[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — elegance ro | |||
The technician has done 2 years amc on 2nd week of sept 2017 but the filters are not yet changed by the technician though he had promised to so. As the amc money is already transferred to eureka forbes in last month itself, i need an explanation from the company for this and want to lodge a case of cheating against eureka forbes. I have made complaints many times but there is always been replied that the matter will be checked & responded quickly which is yet to happen. Hence i request the authority to look into this matter & resolve it at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||

Thanks Consumer complaints forum for advising Eureka Forbes to change the filters of my RO. Now I request Eureka Forbes to start the date of my AMC from 1st Oct 2017 to 23rd Oct 2017 and shall remain valid till 23rd Oct 2019.
