After AMC I got no proper service. Now the water flow is stopped. One technician told me that after replacement of filter (carbon), the flow rate will be normal. But that filter I have to purchase, though I have AMC (of Rs.4000) for one year. Why I pay further for any replacement of the accessories? Mr. Sarkar (Haldia Branch Manager) told me no replace will be provided after purchase of new one. Earlier carbon filter was changed by them since I also had AMC last three years. Can I faith on your company's goodwill? Please solve it so that I and my family can drink purified water as before. Thanks.

    Drinking water is a basic human need which cannot be compromised and water purifiers have become a basic necessity in all the households nowadays. My family comprises of 2 senior citizens close to 70 years of age and 1 seven year old child along with my husband and myself.


    We had made a purchase of a ro water purifier at ahmedabad and the seller has cheated us by delivering a faulty/defective machine. Details pertaining to the sales are as under.

    We have been delivered a defective machine which runs into some or the other kind of trouble every now and then. This puts our family at risk of different kind of water borne infections and diseases. Every time we call up the company service firstly they send the technician to address the problem not before a weeks time. During that period we become susceptible to life threatening infections. Even after repeated visits done by the company technicians, more then 20 visits in the last 11 months the water purifier shuts down due to some or the other reason which the service provider is not able to explain. We have tried to put up our case at all possible authorities of the company. They keep sending the technicians repeatedly but the problem/complaint is never resolved. The company is only waiting for this product to run out of the warranty period post which they would no longer be accountable. We have been grossly cheated by the company and we demand to get the machine replaced while it is still within the warranty period.

    They haven't found the earliest yet... very bad after service. Will strongly advise against buying Eureka Forbes RO's and other products...

    Sorry, to inform you that your service team is only fooling you.
    The said issue has not been resolved.
    Your service team has not got in touch with us even after one whole month of the complaint. We have started facing a new set of problems with the water purifier.
    Eureka Forbes sucks...
    We are not going to let this issue die down. We are going to reproduce your lame duck response on the social media and circulate this episode as much as possible. This will at least ensure that other buyers don't fall prey to your malpractice.

      I bought an enhance model from Eureka Forbes. the vessel in which supposedly purified water is stored - mud settles on it. There are cockroaches in the vessel.
      I am sick and tired of complaining to the company. They send technicians but haven't got any permanent solution. technicians come clean the vessel and then again in few days mud settles inside the vessel. I would request the company to either change the water purifier or resolve the issue permanently. I have a two year kid and an elderly person at home. I cant give them this water.Can you please help me?

        While I was purchasing aquaguard product from official online website of the company, I don't know how Mr Rajesh Yadav reach to my residence and promised my wife that if we buy from him he offered 4 (four) total free lucrative offers
        (1) Bottle which was free online purchase.
        (2) Provide Plastic body cover for free.
        (3) Extra Long Pipe for Free.
        (4) Buy back of old working machine at Rs. 500.
        So my wife has ordered the machine through him. But at the time of delivery he took full amount and said what ever they promised will be delivered next day or in two days as company has not sent to thier office and they will take away my old machine at same time and pay back Rs. 500.

        But as they wanted to fraud us they never turn up till today. Lots of complaints made on thier "call centres" but no reply.

        Worst part is that in today's customer friendly era they do not have any grievence readdrasal system. They do not have mail address wherein you can send your complaints. They deny to provide contact details of customer relation manager, grievence department.

          With regrett we would likek to inform your kind offrice that although the same
          aquaguard is purchased vide customer id [protected] bill date 21.11.15 the person who came and encourage us to purchase also he made the middle man to allow us to purchase also a freeze for drinking water, the same is yet to be fitted or fixed. No service e of its first fixation and starting o[censored]sing the same is not done in-spite of our repeated request. the person has off his phone and we are handicapped.

          this is an unit of the orphanages of 350 children and we may lodge a complain to the Government and Collector Jharsuguda or we may approach a case against the company in the Consumer court if the same is not done immediately


          Please initiate service of installation of the same.

            Toataly fraud companycompany pathetic service...
            We have purchased aquagard in April 2014 from eureka Forbes.
            One of his employee name is Mr Raj patil(fully cheater) offered us a good deal having two year free service, one travel bag and discount on water purifier.
            We said OK, he has taken full payment and said u will get water purifier with in two to three days.
            After few dqys when we didn't get any thing then we called on his number ( thank God we did payment by cheque), after our phone they did delivery. But no travel bag or any discount. We again called him, then he said he is not able to give any discount .
            We said its OK.
            Again after few months no travel bag or any gift and he not picking our phone.
            Then after ten months of purchase when we don't get proper service then we called service center. Service center people said we have not sold any aquagard to u, we don't have any record. They also said we don have any employee named as Mr Raj Patil.
            Then we again called company custemor care and they said go and meet Mr Lokesh at service center Indore.
            I said OK. When I went to company office at saphhaire house vijay Nagar, I saw Mr Raj Patil inside office (whom they are deniying as there employee).
            I met company service manager Mr Lokesh and show my bill, then he agree to do service . I told them we have two year free service as committed by your employee. Then he refused and said "sir, bechne ke liye yo salesman kuch bhi bolta hai"

            So dear friends, the reason of this detailed review is pls Be aware from this fraud company.
            They are ready to give u paid service by there expensive AMC contract..

            The water quality of the aquaguard is really bad. The taste of water is getting worse by the day

              I have problem with aquaguard enhance ro+uv.

              I tried in all means to contact for a service.Every executive from your side just try to escape and finally i am left with around 10 calls and of no use.No one turns up. The customer care numbers dont even lift the call.They have tested my patience to the most.Who are going through this message, i strongly recommend that in life donot opt eureka forbes.If you do, you are going to suffer the most for sure.

                Hello customer care !!!

                Can anybody in the company closely follow-up till this issue is closed ?

                I am struggling to get 2nd service (Candle replacement) covered under amc. Amc was taken in july 2015 and second service was due in january 2016. I am following up since january 2016.

                Now we are in may and the 3rd service will be due shortly in 2-3 months. Before that, can you guys complete 2nd service ?????

                I can't write any more on this.

                Amc is for 3 years, that means 5 more services have to be done in the coming months/years. If this issue repeats in every service,
                It is better to buy a new product from other brand instead of scratching my head like this.

                I posted this complaint two hrs back but AMC service was attended by the Eureka Forbes technician few mins back. So closing this complaint as resolved.

                I got the Candle replacement in AquaSure just now. So this issue is closed now. Next service (candle replacement) is due in just 2 months. Hope to get service on time.

                    I have an Aquaguard Reviva 50 RO installed (installation date- 4th december 2015). Since 18th April 2016, water filtering was very slow, hence, I complained for service on the 21st April, 2016 after which a technician turned up in the evening and the filtering speed got somewhat better. Before he left, he provided me a local number and asked me to contact the next day in case the taste of water changed.
                    The taste actually changed and the excess water that should drain increased manifold (earlier, the drained water was approximately 12 litres for 8 litres but now almost 40-45 liter drained to fill 8 litres only). The next day, when I called the local number in the morning and the afternoon as well, it assured me of help (morning and again in afternoon) but nobody turned up and hence, I registered a fresh complaint on 22nd April (complain no.[protected] late in the evening regarding change in taste of water and excess drain of waste water. Nobody turned up till the 26th April and hence, I complained again and this time they assured me that a reminder would be set and "my complaint would be adhered to within 2 working days" (their standard statement) but to my surprise, nobody turned up till 30th April when finally I complained and a fresh complaint number[protected] was allotted to me with their standard assurance statement.
                    The water tasted unusual and caused a lot of stomach problems to the members of the house. This happened due to lack of speedy service delivery by the company. Though, my product is in warranty, I had to suffer due to their irresponsible attitude towards their prospective customers.
                    The company should be punished by means of compensation or replacement of the product due to this unbearable irresponsibility. Other details are provided as below:

                      I buy aqua guard reviva ro+uv on 10.04.2016 with paid full payment, company commitment delivery of the product 7 working days but i receive product 22.04.2016, then i call to company and submit the request for installation of the product. i'm daily call to company and requisite for installation of the product but company say they install the product with in 24 hours, today 29.04.2016 i'm suffering with this problem, purchase water with extra cost.

                        To Eureka Forbes,

                        I purchased aquaguard geneus around two and a half years before from Ahmedabad. Till one warranty year it's working perfectly in regular free services. After that I purchased the AMC on 28-6-15 at 4830 Rs. They replaced the all filters. Just after next month they have issue in RO. after that each and every month there is a problem in the product. With in 4 month they replace newly membrane by the service membrane. Then again last month they change service membrane and pump also. Now I shifted to Delhi. After installed by the eureka fobes guy. He suggested me to installed the external filter also. I agreed and paid him 1, 050 for filter as well as Rs 350 for installation. first day it's working fine but next day it's completely stop and not filtering water. Again that guy visited and told me that filters are damage and in Delhi they not covered filters in AMC. he ask me to buy AMC again even my old AMC is going to expired after two months. Is this joke or what. I paid for this product 23, 000Rs. Then again paid 4830 Rs for AMC. Then again 4, 830 Rs AMC with in 3 years. 23000+4830+1050+4830=33, 710 Rs. In this price I can buy 4 dolphin R.O +UV.

                          I bought an aquaguard suggested by their dealers on may 2015 but due to water problem it doesn't run properly I complaint about it then they send there mechanic and he suggested to attach miracle worth rs 2000 to it after applying it we couldn't see better result and ask that person to come again and see the real problem then he asked us to install ro and he gave the no of there senior sales specialist he asked to install new machine in replacement of the old machine but after sometime he left the job then I complaint against him in the company after listening to everything there manager along with the fraud persons boss came to my place and come to the conclusion that they will cut some money and take the machine and will return me my money after taking the machine but its been 2 months the manager came but till now no one has come and no body pick my call ..everyone involve in this was fraud and I have complaint about it soo many times in the company but no one responded

                            I have done AMC of 2 year in Eureka Forbes but till yet we have not received any service since last one year for this when I have log a call in Eureka Forbes one engineer visited our house and told that my home is in his area but some different person from eureka forbes has done this AMC so I can't do anything.
                            For this AMC I have paid Rs.7820 which is not a small amount for a middle class family.I am a senior citizen So requesting you pls help.

                                I have already put complaint on 23/04/16 at 6:30 pm eureka forbes complaint id: 1272177, but one serviceman visited to my home and check the ro system and told me mother board was damage...And it will take 2 days time such happening on 26/04/16 but still my problem not solved.
                                I am facing lot of problem daily purchase 2 water can for drinking water 70x2=140 rs from date 18/04/16 to onward,
                                Kindly note my problem as highly priority and resolved immediately.

                                  Hi there,
                                  Whoever is reading this complaint i firstly want to appreciate your company products are awesome and truly good but as mentioned in the above subject you need to truly improve door to door services to the common citizens. Since last year I have got a very bad experience of the door to door services provided by your company. The agents coming from the company are very lethargic and are very not very much trusted, they are telling very much lie( example:- they are saying coming today but coming the next day.) This delays will lose the confidence in the company's service . Please your vital intervention is required.

                                    On 8th dec'2014, i took a service contract of eureka forbes for 2 years.Accordingly i was promised 4 periodical service. Last servicing that took place was on June'2015. Since then no one has turned up even after no. of complaints and requests.Complaint no. as on 20th jan'2016 is 85322190.The service contract ends on 13th dec'2016.Kindly do the needful asap.
                                    I have attached a copy of service contract for your reference.

                                    We are within warranty time line even after repeated complain in customer care no help yet.Every week the aqua guard stops working and we are lodging complain technician come and do some fix but even knowing there is a problem not replacing same and also not providing any receipt/ or any document after service. So we are unable to get whether the technician is efficient enough or a fraud person . It is just horrible experience since last 10months we purchase the product.Latest Docket numbre#N08612790.

                                    Someone from the service department came today and just washed the candle and put the same in the machine.He did not replaced candle and carbon block with the new as was promised to me during my service contract renewal. According to your service centre the candle has been changed in the month of jan'2016 which is not at all true. The truth is that the last service and candle, carbon block replacement was done on jun/jul'2015.No one has come after that. I request you to kindly either show me the proof of your claims or change the candle & carbon block asap.

                                    Well then your service team is definitely lying. My issue has not been resolved.kindly go through my previous mail. The candle & carbon block needs to be changed. your service team says that it was done in the month of jan'2016 which is a complete lie. please show me the proof of your claims. Guys this is really not done. never expected such pathetic service from you.I trusted you thats why took two year contract and now this is the kind of treatment i get.

                                      I have an Aquaguard water purifier and have taken an AMC for this. However, they assure 24 hours service which rarely happens. I have given a complaint from my registered mobile ([protected]) on 21st but to date (28th) it is not repaired. The technician ( a Mr Sai) who came after several days, said he had to replace a part and would be back next day.Never turned up.

                                      How can an company that has a brand name behave like this. Do I have to give a complain to HO or consumer courts. Planning to write this complaint on Aquaguard service to all newspapers if the problem is not addressed within 24 hours

                                        We have taken an xtra tuff water purifier, We always had problem with the cartridge and its installation. We had issues 4 times as stated below; and we made total 4 purchases for 1800/- (450*4) and still my water purifier does not work

                                        1. First we got a cartridge with expiry, no guarantee of it - purchase 1

                                        2. Then another new cartridge was not installed properly because of new elastic... but it was proper when we had a service executive come to us with a visit fee fee of Rs 250/- validity one month - Purchase 2

                                        3. New Cartridge purchased from a shop but it was defective and no changes done for that.

                                        4. Now we have another cartridge purchased but no use as again they are asking for service charges as one month has expired and so we shall have to pay again

                                        Now, almost I have paid for the equivalent amount for cartridges as it is for the water purifier.

                                        The company gives services only for big and expensive water purifiers not for the normal ones.

                                        Seriously we have spend 4 times money for the cartridges as much as the cost of water purifier and still no results
