[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Not giving promised free service | |||
I bought a Aquaguard Classic Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes at Ernakuam, around 10 months before. They promised me two free services. I called several times the customer care for the free service, but they are not coming to do the service. Whenever I call they keep giving ticket number, emergency number etc. They gave me the ticket number 76267748 two times and when I called next time, they gave me an emergency number 76363979. It has been around 2 months I have been trying to get the service. Was this information helpful? | |||

It has been one more month. No body has come to resolve the issue. Could anybody tell me the best way to file a case against the Eureka Forbes?
On July 23rd 2014 I called the Customer Service[protected] again. They gave me another ticket number 77357910 and said that the service person wiould call within 24 hours. Nobody called me. On 25th July 2014 I reached the service senter at Edapally (Kochi) and met the Service Supervisor name Raju. He promised me that I would get the service next day. But I have not got the service yet.
