Dear Sir/ma'm,
I, Md.Giasuddin Bhuiya, member of the Halder Para Jame Masjid/Mosque ( S-123 Halder Para Jame Masjid, Kolkata-700018) would like to lodge a complaint against the poor service from the Eureka Forbes branch in Bhawanipore, Kolkata. We had purchased a vacuum cleaner( UV-450) from your company in 2014 and it functioned well. But around April 2015, it broke down and since then we contacted your customer care service for almost ten to fifteen times in the duration of five months and then we were sent a person named Sanjiv Ghosh of the Bhawanipore branch in kolkata. He informed us that the motor wasn't in working condition anymore and a new motor had to be bought so we ordered a new motor to him personally and we said whatever the price would be required we would pay for the motor. He didn't arrive and we tried contacting him on his personal phone number but of no vain. In almost 25 days our holy month of Ramadan is going to arrive and our mosque is getting untidy and this has become a real problem.
Please look into our matter considerably and try to find a solution really soon.

    I purchased a new machine(Magna HD...)in Dec 2015. It didn't even last for a month and started showing severe problems within a month. . The machine overflows like anything and flooding my kitchen and connected hall which is dangerous.
    The machine was replaced after 3 unsuccessful repair by the engineers but even the new machine developed the same problem
    in a month. Water overflows out of the machine top and we are forced to switch that off. It is not at all a good quality product from
    Eureka Forbes. How can two machines develop the same problem, it shows some fundamental problem with the machine hardware/s and that
    is not at all safe to use. I am not sure if water filter is working as the taste is not consistent. I am very depresses with the product
    and would like to return and get the refund. I have been with Eureka Forbes for last 13 years and used more than 5 products so far but
    this one is going to kill my loyalty for sure.
    I contacted eureka forbes through email and phone but didn't get any response. It is one of the worst experience so far.
    I can not trust even on the replacement now, so please suggest the best way forward.

    Please see if you can do something on urgent basis. The machine use to make noise, overflows and causing a mess in my Kitchen.
    Info provided on 20th May and today is 11th July and no one responded. I have sent 10s of reminders to EureForbes but not a even a single word response from them. I fee like cheated. First a faulty machine is delivered, then it was replaced with another faulty machine and 10s of visit by their unskilled engineers to fix the issues. I can't imagine how such a big brand like Eurekaforbes serve their customers. I am not going to buy any product from them in future for sure. Worst ever experience. A very unsafe product and worst ever customer service I have seen so far.

      My order [protected] purchased aquaguard purifier on april 2 and got delivered on april 19 as promised in a week time. Really pathetic.
      To add more on it still im still waiting for the installation.
      Its really painful chasing people all the time with no response from your end to my complaints. I cald customer care of eureka forbes and even ezone store where i purchased. Even visited the store several times and no response.
      Even after lodging so many complaints there is no update yet. Im so frustrated and want to return the product.

        I have returned the product and filled the form 25 days back, till now no response from eureka forbes, they are not giving proper response

        I have called customer care 100 times on [protected] and they say it is in progress, but no proper help from eureka forbes, i spent more then 1000/- for making calls, i think they are cheating customers.

          I purchased a new unit of water purifier on 2nd May 10, 2016, installed on 4th May 10, 2016.
          The same stopped working on 5th May …..
          A technician visited on 6th may and said that the electronic card needs to replaced ….!
          After lot of follow ups, technicians again visited on 10th & 11th and could not fix the problem with the electronics !

          Worst part of the whole process is the dialogue is one way - nobody from the company is giving me feedback on the status of my complaint and further actions.

          Even the earlier model UV+ is also giving similar problems repeatedly and hence I decided to change to latest model ...
          But the problem now comes with very new unit ...
          I have requested their customer care to give me a replacement unit but no response to my mail for past 2 days !!

          I had purchased euroclean wet n dry vaccum cleaner. But there is problem of pipe loosing.and got worst experience of servicing workers.from 1month they didny attained complaint for servicing..this company euaroclean gives worst servicing.no one comes for servicing to my place after calling in eurohelpline 100times

            1 year ago, Eureka Forbes had tested the drinking water and suggested the compact model. However, after a year, they send a different person and says that the water is contaminated and we should have installed the RO model. Now they are refusing to exchange the model. We have agreed to pay the extra amount that will be required for the RO model. However, they are not agreeing to it. Hence, day after day, we are consuming the impure water. Please help

              I Have Dr. Aquagaurd Water Purifier Model Magna HD+UV+RO. I Complaint on 4-MAY-2016 nobody came to resolve my problem on 9-MAY I recalled and again requested to solve the problem I am facing but till date nobody arrived at my home to service. I am facing problem that the water is not storing in the water tank and water feels heavy and tasteless on driking.

                In spite of calling help lines and calling the concerned person, there has been no action taken. Instead they are telling that the compliant has not been registered. This has been a repeated problem. In spite of having paid annual maintenance, we always have to keep complaining, only then the services will be provided. We are facing great difficulty in terms of this water purifier, please we need a quick response.

                    I purchased Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV+UF+TDS control on 23rd April 2016 from Top Ten Electronics in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The product is useless for me as it does not reduce hardness of water. The engineer installed it did not have TDS meter. I contacted the help line but getting different different answers. A Technical expert told me that the TDS regulating valve needs to be adjusted manually. Other 'Expert' told me that the TDS control is automatic. Whatever it is, it is not doing its job. After spending handsome amount of money, I am completely unsatisfied. The technician visiting my house is very very poor in knowledge.

                    I will let people know NOT TO BUY Aquaguard water purifiers.

I have got unit after a week then technician came after four days, April 29 technician came and check that product have motor issue, his name as Purosthman based on that I have raised replacement order on 2nd May from the to still now I didn't get replacement unit. I spoke customer care and all representative such as Anwar, Yuvaraj but no proper response, eventually they asked me to call Anuradha but she didn't response my call, I really lose my hope not sure whether ll get a new unit or not.                         I have raised a service request to aquaguard as the inlet flow of water is slow. As my AMC date is crossed, the service engineer came and said the filters are processing the water slowly, so you need to change the filters. Hence better to go for a new AMC. I agreed and paid the amount, they changed the filters and within a week, the inlet flow is again very slow. These cheap guys, for a commission on AMC have bluffed it seems. Eureka forbes needs to take care of these third party service agents, else their name will be completely gone. Trust curve will surely go down.

                        I have 3 complaint numbers. 1. 86917399, 2. 87036341 and 3.87087711. I have raised a complaint as the inlet is not proper and the service technician asked for AMC, and the 2nd complaint is even after changing the filters the same problem exists, again the service technician came and said the outlet pipe is clogged and one of the filter has a manufacturing defect and changed that filter. Again, today 13-May-2016, the outlet pipe is clogged and the water tastes bad, which means the water is not filtered. It a heck for me to raise complaints to the customer care 3 times a week and sending my time in following the complaints. Better send an experienced service engineer and try to resolve the issue. My contact number is [protected]. A third party service agency named Naresh Enterprises handles this service and they are worst in doing that. The Agency contact is Naresh - [protected]. Hoping for a solution.

                          I have got a call from v.Shiva prasad/customer sales specilist (Emp id : 9092240),
                          For the demo of eureka forbes vaccum cleaner.

                          After observing to the demo i am interested to buy the product, then i have given 2000 (Two thousand rupees ) money on[protected].
                          As shiva told me that if book the vaccum cleaner by giving some token advance, so that you can avail the life time service offer.

                          He given us with a receipt for the 2000 rupees amount and he told us that he return the amount after getting the online product.

                          And also he told that he will one more time for the demo on new product.

                          On the very next day i booked the product through online, i got the product.(On[protected]

                          After that i am making calls to shiva either he is not lifting the phone as well as he is not responding.

                          Such reputed company like you, why you people are keeping such a waste persons(V.Shiva prasad/customer sales specilist (Emp id :[protected], in your organization.

                          So many time si tried to his number and also when ever i am calling from my friends mobile then he is lifting.

                          Even i talked this information with his manager raghu(With contact number [protected]), but also promised me that you will get the money, but till now nothing has happened.

                          Almost more than 20 days are over no solution to my problem.

                            Hello,
                            i have bought expert RO machine from vijay sales ahmedabad in 2015, from the very initial level i have to call for the repair and your machine was not working properly. everytime your technician comes and repair it and than within short time i had to call him again. you can check how many time my complaints registered with service contract company or in your data.

                            your tachnitian said in your product 90% of water goes to wastage... I really wonder to hear that if really 90% of water goes dranage than your company shoudl be bane as In India many places people are facing water crisis.

                            i request to resove my complaint ASAP.

                              Dear sir,
                              It has been a huge disappointment to my level of satisfaction in relation to the kind of service being received from EUREKA FORBES-one of the leading brands in the country.

                              I, Usha Agarwal, resident of Mayfair Garden apartment, Punjabi Para, Siliguri 734001(west bengal), had purchased one Dr.Aquaguard Magna HD RO+UV water purifier on 7/7/2015. A mere cash receipt was issued to me on making payment. And I was informed that all the documents relating to purchase such as warranty, invoice e.t.c would be delivered to my address within 3 months, directly from the head office-Mumbai itself.
                              It's been almost 10 months and i'm left with only a cash receipt. No such documents of any kind has been received till date. I don't even possess an invoice to claim my purchase. Despite various attempts including having a talk with the zonal manager and the local customer care department i failed to resolve my issue.

                              Aquaguard has always been my prime preference since 20 years. Never ever have i come across to such a situation. After sales service has definetely been compromised. I feel betrayed and cheated. I have come to a state wherein i won't even mind not recommrnding anyone to go for aquaguard.

                              I request you to kindly look into the matter a.s.a.p and deliver the situation in order to restore back the confidence; or else i would be forced to lodge a legal complaint against the company with the consumer forum. The details are as follows:

                                Hi,
                                I had Purchased Two Magna Hd Ro + Uv for two different address & it got delivered on 18th April . Unluckily One of product was defective & i had made the complain to the service support team as well as the Sales Executive on 19th April . The Sales Executive had promised a special deal for purchase of this product .

                                1. Rs 1000/- Cash per Product
                                2. Complimentary Aquaguard Cover

                                I had initiated a replacement for the defective product on 20th April . I waited for a week but the product was not replaced . I had called up the helpline no. many time . I had also called up the sales executive but he was cancelling the call again and again . I also spoke to the Head of Pune who just look after the matter of Replacement . He promised me a date of replacement Still it hasn't replaced . So i decided to initiate a Refund Request for the defective product . I had escalated the issue on 28th May . Still none of the executive had collected back the defective product . I also called up the Sales Executive & i had asked him for my special deal . I asked him to give the 1000bucks + cover which he promised to pay . Now, he is asking me to cancel the refund which i had escalated for the defective product & then only he will pay 1000 bucks per product & complimentary cover . He is blackmailing me to do so because of his Targets & Slabs . I am not asking him to pay for the product i am refunding . I am asking for the product which i am not refunding .

                                  Complain no.86952705, the complain is pending since 4th may, all your executives, customer care team are just giving excuses have made like 15 calls no solution, just fed up with this attitude, its our fault we bought the appliance, and renewed the amc. they say they dont have part some pcb, how much time does it takes like an month? i would never recommend eureka forbes to even my enemy, so disgusted with the response, the franchise of service centre, chandrika enterprises, never picks up phone or just disconnects, the engineer of our area Rajeev is always in meeting and postponding the visit of technicians. Each one just keeps on giving lame excuses, you people follow one policy, make new customer to hell with old ones, suck the blood out of them.

                                    On 30 Apr 2016, I raised a ticket 86902420 for my Aquaguard water purifier which is under AMC and not working. A person visited my house and told me that the part needs to be replaced and ordered. After that there is no response received on the current status of the ticket.Moreover, the calls are also not answered for my request now. On calling customer care today i.e. 08 May 2016 there is no satisfactory update provided till now and one more ticket 87014035 is raised for me to track.

                                      I purchased a eureka forbes water filter in Nov 2015. Around 10 days ago, it stopped dispensing drinking water for which I called the customer service and registered a complaint. I got a call back saying that someone will visit my house within a day to resolve this. Some time later, a person called and said that they will come only to sell the product and not to service it. Moreover, if its a Genuis+ water filter, they cannot provide any service as no spares are available!!

                                      I called the customer care once again and they asked if I have an annual maintenance contract.

                                      While buying the filter, the seller had said that they will service it free for a year so I conveyed the same message to the customer service person so he said that if that's the case, the company will not service it and I have to talk to the seller.

                                      I have called the seller multiple times and they said they cant do anything if the company itself cannot provide service!!

                                      After having spend Rs.23, 000 on a water filter, I find it ridiculous to hear such talk!! This is absolutely unfair.

                                      Please help me get this resolved.

                                      I had purchased above machine and got it fitted. From the time it is fitted, that is from 25th February 2016 vide their Invoice No. 041687 for Rs 8990. it is leaking and the Dealer is not bothered about attending to my repeated complaints. For selling the machine they must have called me at least ten times and once the machine is sold .

                                        Reference my complain no - [protected] (5th may) and [protected] (Dated 22nd april) this was my 5th complain. Earlier all complain are closed by customer service center without resolved/unattended the problems! Even not given any intimation for the same!

                                        My aquaguard geneus wp has been stopped delivering water. Complained the same many time in service desk and local/regional service manager also but problem still unattended as spare parts/candle not available in company service center. Almost 18 days over!

                                        This product has a memory chip winch control the machine and stopped giving water after (6000+1000 ltr) water. The same module with chip not available in company service center. Already 20 days over but eureka forbes unable to collected that chip from any other location/service center.

                                        Please note this is a international product and in market from more than past 3 years and i have purchased in 22500 + amc 4580 for seeing seeing such after sales service days.

                                        I/we all heard that after sales service of eureka forbes products are very very bad here in india! Although i purchased the same from eureka forbes due to brand value but i now can realized that this was my one of the biggest mistake in life.

                                        Now i am purchasing drinking water from outside. Who will pay this money?!? Does eureka forbes pay this due to their fault??

                                        Kindly look into this issue if possible.
