you are our friend for life your motto.
                              Hope something is done otherwise i have to take further steps regarding this matter.

                                From last few days water supply from my ro was very low and on 15 july it was stopped 100% then i had done request on customer care of aquaguard on 15.07.2016 with reference number 96104167 and on today 17.07.2016 with reference number 96116934 but still now no one came from company to sought out this problem and we're buying water from market for our daily needs...
                                Ro is still under warranty of 1 yr.

                                    I am a customer from 2006. I have an aquaguard purifier and have maintained an amc from then till date. On 21st march, i had paid for a renewal of the amc from 23rd march 2016 to 22nd march 2019.

                                    As per the terms, there should have been a visit in june or july. But nobody turned up!! I called eurosmile on 11th july to update my contact details again and put in a service request. The reply was that someone will get in touch within 2 working days!! No call or visit!! So i sent a "req" sms and got a similar reply! Again nothing!! On 15th july, i called up eurosmile again and requested them yet again! To which i was told that the company would contact my area service incharge and the needful would be done immediately. It is past 8.30p. M. On 16th july and no call or visit so far!!

                                    I have paid a good amount of rs.4360/- and have now decided to file a suit with the consumer court. I will also ensure that other consumers do not fall prey to the false promises made by eureka forbes by publishing the details on all media!!
