Hi,

have Purchased the aqua guard water purifier form flip kart on 20th July'2016
continuously chasing the technician team from Eureka Forbes for installing
the product and no body came..after long chase today one technician came with out any acknowledge and his supervise Aslam...he is the owner of the company tell the customer care my dam if want to buy you buy or get lost
we dint care and use all filthy language..

pls take action on him are you will loose the balance name u have in the market

    It has been a month since we lodged a complaint for repairing the aquagaurd genius +. it was under warranty period. every time i call, we get one standard reply from your executives saying that the technician will be attending within 24 hrs. so far no one attended and this was escalated and i was given the number of the group leader bhaskar. i was informed that he is in-charge for t. nagar chennai area. he had also promised to look into the issue and it has been 5 days so far no response. now by july 27th the warranty period will also be over and nothing is done. i have been spending thousands of rupees in buying mineral water as i do not have an alternative. please respond immediately before we approach the consumer court.

      We had logged a complaint on 13th july 2016 that are water purifier is not operational and today is 25th july and still the issue is not resolved. very bad response. specially agents jyoti and dharmesh who acted as very bad customer support.

      Water purifier is a very important and essential product of our everyday life, and a company like eureka forbes has shown least of its concerns for our problem.

      Very bad service a very strong recommendation never to buy this again.

        Euroka forbe is really third class service provider and there service engineers are not at all aware with there product

        At time of purchase eureka forbe team committed 3 free service within a year but we received service after registering complaint

        We have registered complaint on 10 th july, and tukaram choagule attended complaint but not in position to give solution and issue is not get attended on same day

        Later same service allocated to rohan yadav (Mob no: [protected])

        From that day after every 2 days we are receiving msg that service allocated to technician but till date no one attended

        Yesterday surprisingly we have received msg that service completed by him without visiting and without attending issue

        Is the way eureka forbe is providing service?

            I undersigned has purchased a aqua guard machine customer code [protected] on 15th october 2015.
            The same was installed about 8 days later
            1. machine stopped working on 28th march
            2. pcb board changed on 2nd april.
            3. i demanded a service report of repairs - same not given by technician ganesh gaud
            4. servicing of six months was due after 15th april 2016 - not done
            5. machine stopped working on 15.7.2016
            6. technician ganesh gaud attended & said part has to be changed.
            7. i have demanded a service report & he is not ready to give it to me
            8. on 20th july made another complaint - no response till date.

              I had purchased an amc bearing the receipt no.[protected] from eureka forbes for service of my aqua guard water purifier paying rs.4800/- over a validity of 3years on 26.07.2015. My consumer id is [protected]. My present address is ch. Satyanarayana, branch manager, sbi, devarapalle branch, opp. Raja rajeswari motors, raja rajeswari nilayam, ground floor, devarapalle, visakhapatnam district, ap-531030. I got my address updated by calling customer care around twelve days ago and booked a service request too for which i didn't get any response in return from the personnel of eureka forbes. None of the technicians turned up till now at my place. Since the date of purchase of amc it is the duty of the company itself to provide the service twice an year as per the contract which the company violated the agreed t&c and hadn't given atlease once till date though the contract is live till 30.07.2018. As such i look forward for your early action in this regard, else i will be constrained to file a suit.

                This is pertaining to a eureka forbes water purifier (ro + uv + uf) bought five months back. i spent good money considering it will be a good product with short tat for servicing. but since last month the product stopped working.

                Situation
                1) the product was continuously leaking and there was a water wastage which
                O important to us in water scarcity scenario in mumbai.

                2) i took the risk of switching it off and i got a severe shock


                3) last 24 days i m buying water bottles to survive.

                Response from eureka forbes

                1) i logged in my first complaint (no:[protected] and called thrice in a timeline of 15 days, every time got an assurance as my product is under warranty but no one turned up or called.

                2) in my 4th call, i have been issued a new complaint no. 88269194 by deceiving me as i have been issued an urgency complain. but no one has turned till today after repeated calls

                3) today (24th july 2016) i finally called up to know the escalation process, but i have been deceived again with an assurance of service by tomorrow, when i have requested for interaction with superior, i have been deceived again & had been put on voicemail.

                This is causing severe distress, i am not able to focus on my work mentally and physically i have experienced the hazards of the product.

                I have reached to this extent to put my complain forward to this platform.

                I have done AMC for my aquasure nano ro water purifier.After repeated complaint they are not coming to check and replace filter.Everytime I am calling to customer care they are telling we are lodging your complaint to higher authorities but nothing is happening after that.

                  Last many years my products were under constant amc. Although service is not so good at rajahmundry city in andhra pradesh, still we have been availing amc since many years or rather since we bought the gadgets.
                  Local franchisee fellow is not showing any interest in renewing the amc.
                  However, from dm-022653 i keep getting messages asking if i am interested in renewing amc.
                  Although i say yes, neither eureka nor the local franchisee fellow comes to renew it.
                  I keep calling numbers [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected] wasting a lot of money only to be asked by the executives to call another number everytime.
                  Is company working or going to be defunct i dont know.
                  I request the concerned to let me know the position or service.

                  Some years ago EUREKA FORBES MEN were symbolic for SERVICE. Now-a-days your private franchisees definitely not doing service as it was earlier.
                  My customer code is [protected] for AMC for AG INOVA.
                  Please refer to Contract Receipt No.[protected] for AG INOVO for Rs.4410/- covering the period of AMC from 20/9/2015 to 19/9/2018.
                  Contract receipt No.[protected] for VC W/D covering the period of AMC from 16/6/2014 to 15/6/2016.
                  Getting messages from your DM-022653 for renewal on one side and when contacted the local service franchisee, I was informed by the receptionist that AMC for our products (AG & EC-WET n' DRY) expired.
                  Since it is difficult for house holds to maintain proper keeping of files, I took that both the AMCs expired.
                  I request you to verify and arrange to get me service please.

                    I have purchased one aquaguard enhance ro+uv+tds 6 days ago on 19th july 2016.

                    I raised a request to customer service center by calling on +[protected] for installation of this ro at my home.
                    Customer service representative noted down my address with all details and they shared complain number 96144749 and
                    They confirmed techician will contact me and visit my home within 48 hrs for new installation.

                    No technician contact me regarding new installation. After 48 hrs i called and they told me they had some issue in network problem
                    So they couldn't connect to technician they have raised high priority tickets. Whenever i called them they come with some
                    Excuses like (Network problem, server down) and they told we are raising high priority ticket technician will visit within 2-3 hrs.
                    But i couldn't received any update till now. Eureka forbes should provide correct information to the customer.
                    I am really un-satisfied with the eureka forbes company response and professional behavior with customer.

                    I will request from eureka forbes please take this matter on priority and ask your technician to visit for new installation.
                    Otherwise i will return to this aquraguard.

                    There is still no response from Eureka Forbes Team. We are waiting from last 8 days. It's really very unprofessional behavior from Eureka Forbes Team. I have called many times and always they said they are escalating this case but there is no result for this.
                    I will not recommend to anyone to buy Eureka Forbes product.
                    I will return this product as no technician is coming for installation then there is no use of this product.

                      I mohamed patel purchased dr. Aquaguard classic on 11/7/16. No person turned up for installing the same until followup. From the time of installation till today after so many complaints n visits by technicians the said machine is not working. Kindly replace the same else refund my money. If the matter is not taken urgently i will have to approach consumer court for causing mental harassment. Order no.[protected]. The technician has also reported the machine to be faulty through customer care complaint but no response.

                        Gouse pasha a sales person whose employee code is 9096657, came to me when i called about amc of my ro enhance water purifier of eureka forbes. He came to me and guided me and convinced me to change my water purifier with aquaguard geneus plus. He convinced me that geneus plus is good one in health point of view. He promised me that he will take our present eureka ro water purifier for rs.3000/- and fix the new purifier of geneus plus. He made me to book the geneus plus purifier online and the product also delivered to me 5 days back itself. Now he is not responding and not taking the old one. Because of this person fraud behavior i strictly decided that not continue with eureka forbes products and also i suggest all the people be careful that euraka company is maintaining this type of sales persons to sale their products

                        Gouse pasha, a sales person in eureka forbes whose employee code is 9096657 guided us wrongly and convinced me to purchse their product aquaguard water purifier geneus plus unnecessarily which costs Rs.22, 990/-, though i am having aquaguard RO purifier. After the enquiry with the aquaguard technical people, we came to know that there is no need to change the purifier.Finally i came to know that he misguided me only to reach his target of his sales .Please take an action against him.

                          I have purchased eureka forbes aquaguard (genus) (serial no. djk020) on 15th may 2016. i was facing problem from the first day as they didn't come to install the aquaguard for about a week and when they came, one of its part was broken from inside. so they took 4-5 days more to install it. after installation it worked well for around 15 days and then the taste of the water became worse. so i registered my complaint but no action was taken.. they have come 2-3 times to test the water and they even took a sample with them but still nothing happened. today is 23 of july 2016 and my machine is still not working.. i have been purchasing water from the market which have cost me a lot. it was my worst experience.

                            As i said i want the 2 year extension of amc as i lost my 2 year paid amc, with out getting proper service and part replacement,

                              I have availed a service contract with eurosmile a eureka forbes service unit on 2/11/15 for the routine quarterly service for the aquaguard purifier installed. the cost of the contract is 4190 rupees.

                              The service center have failed to provide even a single service since the contract was availed i. e. 2/11/15.
                              Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              It has been more than a month, that I am following up with your team. I have paid 5680rs to purchase 3years AMC from your service agent, I have not received any reciept or invoice for the same. Could you validate below mail and check the contract number given to me.

                              Received the amount of Rs.5680/- from Mr. Milind Wadhwani towards AMC for 3 years ( All the filters will be replaced per year inclusive of Sediment, HCCB, RO membrane and mineral catridge. Total 3 time replacement( Even the filters are in the working condition will be changed ) and 9 free servics will be attended within the AMC period ) AMC period starts from[protected] to[protected].

                                Hi eureka forbes,
                                New aqua guard enhance device is not working after installation (Service request:[protected]. The water is leaking and the tds regulator is not working the installation person acknowledged the problem, but said another technician will come to check.
                                The installation was done yesterday afternoon. We spoke to the manager at that time and assured that a senior technician will come same day itself to check the problem.
                                However, no one came.
                                We had to raise a separate complaint yesterday evening[protected], the technician visited our premise today morning and checked the device for 2-3 hours, and acknowledged the problem, but was unwilling to give in writing the defects in the device. He behaved rudely and left the premise.

                                It is highly shocking the kind of service eureka forbes is providing, firstly there are issues with the product and the service been provided is highly unsatisfying.

                                Request you to take immediate action and acknowledge the defects in the device for us to take next steps.

                                  Greetings!!!

                                  We have an aqua guard magna model, customer id [protected] which we have using from long time, and we have registered complaint on 06/07/2016 as complaint no. Is [protected] this machines there is a problem in pcb (Adapter) from 4th july 2016. Your bangalore office service engineer mr. Nagalingana gowda has came and checked and he told me there is a problem in adapter & i will replace it within two days. Due to shortage of material he was not able repaired the machine. Such a wondering you people didn't have spare like a single adapter. & we have already informed your area manager mr. Vallabha reddy (Area service head) of bangalore south. Regarding the same. There is no positive reply & only assuring this will be done by today evening, i have personally called him 3 to 4 times, we really fred up to call everyday in your call center.


                                  We never expected this kind of service from a company like eureka forbes. Why do you have such irresponsible people, who neither can work properly, nor they have respect for customers.


                                  Please look into this. And let us know about a solution to this issue.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam, till date i am not received any call from company or service technician. but i have one message from eureka forbes customer care (Your service request number 0088311504 have been allocated to technician Mr. Nagalingana Goud ph. 7353769411 it will be attended shortly). after this message i call this person again is telling same story.                                     I am rajendra singh i have purchase eureka enhance ro+uv+uf+tds dtd 17-june-16 from m/s lamba electronics, kalkaji ji new delhi-19. After purchase shop keeper book for installation request. After that i have received the sms from your side request no-[protected] dtd 18-june-16 allocated technician name mr. Namish. After that calling some person he told me installation your ro i am assuming mr. Namish calling that time inform me coming evening. But he was coming 7.30 pm, i have told that person this is not correct time he says sorry. I have checked that person not carrying all equipment like tds checking equipment. After installation cut the bar code from packing box. I have informed not satisfied this installation. He says lock the complaint after 3 day’s and don’t use drinking water. Run ro 2-3 day’s and store water waist on drain. After 3 days lock the complaint no - is missing. 16, received a call from noida office mr. Amit told me wait more 2-3 day’s your water taste is fine ans closed my complaint, after 2-3 day’s lock the complaint no [protected] dtd 25-june-16, that time allocated technician name mr. Nand kishore but without coming & calling closed my complaint same day’s, next day morning will call mr. Nand day’s lock the complaint no [protected] dtd 25-june-16, that time allocated technician name mr. Nand kishore but without coming & calling closed my complaint same day’s, next day morning will call mr. Nand kishore he says this is system error will come 11-30am. But coming mr. Amit from noida service center 5.45 pm, i have informed water taste is very bad and tds is 10-20. Mr. Amit check the ro and told its ok but i told this is not ok bur refused our query. After that i have lock the complaint 2nd day’s complaint no [protected] dtd 28-june-16 allocated technician name mr. Nand kishore but coming mr amit. Open the ok machine and check the roughly continue 20 min set the tds equipment but not success that time tds is 20, after that pack the machine and told me again lock the complaint because complaint is already closed. That time ro machine leak the water inner side of machine, after that i have lock the complaint 2-july complaint no [protected] dtd 2-july-16 allocated technician name mr. Sarvesh attend the complaint carefully and properly and check the ro machine and replace the membrane or repair leakage that time tds is 100 but water taste is not good. But he says wait another 2-3 days, i have lock the complaint 2-july complaint no [protected] dtd 4-july-16 allocated technician name mr. Sarvesh but not coming due to heavy rain. After that i have escalate the case & problem, call from service head mr. Jain mobile no-[protected] he told me problem resolved within week and change the tds equipment. Sunday dtd 10-july -16attend the complaint by mr. Amit with old tds equipment will informed mr. Jain service head & noida service center mr. Upadhyay ji he was send to gr. Noida mr. Sarvesh that time i have refused to stall old tds equipment but all person conveyances me tds equipment is new plz change. After change tds equipment is not working properly and leak, mr. Service again fitted old company fitted tds equipment set the machine. And told me its ok. One of problem is ro machine exit / flash system is not working properly. But mr. Sarvesh saying this process is not enhance model, i am surprise and show the internet, that time he says training time not to cover this model send the sr technician. That time also promised & commitment by mr. Jain mobile no-[protected] coming & visit my home dtd 17-july with sr technician and resolved the case. But last 15-july cant pick the my call till date, after that i have lock the complaint no [protected] dtd 18-

                                      Premier marketing at hassan, karnataka are dealers and services people for aquaguard products. My experience is their service standard is woeful. Aquaguard people are getting a badname because of service delays. Clean drinking water is an everyhour necessity and if you can't service on the same day of service request what is the use? It is already two days and still they are not coming. Top honchos of eureka forbes if you can't give service on the same day, you are bringing a bad name for tatasky. Please warn them to fall in line or change your dealership.

                                        Dear sir, i am wg cdr bhatt resident of 20a/286, arjan vihar, delhi cantt. I have been using ur aqwaguard product riviya for the last 7 years under amc arrangement. My customer code is [protected], i would like to bring the following for your kind attention and intervention.
                                        I am really very disappointed by your service centers giving services to our area.
                                        For the last one year dispite complaint ur rep never attend complaint on time. I had to make repeated request to attend the problem. My serving was due on 30 june 16 but ur rep mr rajesh didn't turn up dispite several request on 10 july. He did replaced my aquaguard candles but could not resume its functioning. Next day he came again n could resume functioning. The water was tasting very better, he assured that it would be okay in day or two. However, 5, 6 days it did not improved. I complained the same to the branch manager mrs goyal at rk puram branch on 19 jul. She assured me action on next day. Next day i received a call from mr rajesh service engineer, that he is busy n positively attened the complaint on 21 jul. On 21 st evening at 1800 hrs, when i came back from office, the complaint was still attended. I immediately called the branch n threatened for a complaint. Than, thereafter they directed mr rajesh to attend the call, as usual he came unprepared, n said the flusing is not working properly. He would again come with a new set to rectify the problem. Now i have to wait yet another day to make my ro functional.

                                        If i have to suffer like this, why i should be doing amc with ur company.
                                        Pls take it as a warning n take action, else u loose one customer. Pls revert back with action taken.
