Eureka Forbes — non fullfilment of contract

Hi, I had purchased Geneus water purifier on 23/12/2013, initially I booked some other higher model and paid the full money later changed to the Geneus model. Till date I have not got the return of the extra money I paid despite following up your team. The sale guy name is Naveen, ( Mobile no [protected], [protected] ), also I spoke to his manager but no use. Also I had long term service contract for the old machine, when I bought the new the balance money they said will transfer to the new machine, nothing has been done, and from last one year I am trying for service and no one is coming. This is very bad company having no procedure. I have not got even one single free service from the date of purchase, now the unit is not working properly, pls resolve my issue urgently, else I will file case against your company.
