This is my worst customer service experience. I bought Dr. AquaGuard Magna HD RO online and the telesales guys helped me. Got it delivered almost after 7 days and still no installation. No mater ho many times you call and where you call no go. No one knows my details. huh! My frustrating customer ID is [protected]. Lets hope you can help.
Complaint marked as Resolved After several follow up requests, msgs and calls to the Local Customer response center, it got installed. Trust me, it pains. I really hope the product works well and never ever have to get into the same experiences in future for servicing and maintenance.
