We purchased the "Aquasure Xpert RO" dated 09 Mar-14 one of the biggest retail Chain. and basis recommendation of Eureka Forbes associate we have purchased the extended warranty for 02 Years till March-2016 and Rs. 8000/- for 02 years. Unfortunately since 20 -May-2015 our RO shows the message with Beep. Its been 2 weeks that we have been placing complaints over phone thru toll free No. [protected], We made first Compliant dated 23rd May-2015 and Complaint No.[protected] and second Complaint dated 30-May-15 and complaint No. 81777301. Every time we were assured that your complaint will be addressed and problem will sorted out in 02 working days.still Our problem has not been resolved till date. Atrocious service by eureka forbes. There is nobody to listen Customer problems in Eureka Forbes. I do not know what to do or whom i should contact get things sorted out our problem gets resolved. Last 10 days my kids are having stomach problem Doctor suggested to check the drinking water availability. If somebody can help to sort it out & I am feeling helpless. Can anybody suggested me how to approach Consumer forum to file a case against the Company. We have all original Documents invoice from retailer and Invoice of Extended warranted.     we have aquaguard reviva at our place and we've been facing problems with it. We renewed our AMC on MAY 19, 2015 and since that day its not working properly. since then we've been placing complaints over phone.. Everyone in our family is a working professional and its difficult for us to take leave every other day.technicians who come for service do not come on the date provided to us And when we call and ask them the reason for not showing up they give us lame reasons like... "WE WERE BUSY", " OH SORRY WE FORGOT" like we have nothing else to do but to stay at home and wait for the service engineer to show up!!! EUREKA FORBES - FRIENDS FOR LIFE!!! i guess not, better change it to "PROBLEMS FOR LIFE " Its really hard to understand why you ppl are ruining Co's name like this BY NOT RESOLVING CUSTOMER'S COMPLAINTS!! WHEN ITS TIME FOR OUR AMC RENEWAL WE RECEIVE ENDLESS CALLS FROM YOUR END AND EVEN AFTER PAYING IT NO SERVICE IS PROVIDED HOPING FOR A QUICK RESOLUTION FROM YOUR END

      Its been 2 weeks that i have been placing complaints over phone, via online complaints, personal complaints to the technician, still my problem hasnt been resolved. Atrocious service by eureka forbes. This is the last time i'll be buying a product of eureka forbes. Total cheats these people are, they charge you AMC service contract for the entire year and do no service our the year unless called upon and begged to come and do the service. Now when the purifier has gone bad, its been 2 weeks, This bunch of worthless people have not done anything to resolve the issue. The machine is not working at all. It is an RO+UV water purifier. Utterly rubbish service and claims of good service to the customer. Never in life buy an aqua guard product if you really want service. They are pathethic at it.

        Dear team, I have raised a complaint for my water purifier as it was not working at all. we are getting the problem since last friday dated 29th May 2015. I have comlaint the issue same day. But the technician came after 4 days. Despite this, after 2 days, the same problem occured with the purifier. I have again raised the complaint on 4th June 2015. but nobody is there to attend the problem.           AFTER REGISTERING A COMPLAINT (NO. [protected]) REGARDING A FAULTY AQUAGUARD MACHINE. A MECHANIC CAME TO INSPECT THE MACHINE ON 4TH JUNE 2015. HE SAID THAT THE CONTROL BOARD NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. SINCE HE DID NOT HAVE THE SPARES WITH HIM, HE PROMISED TO COME THE NEXT DAY. NOW FOUR DAYS HAVE PASSED AND AFTER MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS TO THE HELPLINE NUMBER, NO MECHANIC HAS COME TO REPAIR THE MACHINE. I RECENTLY (IN APRIL 2015) PAID RS. 4800 FOR THE AMC. BUT EVEN AFTER PAYING SO MUCH, MY MACHINE IS NOT BEING REPAIRED.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I have a complaint raised on dt.3/06/2015, request ID 81847873 but your service engineer haven't yet attended despite several complaints. We are all sorts of water problems since then and if not attended quickly then will have to move to a different vendor.

                I bought a aquaguard on 26.05.15 at Burdwan and was installed on 27.05.15. 1st I logged a complaint, 81764375 for discontinuous flowing of reject water. Technician resolved the problem creating another problem. I logged a complaint, 81787904 on 30.05.15. But no technician has come to resolve the Problem. Again I logged another complaint, 81824469 on 01.06.15 as emergency basis for the same. Complaint was on flow rate of reject water. In manual it is written that it should be 400ml/min, but flow rate of my aquaguard is 200ml/min. After instalation it was ok. To resolve the 1st problem technician created this problem. Repeatedly I called to customer care. They only did escalate my conlpaint. But till now problem is unresolved. Plz take the necessary action and send good technician.

                      This is my worst customer service experience. I bought Dr. AquaGuard Magna HD RO online and the telesales guys helped me. Got it delivered almost after 7 days and still no installation. No mater ho many times you call and where you call no go. No one knows my details. huh! My frustrating customer ID is [protected]. Lets hope you can help.

                      After several follow up requests, msgs and calls to the Local Customer response center, it got installed. Trust me, it pains. I really hope the product works well and never ever have to get into the same experiences in future for servicing and maintenance.

                        Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is Archana Patil and I am the Eureka Forbes Customer for iNova water purifier since 7/8 years and my customer code is [protected]. I had purchased this water purifier for my father’s house for his convenience, as he is 68 years old person living with my 63 years old mother. I had done the 3 years AMC contract via contract receipt no. 10, Sr. No. 20958625 on 8th Jun 2012 with Eureka's Vasai Road, Dist. Palghar branch. Nevertheless, I am very sorry to say that this branch is giving very bad service until date. Servicing has not done on given schedule and after continuous follow-up also. They had changed the filters once in year 2012 and last one on 03rd June 15 that also single filter only after my continuous follow-up from last 3 months. Their Vasai Branch Manager Mr. Peremce is not a reliable and responsible person and he is not having any manners to talk with customer. I had visited to this branch as he has not giving any response to my father’s call, that time he has gave very in-responsible reasons and not ready to show the log sheet for the services carried out to my purifier. We do neither have any intimation for the change in system (service request by mobile phones) nor for the change of address of branch. My father has gone through many troubles and mental harassments during this AMC period. there is no result after done a complaint on Eureka's Customer Care help line.                           I bought a AquaGuard RO+UV Enhance model march 2014, sales person said it works fine till 12000 ltrs, but after buying the product it says only 6000 ltrs. When I asked him again still he says the same, the service person says AMC Rs/- 4800 is needed for the product to run .sales people have to speak the truth before selling the product.                           The Eureka Forbes as company made tall promises at the time of selling the product but when it comes to after sales service then they make their customer from pillar to post as the people working for the company are just trained to sell the product but at Customer Care had no such information of the services rendered by the company. It is very much evident from my letter to the company.
                          Right now I am in a dilemma whether to get the machine in working order and pay for it and claim later or wait for your concern over the issue. It is really sad that Eureka management is making money at cost of customer’s pain they do not have quality control nor does have service desk manager or escalations to improve the services. Very soon AQUAGUARD will be an obsolete brand, despite they claim for good technology. Ethical Company, good product and post sales service matters for company's existence in market for long run. AQUAGUARD is here to make money. But smart customers will never let their friends, relatives or anybody in society they live and come to know they are buying AQUAGUARD it will be surely NO NO NO recommendation for the product AQUAGUARD.

                          After a long wait the response i receive was very frustating. Now i request stackholders to intervene in this issue and do the needful on priority basis.

                            Machine was good for 3 months now its not working properly because of that all family member suffering from illness and nobody revert on complaint no. like i have to complaint no 1 is dated on 13th may no is [protected] and 2 one is dated on 28th may no is [protected]. so kindly please look in to this.

                              1.toll free no [protected] justification _ as per your website this no is toll free but after dialing i have to pay . reason behind this transparency. 2. on my amc peper help line no [protected] .it is paid no. 3.each dialing i have to pay minimum two rupees. your voice recorder convey no is engaged.

                              मेरे एक्वागार्ड का पावर केबल काम नहीं कर रहा है। दिनांक 13 मई 2016 को एक कंपलेन कस्टम केयर नंबर[protected] पर दर्ज कराया जिसका नंबर 87099783 है। उसके बाद कंपनी के दो कर्मचारी जिनका माेबाइल नंबर [protected] और [protected] से फोन आया। लेकिन उसके बाद सर्विंसग के नाम पर सिर्फ ही किया गया लेकिन काम कुछ नहीं हुआ। वह फोन मैंन ही किया। एक बार उनके तरफ से फोन आया था। फिर उसके बाद एक कर्मचारी आए-चेक कर उन्होंने ही बताया कि केबल में फॉल्ट है। केबल चेंज करना पड़ेगा। लेकिन उसके बाद कोई काम नहीं किया गया और मेरे शिकायत नंबर को बंद कर दिया गया। कस्टर केयर पर दोबारा फोन किया तो पता चला कि आपके शिकायत का निवारण कर दिया गया जबकि वास्तविक में ऐसा हुआ नहीं। फिर एक नया शिकायत दर्ज हुआ जिसका नंबर 87180742 दर्ज हुआ दिनांक 18 मई 2016 को। उस पर 19 मई 2016 तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई। ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि कंपनी के कर्मचारी सर्विस सही ढंग से नहीं दे रहे हैं। इससे यह पता चलता है कि कंपनी की कार्यप्रणाली अच्छी नहीं है। एक बार फिर देखते है कि मेरे शिकायत का निवारण कब तक होता है।

                                hi, I had given complaint to repair my water filter (crystal ) almost 2 months back. * Two times person has come to repair but he is unable to do the same, why such inexperience staff has been send do even doesn't know the job properly. Is that they are learning work with our equipment's. * This is under AMC for 3 years, we paid 3800 rs for the same, and such pathetic service has been offered and still the machine is not repaired. (valid up to oct. 2016) * We made several calls to rectify the same, but always with wrong commitments. this is not the service expected from Eureka Forbes.                                   I have purchased a Eureka Forbes Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner on 21st of May 2015 worth 13, 990/-. Until now, no one is bothered to call and update about the until delivery nor the status. Technician named Venkatesh, Mobile No. - [protected] was at home and sold it to me. I called the customer care and logged a complaint# 92020666 about the unit delivery on 2nd June 2015. Customer Care Executive says i will get the unit in 24 hrs... very funny answer by her.. I don't know with what confidence she said this. Obviously as a frustrated customer called again on 6h June 2015, now its 72 hrs.. same story.. no update.. i have logged a complaint # 92038298 for cancellation - Reason is as a customer why should i follow-up? if this is just with the sales.. imagine what pain should we go through the service. Now they say that it will take 48 hrs to get a call back for the cancellation.. lets see.. This not a problem with a customer care executives, its purely viable that Eureka Forbes is not able to service the customer.

                                    I have purchased Dr. Auqaguard Magna HD RO+ UV via eurekaforbes online portal with following details on 4th-May-2015. Order id : 50800, Customer id: [protected] With continuous follow-ups for 15 days of purchase it was installed by some new service personal who doesn't know when product Dr. Auqaguard Magna HD RO+ UV has been launched by Eurekaforbes. Please Installation Complaint Number: 91899954 While installation service personal has damaged the product I.e. Some leakage from impure water outlet valve and he told us that leakage is because of slow water pressure, that was some what hilarious. On the very next day machine stopped working, it was giving directly inlet water flow from pure outlet tab due to which my whole family suffered from gastro. Following is complaint number for same : 81765912. After that I am calling on customer care number once or twice in a day. Customer care representative were raising the daily request for service but I didn't hear anything from there side. With so much frustration I have placed return request for the product with complaint Number : 92023046 on 2nd-Jun-2015, but on 3rd-June morning I again call for follow-up and representative said that due to technical issue return request might not get placed. I again raised a return request from online portal with reference number #00276 till I didn't hear anything from customer services. I have attached all my previous mails sent to customer services, customer sales and shopping team in below mail chain which is again a one way traffic cause I haven't received a single acknowledgement mail from any of the team. Overall I had very bad experience with eurekaforbes which I was hearing and reading in review in various online portals but that was my mistake to got with the big brand name. They are really robbing customers by their white collar business. I will never go with eurekaforbes again in my life and will ask all my friends and family peoples to do so, in fact I will be launching one portal which will help customers with reason not to buy Eurekaforbes products.                                       Hi Its proved again, promises are made to break .The enthusiasm company has while selling the product will last only till I make the payment, once the payment done that's it am in your trap. Very Disappointing service. I Just gave my number for inquiry and from that day till I purchase product your sales executive called me N number of times and need to appreciate his time sense, he use to call at my give time but as said it lasted till my payment . Once I made the payment I followed up N times to get the product delivered . After seven day I just gave call to check the status of delivery and I get to know that Product is Out of stock and I wont receive until 1 week of June But later don't know what made them to change there mind they delivered it to me on 29-May-2015 . purchase was made on 21-May-2015. At last Product reached home now the installation story begins, as per the sales executive once the product is delivered it will be installed in two working days and I Dont need to follow up but bitter truth is even after following daily its not installed till today and every time I call there customer care I get an answer it will be done in next two days(for which they are trained to say so ) but no action taken only promises. Hope if you can help .My Customer ID is [protected] .

                                        I have ordered an Aquagaurd Ehance via online Eureka forbes via customer executive she sent me an link in my mail id and i booked it and made payment, she confirmed me the product will be delivered by maximum 5 working days. And from 5th day onwards i am calling them and everyday they are saying me new new stories. Some one gave me a (complaint number #[protected] and promised me delivery within 24hrs, next day some other one promises with some other(3rd june, 2015) story saying my order has now been placed and it will take another 4-5days. Today (4th June, 2015) they are repeating the same thing, someone from Hyderabad customer care (name Preethi, #[protected] gave me my area sales manager phone no. Mr NagaWardhan Reddy, i called him up he explained me saying he can't do anything since the order is placed through online and they only process physical orders, and i am left with no solutions rather filing a complaint hope it gets resolved.

                                        Thanks for replying and hope it gets resolve asap. I was also planning to buy the vacuum cleaner from your website but not I need to rethink on this. Also I am bit scared about the after sell service. While at the time of booking you promised me within 5 days it will be delivered and installed and now I am not even sure of the product delivery status. Only reply I am getting from your side from the past few days is "We have received your complaint and we will resolve it as soon as possible" thats it. You say this and again you probably go to some hibernation. God knows when will this be delivered.

                                        I got a reply on 4th June, that's it. What but nothing happened then thereafter i am still calling everyday to the Customer Care numbers and getting new replies the only change happened is they are saying that they now have my details, but then no answers regarding delivery. Everyday i get to hear either by evening or by tomorrow you will get a call and the call never comes to me.
